Special Characteristics: Depending on the attire adorned at the time, there is a hint of a left aligned and ever-fading scar located on the left region of Shu's forehead - covered mostly by her black bangs. The origin of the scar is from a skirmish that she ended up in; however, she barely remembers when it all happened or what the cause was. Due to the impact on the head the young woman received - leading to the creation of said scar - she still does experience the occasional headache while memories of the event are not but foggy.

Personality: Shu is a young woman who focuses quite a bit on the emotions of not only herself, but other people. She is the one to look for even the tiniest hint of good in any dark situation or individual, searching for different ways to make the passing days, hours, even weeks better for those around her in even the smallest of ways. Mainly guided by what she believes and her own principles, the purity of her intent is what leads her through her life.

It is in the fact that she focuses on emotion and feeling that she is enabled to communicate in a rather deep manner with others on even the most darkest of subjects - easily keeping a rather mature front with the situation and keeping her emotions in tune. Such a trait was first discovered whenever she supported her parents in different moments of time throughout her years. Within such a time time, the main expressions you will receive from the young woman are that of happiness, or a rather calm form of a positive attitude.

However, Shu is able to only focus on a few people at a time rather than a large crowd, hinting at her capability of only being able to handle small groups if she were to ever end up in the circumstance that she would be a leader - even if only temporarily. She is also one to focus on one cause at a time as she can find herself to be easily overwhelmed if many things were to occur around her all at one time. If spread too thinly in her duties or if she over exhausts herself, she will steadily run out of energy to continue and even feel dejected by the many things that she can't handle at once.

Overall, Shu is a generally kind and sweet person who tends to look out for others no matter who they are or where they are from. With the same smile on her face, she is one to be continuously empathetic and sympathetic at a reasonable amount. She is one that is rather difficult to anger, and as such that side of her is rarely seen - or hasn't been seen as of yet. Regarding other matters like romance or the future, she hasn't given such topics much thought. It's unsure of just how Shu would react if ever confronted about such matters.

In battle, Shu can be found with a rather mellow smile on her face quite a bit of the time as she carries a tendancy in analyzing the emotions of her opponent(s). It is with this analyzing that she can deduct the mental state of her opponent, albeit she does so by priority if there are multiple fiends or people she may be facing. Unless it is a last resort or required, Shu isn't one to kill anyone. Be it a fiend, human, or other mythical deities that she may find herself pitted against, she is one to stay by the ideal that there is at least some good in everyone - henceforth the strict vow she made to not kill unless absolutely necessary. She generally tends to keep calm and focused if not distracted prior to the fight, but will begin to feel overwhelmed if there are a large group of enemies against her if she's on her own. If fighting beyond her own stamina range in long periods of time, she tends to be exhausted in the aftermath for quite some time.

If one were to ask Shu to be a leader, she would merely consider the option if it was a small group. However, (as stated prior) with large crowds she will easily feel overwhelmed, and willingly chooses to be a follower in the circumstance more often than not - as long as it is for a reasonable or worthy cause. Regardless, the type of small group leader Shu would be is an emotional based one who tends to put her team's emotions and needs before her own, and carries the attitude of everyone making a very important contribution - no one making any less than the other.

Both on the battlefield and off, one unique trait of Shu's is that she inherited the characteristic of being a jokester from her father. Tending to make use of a wide range of subjects and incorporating them into both appropriate (and not so appropriate) jokes, Shu tends to keep the more inappropriate jokes to herself if she's around individuas she isn't too familiar with. Henceforth, she can be found to make more sarcastic or lighthearted jokes no matter the situation or position she finds herself in.

Likes:

• Assisting: That's purely what Shu thrives off of - assisting others in ways big or small. Even if the other party makes it seem like there isn't a problem at first, Shu does her best at enjoying what she does; yes, even when the help is unwanted. This like she is able to meet more now that she is a waitress of Infinity Hydra.
  
• Games: As a means to pass the time (whether by herself or with another person), Shu is one to both learn and enjoy playing games. Even if she is one to turn out completely bad at it, she would just enjoy the aspect of fun it brings.
  
• Making Others Laugh: Even on her off days, Shu likes to make others laugh. Even if she may not be terribly good at her jokes (or even puns), she does favor the sound of laughter over sadness alike a fair number of people.
  

Dislikes:

• Killing: The very idea or mention of it unsettles Shu, leaving her feeling particularly uncomfortable. If in a last resort of if required, then the young woman will be left feeling strongly dejected after having committed the act - having broken the vow she made to herself.
  
• Insect Bites: The young woman is not fond of any bite from any insect, the after effects seeming too troublesome or are that of an annoyance to her.
  
• Revealing Clothing: Because of her taste in clothing, Shu isn't one who likes to wear revealing clothing. Even if it's at an event like a beach, it would take quite a lot of convincing and persuading to get Shu to participate.
  

Motivations:

• Open-Mind: Ever since she was at a young age, Shu was challenged by her father to keep an open mind and think outside the box. This very lesson is what motivates her through her days to be who she is, and to not fear those that may judge her.
  
• Friends and Family: Shu is one who loves to be around her friends and family, and particularly enjoys such company even under the harshest of circumstances. She keeps in mind that there are people out there who may depend on her and even look up to her, and so she does her best to keep pressing forward for those people.
  
• Beliefs: If something were to capture Shu's attention - especially if it involved her beliefs - she is completely motivated to whatever it may be. She will be willing to put in all her hard work to see it through, and come to fruition.
  

Fears:

• Necrophobia: It is the fear of death and/or dead things. A reason that helped develop the trait of Shu not being one to kill is because she is afraid of death and dead things. Upon once encountering a dead person laid strewn about in her travels, the image was burned into her mind - sticking with her ever since.
  
• Katsaridaphobia: The fear of cockroaches. If Shu and a cockroach are in the same room together, she completely freezes in place and stares at it - as if she was a deer in headlights. It'll take quite a bit to shake the young woman out of the trance, and she is known to especially lose her demeanor if she comes into contact with one.
  
• Arachnephobia: The fear of spiders. Shu's reaction to spiders is her screaming out and backing away at a reasonable distance, the creatures capable of leaving her a rather shivering mess while any response she tries to formulate ends up in stammers or stutters. The fear was developed by her getting stung by a spider in her childhood, the creature seeming rather terrifying while the pain caused by the bite contributed to the fear.
  

General Appearance

Height: 5' 5" / 166 cm

Weight: 97 lbs. / 44 kg

Hair: Shu's hair is a soft shade of black, once unkempt and strands loosely out of place here and there. Now, the young woman tends to keep it in ponytails or buns because of her change in style and maturity. She still carries the red hat she always wore throughout the days - maybe even years - but she is no longer seen wearing it too much.

Eyes: Shu's eye color is mainly a soft violet to lavender depending on the lighting, although they have been known to softly glow when her magic is activated.

Skin Tone: Shu's skin tone is light but not to the point of borderline pale. Periodically, if she wears clothing that reveal areas such as the arms or legs, there is an off chance the young woman can be seen with sunburns from being out too long.

Appearance: Shu is no longer the boyish, unkempt, gender mistaken person she used to be. Having grown into a stage of life that even she didn't notice, it took the young woman a while to accept that she had to move out of the stage of life she kept herself in and bloom. Now more interested in clothing that give off a more feminine design but still don't reveal too much, Shu appears more as a growing woman - albeit she tends to blush often as she's getting used to the transition.

She can be found now mostly wearing the yukata she bought for her job as a waitress at Infinity Hydra - serving those in need. Outside of the job, she tends to wear long skirts or dresses, t-shirts with pants, sandals, and other means of comfortable clothing. The young woman also tends to keep her hair up in a ponytail if she can or even a bun as she doesn't favor her now long hair getting into her face.
