She looked at the leader of the village and smiled, "I am sorry that it took so long but there were many demons to deal with. . . And I kept the crops safe! If anything the demons corpses shoulder make great fertilizer!" She was nervous as she had many eyes on her but the most unnerving was the leaders as the old woman still had the solemn look on her face, "I. . . Am sorry that I judged you so harshly. . . You had the happy go lucky attitude and the attire of a fool. . . But you were still a Rune Knight. . . I should have put more faith in you. . . And for that I am deeply sorry." The old woman was incredibly sincere in the apology and it almost moved her to tears that she finally brought peace somewhere on her first job. "I-I-I. . ." She had to get her emotions in check as she wiped her eyes and smiled wide, "I am grateful that I was able to help the village so much! And if any of you ever see any problems again. . . Never ever be afraid to contact the Rune Knights! We will help no matter the job! It is our duty and our pleasure!" she laughed as people cheered that their crops were saved but she still had another problem to deal with and it was a dangerous criminal which needed to be both interrogated and transported for imprisonment.

After about a day of tending to the wounds of the dark mage she had captured he finally woke from his minor concussion with a splitting headache and the inability to use his legs, "Uggghhhh w-where am I?" His arms were bound so no magi could be used and she was ready to execute him on the spot should he try and escape, "You are in a holding cell inside Beanstalk Village while we wait for the prison carriage and my transport back to headquarters so you can be put on trial." She was serious as could be right now as this man nearly wiped out a village with his foolishness. "You know this will never stop right? The cursing of this village?" She looked at him with a glare so fierce the mage actually flinched, "What do you mean?" She was curious to know but also concerned and she could bet it showed on her face, "I have small guild that will keep sending people to terrorize this place and we all go through the same procedure to make sure we are never found out." She looked at the man and guessed the "Procedure" almost instantly, "Let me guess change your appearance to the one you have currently?" The man nodded and laughed, "YEP! And they will keep sending mages to curse this town over and over and. . . OVER!" She looked at him with a glare and sighed, "Then my colleagues will keep stopping them over and over and over." She walked out of the room but not before she heard the man yell to her, "Oh and before I forget. . . During our little debacle and your fights with my demons I noticed something about you." She looked at him inquiringly, "And what is that so called thing?" The man laughed and laughed and laughed, "You seem to flicker whenever you go berserk I wonder why that is?" She looked at him confused, "Flicker?" All she got was laughing and she dropped the subject leaving the holding area.

Once the carriage for transporting her now prisoner arrived she made sure to have him boarded properly and without problems as two more Rune Knights escorted the carriage to headquarters. Once that was all taken care of she thought to herself a once over was in order as she walked back to the fields to make sure they were doing alright. Once she had reached the fields she could see the villagers hard at work as they picked up the thorns that were left from the curse and cleaned the bodies of the demons, "Sorry about those. . . " The villagers simply laughed it off as they sent the bodies for being used in compost areas to make better soil for the crops.

Once the time came for her to leave the village she walked up to the leader and bowed in honor, "Thank you for the apology and I do hope that you will make sure to contact us again if any other problems strike up." The old woman said her goodbyes and sent her off back to the headquarters of the Rune Knights.

Inside the carriage she sat wondering to herself however, "Flicker. . .What did he mean by that? Bloody chaos causing dark mage probably wanted to confuse me. . . Yeah I am perfectly fine!" She laughed it off unaware of what was to come in her service with the Rune Knights in the name of peace and happiness for all of Fiore and the pain that would come with it.
