Xierak was sitting at his usual table in the corner of the Blue Pegasus Guild hall, his back was to the rest of the room. He had a plate of food infront of him. His dinner consisted of a large steak, with some broccoli and mash potatoes on the side. For once he had the face portion of his hood unhooked and resting on the table. Xierak had his guard up, he wasn’t used to having his face exposed in the Guildhall let alone in a more public area, as a result, he had numerous spikes ready to extend at a moments notice. He cut off a large portion of the steak and plopped it into his mouth and started to chew. Suddenly a few of the members started to yell at each other across the Guild hall, this made Xierak tense and partially turn, more so he could hear them better than see. His orange eyes faintly glowed in the shadows of the corner coupled with his hood but he was making sure not to face the rest of the Guild hall. Xierak then swallowed and shook his head, he then reached into a small pouch he had on the table and pulled out a few magic filled Lacrimai, and threw them into his mouth. He closed his eyes as he chewed, the magic lacrima calming him down a bit, up till the point he finally swallowed, “Why do I bother coming out to the Guild Hall other than for jobs… and possibly a better tasting selection of meals…”

Devon smiled softly as she entered the guild this was the first time she had come in since her change in appearance. Her hair now red and her body he grown and aged, the changes where odd and Devon did not know why they had happened but she planed on making the most if it and become stronger . Now Devon had an armor that covered most her body she was protected from most attacks. With a sigh she walked past the arguing guild members no one had noticed her yet but that's the way things where in the guild invisible until you make a name for yourself. Her eyes drifted over the room and eventually feel on xierak sitting alown in the corner like always. Walking to him Devon smiled softly hearing his words "you come in her for more than that, just admit it you love watching people" she teased lightly "mind if I join you and hows the arm?" devon asked smiling down at xierak. She had not seen him in a while but it felt good seeing someone she atleast partly liked

"You come out because I make you come out Xierak." Akryn said, already sitting next to the large, grey skinned being, a steak and potatoes half eaten, a generous helping of vegetbles already having been devoured.
It had been two weeks since he had asked his guild to help him find his family vault. Two weeks since their run in with Scorpion Tail. Akryns appearance, and mood, had changed from the fight, and not for the better. He was now missing his left eye, the wound covered by a patch, a long, thin scar running from the edge of his lip, up into his hair line, leaveing a small bald streak. His right arm was still wrapped in stiff bandages limiting the use of that arm, and his left arm sported an ugly, fresh scar halfway up the forearm, seeming to cut nearly all the way through, and those were just the visible wounds, the rest being hidden under his clothes. He was also missing his normal, black sword, the black star cutter, a family heirloom that he had treasured greatly. Instead a large, ornate, golden spear leaned against the wall behind him.
"The seat is open Devon, though I am not feeling talkative, and Xierak here seems to be in a matching mood. If you wish for companionship, we will oblige, though perhaps not conversation." he said before suddenly whipping his arm back, and then forward, his steak knife wizzing through the air to bury itself in the wall between the two arguing guild members. "Take your bickering else where! Some of us would like to eat in peace!" He shouted to them, before producing a second knife and returning to his meal.

The two guild members who had been arguing look around in shock as a knife suddenly passes before their eyes and buries itself deeply enough inside the wall to stick there. They stare at Akryn for a moment before hastily averting their eyes, not wanting to risk getting into a fight who apparently was in bad enough a mood to start flinging knives. Maybe a bit cowardly for mages, but they hadn't been planning to get into any real fights today.
As they tried to resume their meal without continuing an argument they were once again surprised as something thin and dark blue appeared between them, grabbing the knife and pulling it out of the wall. Blinking they stared at the source, a girl clothed completely in plain dark blue, with her face covered by both a blindfold and a mask. A girl with the wings and tail of a dragon, both clad with the same colour of scales as her clothing, the tip of the tail wrapped around the hilt of the knife.
Akeya ignored the surprised expression that the two guild members had before they once again resumed their meal, trying to just forget everything that just happened and just enjoy the food before them. She walked over to the table which contained the rest of team Rampage, her glare as usual being felt even through her blindfold. It was unlikely that these three would actually be intimidated, but they would still feel it when they were the focus of her attention, even if only for a moment.
Once she reached the table her tail threw the knife in a loop over her head, after which she caught it by its point with one of her gloved hands. She then offered it back to Akryn hilt first, as always her choice of attire preventing him from actually seeing her expression. Although he probably knew that she didn't really show much expression on her face either way.
"Shouldn't throw weapons at our allies, even if you are in a bad mood. Makes them less likely to help you out when you need it."
The other two sitting at the table were greeted with a nod, the half dragon for now remaining standing as she waited for Akryn to take his knife back.

Xierak grunted in surprise when Devon walked up suddenly and asked if she could sit with the group, which Akryn had responded to in kind welcoming her to the table. Xierak then turned to her secondary question. Without bothering to disguise his voice he responded, “My arm is fine… and doing just as good as it was before I broke it…” He then looked at Akryn and went to bop him upside the head with his unused spoon, “No one makes me come out of my home,” Xierak then cut off another large portion of his steak and threw it into his mouth. As he chewed Akryn then suddenly threw a knife at the two bickering members causing them to quiet down after Akryns comment. After a few minutes the final member of Team Rampage made an appearance, Akeya. Xierak sighed, his triangular shaped head bowing slightly, “I don’t think I will ever get fully used to being even partially exposed in public…” Xierak then reached into his bag again and popped the remaining Lacrima into his mouth and started to chew and break them apart. After he was done he held the bag upside down and shook it a few times, “And it seems my supply of Candy has finally run dry…. Which means I am yet again going to have to go into town and buy more…” At this Xierak let out another sigh, he hated shopping, and he was certain aside from his size the magic shop owner was curious with where all the magic weapons and Lacrimas was going, and when he asked the question, he normally didn’t respond… at all.
Xierak put down the bag and tossed the remainder of his steak into his mouth, “Well I think I am going to head back to my d-“
(OOC Note: The following in bold is something only Xierak can hear)
“On…. Day… Death….us….this….end… Zorkaks”
Xierak then paused and stood up eyes wide he looked around the Guild hall his hood falling off completely, “What in the…” The voice seemed distant, yet close at the same time, at a accent that seemed familiar, and yet Xierak had never heard it before.
“…. Peace….find….all…. in….life….”
Xierak then turned around once again, this time knocking down his own chair, “Who is saying that??” Meanwhile, Xierak failed to notice that his spike that he used to fill the thumb sleeve of his gloves started to quiver on its own.

Devon smiled softly her head tilted at Xierak she had never seen his face out from under the cloth but she felt mentioning it would be the wrong idea. taking a seat Devon slowly toke a sip of her drink and nodded to Akeya when she approached "i dought he cares as long as he gets the required result!" she stated. Devon looked up as Xierak started to speak about leaving. Soon the atmosphere changed the look on Xierak face worried Devon and she shot off her seat backing the people closest to them away. When Xierak asked who was speaking to him Devon looked confused "Xierak no one is speaking to you! whats going on?" she asked her eyes darted to the other two looking for what they could do. Getting close Devon watched her team mate "what do we do?" she aimed her question at Akeya and Akryn not touching Xierak or going more than a few feet away.

Akryn had taken his knife back with a grunt of thanks, returning to his meal only to stop ad look at Xierak curiously,, lowering his utinsels to give his friend a one eyed stare, before glancing at his friends with concern. Xierak had always been a mystery, a curiousity. No one truly knew him in anyway, or at least his physiology or mental patterns. But there was rarely a species that would here voices like what he seemed to be doing. Even in the wizarding world hearing voices, voices that only you could here, was not a good sign. Noting Xieraks rising agitation, and how he knocked over his chair, Akryn slowly rose from his seat, patting his hand at Akeya and Devon in a back up motion.
Akryn slowly began approaching his friend, gently motioning with his hands that near by guild mates for them to get away. He had fought Xierak once before, and had had to have Kyll step in. His gravity magic was a pain, and if he was hearing things then he might also be seeing things. And that could be extremely dangerous. "Hey, Xierak, buddy, you ok?"

Devon's comment and Akryn's rather non-committed reaction to her retrieving the knife earned the both of them something of a huff, the half dragon glancing at the both of them as she did so.
"If you aim to be a good leader you should care and learn."
When Xierak muttered something about being exposed Akeya focused on him instead. She hadn't really remarked on it because she didn't find it important, but it was actually noteworthy that he was showing his face. Normally the large being tried his best to not give anybody reason to think of him as anything but just an oversized human. Having him show that he was actually something else...it wasn't too strange that he would feel somewhat awkward about it. Which is why Akeya shrugged and pointed at the wings on her back, which spread out to emphasis her point.
"I doubt that even with your face exposed you'll attract any more attention than my wings do, and the other people here don't seem to care much about those either."
Folding her wings back into place the half dragon was about to sit down and also begin eating when Xierak started to act...odd. He suddenly acted startled, as if he had noticed something that he hadn't caught onto before. But Akeya herself didn't know what that might be, and nobody else in the room acted out of place either. When the biggest of her teammates knocked over his chair to find the source of...whatever he was hearing, Akeya became wary. She had good ears, but she wasn't hearing anything. Neither Devon or Akryn was hearing anything either, looking at their reactions. While Xierak wasn't deaf she never really had noticed him having extraordinary sharp hearing, so if he was hearing something that nobody else was hearing...
As Akryn motioned for her and Devon to back off Akeya quickly complied, letting the one-eyed teammate approach Xierak while she focused on something else. It was one of the most abundant things in the world, and it also caused the strangest things. As Akryn reacted to Xierak's actions Akeya tried to see if she could sense some kind of magic at work. If it wasn't magic then there could only be two other explanations left, and neither was good. One was that Xierak was having a moment of insanity. The other was that something which either had no magic or could hide it better than Akeya could sense it was talking, and only their horned companion could hear it. Dangerous, and difficult to deal with.

Xierak then suddenly grabbed his head and bent down as a severe headache wracked his mind. As Akryn came to approach him Xierak fell completely still, as a Vision entered into his mind,
He was standing amongst a crowd of his own kind, in a great hall that was shaking at its foundations. The hall was made out of a polished grey stone, ornate stone pillars lined both sides, a stone stage was on the far wall, stone statues lined the walls in likeness of the inhabitants who filled the hall. The crowd consisted of Zorkaks, of varying ages, sizes, specialties, and nobility their triangular heads all turned towards the stage where a lean Zorkak who wore a flowing purple robe took center stage. His orange eyes stared at everyone before extending both of his wiry arms, “On This Day” As those words came out of his mouth his eyes started to turn purple making everyone step back and growl, Xieraks mother held him close as they both watched in horror, “The Demons of the Abyss claim our lands and send me to tell you, That Death Claims you all, This is the End of the Zorkaks” At these words a black mist shot out of him and started to fill the entire hall, making each member of the crowd die one by one within a matter of seconds, the darkness seeping into their bodies corroding their flesh and fossilizing their bones, “May Peace never find you all in the next life”
Xierak stood there eyes closed as Akryn stepped closer, still unmoving. When Akryns asked his question Xierak stirred, every inch of his robes started to ripple from something moving underneath his robes, he then leaned to his left and caught his left hand of the table, his claws piercing through the glove and into the table. Suddenly Xieraks eyes opened, his eyes burning brighter than ever and his irises…. Mere slivers of black compared to what they normally are. Then all of his spikes started to extend and his muscles started to expand. Xierak then started to let out a small growl that was far off from his normal growl… as it sounded completely beastial.
It then Escalated into a roar as Xierak then threw the entire table across the hall like a giant discus destroying eight other tables in its wake he then jumped forward to the center of the hall when the two mages who were fighting earlier came at him with the sole instinct to contain him, however Xieraks tail suddenly unraveled from his waist and slammed into one of them, sending him flying into his companion and sent them both crashing into the bar. Xierak then roared, and then took off smashing through a wall and then jumped into the air, as he started to fly away from the Blue Pegasus Guild hall with a trail of destruction left in his wake,

Devon looked At Akryn and shock her head even if they told her to back way that it was an order she was not going to and she would take the consequences latter on.
Devon watched Xierak with widened eyes she had never seen him this way, his exterior changing Devon glanced at Akyrn in supprice she wanted him to tell her what was going on but even she knew no one had a clue.
Stepping back in an instant Devon watched the table crash through the Guild hall she was thankful no one was hurt we not serially anyway. Devon was stunted but shuck her head to clear the confusion "we should stop him right?" she asked after he had flown away she extended her wings ready to fly but Devon waited as she did not wish to go allown even fighting a friend wqas a stretch for her but with the defistation Xierak was cursing she know they had no choice.

Akryn had barely dodged Xieraks sudden movements, leaping into a backwards roll to grab his soear. By time he had leveled it at Xierak however, the large creature had already escaped through a wall. With a curse, Akryn turned to Devon. "No. You, deal with those two that got hit. Akeya, rush to Zack and Shuhei, inform them that Xierak has gone feral. You three! Get back here!" Akryn barked out, yelling at three guild members that had started heading out as if to follow Xierak. "I will follow Xierak, of the lot currently gathered here I have the best chance of following and containing him, with non lethal force. Akeya, Devon, do as I said and then follow me as fast as possible. I will need you." Akryn said before suddenly bolting through the hall and out the hole Xierak had made, at incredible speed, his spear tucked close to his body, and his left arm trailing behind him as he ran. With those kinds of speeds, Akryn would catch Xierak in no time. But even Akryn, for all his strength, wasn't sure he could subdue Xierak....

No matter how much she focused Akeya couldn't find any sign of magic being involved, which actually was worse than if she did manage to find something. At least if it had been magic the problem could have been solved by dispelling it, and in the guild hall of as grand a guild as Blue Pegasus it was somewhat silly to believe there wouldn't be somebody or something which was useful when it came to removing magic that was already in place. Instead they'd have to figure out what was exactly going on and find a way to deal with it.
Unfortunately that was about the time that Xierak...went feral? Akeya wasn't really sure what to call it, but it was clear that whatever was happening had caused him to lose his temper. The half dragon was forced to quickly dodged when he suddenly picked up the table and threw it with enough force to destroy a multitude of other tables upon impact, somewhat surprised at the sheer strength he was displaying. She already knew that their humongous ally was strong, but she hadn't expected a demonstration just then.
Luckily before any more damage was done (well, besides the two original troublemakers who got thrown aside) Xierak left the building, flying away at high speed without anybody having any clue what that was supposed to be about. Akeya herself was still trying to find any hints, since she disliked being left in the dark regarding stuff like this, when Akryn already told her to warn the higher ups about what just had happened. Which was probably a good idea, but Akeya was pretty sure she should immediately chase after Xierak together with Akryn. Because of that she shook her head and instead stared at her own shadow.
"Go."
Two white eyes suddenly appeared in the shadow before a section split off and raced over the floor towards where the chambers of the higher ranked members were located. Akeya herself spread her wings and flew after Akryn, leaving it up to Korikami to deal with telling Shuhei and Zack about the sudden turn of events. At least it wasn't very difficult to follow their quarry: Xierak didn't appear to be in a state of mind to worry about shaking off pursuers.
"Any ideas?"
She didn't say anything else, expecting Akryn to have a good idea of what she was talking about. After all, in the current situation there weren't that many subjects the half dragon could be curious about.
"Go."

Xierak had flown haphazardly at an incredible rate of speed for three days straight, however, his speed never lessoned nor did his direction Change. Or did his state of mind, the same vision had repeated itself over and over again in his head, and the feral look in his eyes never changed. The moon had just rose over the horizon and unnatural dark clouds in the skies. Xierak then landed with a giant crash on the shore of a black sand beach, the smell of Sulphur hung heavy in the air. Xierak then dashed off into a dark and forboding Volcanic Landscape, Sin. Xierak travelled a good distance before finally slowing down and crouching down in a rough path that cut into the landscape, he then raised his head and sniffed the air, looking multiple directions making sure the coast was clear of something. He then let out a snort and then started to travel low to the ground following the path, the landscape ahead seemingly devoid of light, seemed ominously dark. As he went his footprints were left in the loose ash, leaving a clean path showing the path he did go, and to the trained eye the weight of each step.
After a few more minutes Xierak came across a dim lake of lava, unnaturally dim as if the light was being dulled by some unseen force, Xierak started to sniff the air and growled before running off to the side and curled up into a ball amongst some boulders, when suddenly a large shape rose up from the Cliffside just to the right,
Its twisted and malformed body reeked an evil energy, the massive creature looked around cocking its gigantic head while it looked around, anyone with half a brain could easily see that this was one creature Sin was famous for, an incredibly powerful demon, one that would given even a H ranked mages trouble to fight with a group. It then looked at the group of Boulders Xierak huddled with and let out a creaking hiss… when suddenly a creature erupted from the lava, one of Sins famous monsters that dwelled within the very lava itself, thinking it had an easy prey as it easily was twice the size of the demon, however before it even made contact the creature started to mummify in midair, eventually stopping only to disintegrate into ash. The Demon the let out its version of a chuckle and turned to leave, entering an unseen portal transporting it to another place in Sin. After about thirty minutes Xierak raised his head and then jumped across the lake of lava, and then landing continuing on some unseen path only he could see.

Akryn had once again displayed inhuman abilities as, even after three days, he had managed to keep up with Xierak. Rather than try and slow his friend however, Akryn had spent most of the trip simply keeping people out of his way. He had had no answer to Akeyas question, at least none that he was willing to share. Secretly, Akryn believed it was trouble. When they had first met Xierak had given off the impression that he had been enslaved by someone or something, an entity that dwelled within Sin. Akryn had guessed early on where they were headed, and the idea that his old slave driver had somehow recalled him both disturbed and angered Akryn, immensely.
Akryn wisely remained hidden during the brief demonic clash, trusting that Akeya, had she managed to keep up, would have done the same. Sin was a dangerous place, even for H rank mages, and most certainly a trio of B ranks, no matter their competence. Stealth was their ally here, not power, and for a moment Akryn was glad he had not brought the starry end. "Akeya....I want you to watch for magic, a controlling kind. I fear someone may be tampering with Xieraks mind and will, someone of incredible secrecy and stealth. And stay close to me. If we are attacked I will be able to launch a single barrage to stun our attacker and it will then be up to you to get us out. Should that happen.....leave Xierak."

Akeya was rather glad that she was no longer a human. Granted, the change carried with it a large amount of psychological issues to deal with and be troubled by, and since she almost only ever encountered humans she had to deal with being an outcast in some ways almost every day. However she was pretty sure that if she was still a normal human she wouldn't have been able to keep up with Xierak and Akryn, both of which were heading onwards without any signs of becoming tired in the near future. The half dragon stayed close to Akryn during the trip, keeping an eye on their surroundings while her companion made sure Xierak wouldn't get into any trouble during his mad dash. At first she couldn't really figure out where they were going, except that it was away from civilized areas. However she then noticed that the land was getting darker. Actually, everything was getting darker. They were entering an area which from appearance and smell was desolated and barren.
Akeya didn't have much trouble with it getting darker. In fact, during the entire trip she had constantly been finding shadows and dark spots to travel in rather than staying in broad daylight. So the fact that it was dark wasn't a problem. What was a problem was that it was getting darker, with no reasonable explanation behind it. The entire area just was dark. And that usually meant that something with a very high potential of being dangerous was influencing the area. For some reason the more dangerous types of magic tended to have that kind of effect on their surroundings if amassed in large enough amounts. Still, Akeya didn't really have a choice besides just following Akryn and Xierak to who knows where.
When Xierak hid Akeya was already sensing a large amount of rather vile magic approaching, so she didn't question it and instead hid inside the darkest shadow she could find. She silently watched the encounter between two monstrous beings, ending with the total annihilation of one side. That was...worrying, to say the least. If they were found by something like that she wasn't sure if they could even attempt to run away. Best to stay hidden, which the half dragon luckily was rather good at. When Akryn asked her to try and detect any magic affecting Xierak the winged ninja shook her head.
"Already tried. Couldn't find anything. He does not appear to be controlled using any type of magic. Could try again, but doubt I will find anything."

Xierak continued running across the dust covered plans, dashing over streams of lava, and ducking in cover whenever a large creature roamed nearby, only leaving until the monster or demon was long gone After an hour or so, Xieirak entered into a curving trail that seemed to have been formed many years ago by a flowing current of lava that had cut into the ever rising ground. Suddenly the atmosphere had seemingly started to getting brighter, as if the evil taint was weaker in this area. Suddenly he arrived in a large clearing that cliffs hung high overhead, with a Volcano lightning up the entire valley. Xierak stood up nearly straight as he scanned the area, his transformed body seeming a small spec compared to the massive primary feature of the valley. A giant outcropping of rock extended out of the ground and Cliffside, overall triangular in nature the igneous rock long since hardened giving making it’s molten appearance permanent. It had one various spires lining the top of it, with three prominent points one at the front and two against the cliff wall. The sides were sunken inward, giving it a slight unnatural appearance, however the most prominent feature of the rock was the jagged opening At the front that leveled seemingly even with the ground.
The cave opening had numerous stalactites and stalagmites one foot from the edges, each one was atleast twice the size of Xierak. Overall, the cave opening looked like a giant head of a monster, badly deformed with its maw wanting to swallow anything that Ventured in to close. Xierak then slowly walked up to this massive cave opening, looking up at it in what could be considered awe…. Or longing, Xierak then placed one of his claws on the stalagmites and after a long moment spoke… “To….dai..ka….” The word he managed to speak out, was indeed broken, seemingly from a unknown language lost to the ages… but after a long moment Xierak looked into the cave and ventured inside…”

Akryn swore as Akeya told him she sensed nothing and continue to shadow Xierak. Admittedly those two monsters and their short clash had terrified Akryn, and every instinct he had was demanding he turn away and return home. Even as he followed his friend, continuing to hide and vanish as necessary, his instincts grew louder and more persistent, demanding he flee. And he was about to to, until he suddenly entered an area where life suddenly seemed devoid. Not a demon could be sensed, not by Akryn anyways, and he lookedup at the most prominent thing in the entire area. A massive stone structure, whose design immediately struck Akryn as very similar to Xieraks own bone structure. Remarkably so.
Akryn noticed Xierak enter and sighed, looking around one last time and taking in every detail he possibly could before slowly and cautiously approaching the gigantic jaws as well, hoping that Akeya was close by. It would satisfy a lot of wizards egos to dwell inside the bones of their mightiest kill, and Akryn was on high alert for traps.

Akeya kept following Xierak and Akryn silently, not really having a job here besides not getting killed and alerting Akryn if she noticed anything out of place or a dangerous source of magic. All three of them had to keep hiding whenever another large and without a doubt deadly creature passed by, Akeya using those instances to focus on another sweep of magic signatures in the area. She wasn't finding anything besides that which they could already see with their own eyes (the monsters) which was good, although she was also worried just what presence was making the area darken that she could not sense the core. The two most likely explanations were that it was so powerful that it was beyond her ability to sense it while still affecting this location, or it was part of the background magic so she was just looking past it without realizing it. But focusing on the background magic didn't help either. She could sense that this place was dangerous, but she couldn't sense the how or why.
When they finally reached what appeared to be the end of this particular trip the half dragon looked at the entrance of the cave that Xierak had found. It did look somewhat similar to Xierak's own head... Enough at least that Akeya was pretty sure that it wasn't a coincidence. The formation wasn't completely the same, but it was still too similar. Xierak's head wasn't exactly what you could call a natural stone formation in shape.
However she then was distracted by something else. Something that was in some ways a lot more alarming and intriguing than the shape of that cave. Somewhere, deep below them underground, she could sense magic. A lot of it. And it felt old as well. Very old. Somewhere down below there was a huge mass of ancient magic. It was still far enough away that Akeya could only barely sense it, but now that she was focusing on it she wasn't going to make the mistake of thinking that it's just her imagination. Instead she moved to Akryn's side, quickly whispering.
"I can sense magic below us. It's faint, but it feels vast. And very old."

Xierak had started to crawl across the steep floor of the cavern, the interior of the cave matching the exterior in that it was hardened, molten looking rock formations, however no stalagmites could be seen… however the ceiling had an irregular formation that could be compared to a gigantic spinal column that had been covered in lava that quickly hardened. As he ventured deeper into the cave, it quickly expanded into a large cavern that continued downward, for the rock formations were jutting out, they were curved in nature, giving off the appearance of a ribcage, with a few ribs broken at different spots.
Xierak then leapt to one of the rock formations and kept jumping down further to the lowest set and then walked over to the far side of the cavern and place his right claw on the wall. "Cio…ral…Todai…ka… Ju….Ge..Du…ton….xa…” Xierak then reared back his spiked right arm and punched the wall causing the entire cave to vibrate as a hole punched through the wall. After the dust settled Xierak stared into the hole, his orange eyes aflame, before jumping through the hole.
Xierak landed on blacken pavement, not naturally formed rock, but smooth concrete that had been blacken by some unseen force. Xierak then looked up and through his ability to see in the dark, saw a massive structure that could have been a building of some importance at somepoint, however now it was buried deep underground, with most of it being hidden by the earth surrounding it… Xierak crouched down low bowing his head at the sight of the structure, and then walked forward, and into the massive entrance of the structure…

Akryn frowned as he heard Akeya mention the magic far below them. He could only assume that that was where Xierak was headed, and he had to be honest. He was concerned about its source. If it could survive in this land for gods only know hopw long then it was likely a source of immense power. "Keep an eye on it. Identify it if you can, and let me know if it moves. Hopefully this will be over soon." Akryn whispered to Akeya, again kicking himself for not yet having taught his team mates the hand sign language that he had learned as a child. It would serve greatly in a land fraught with as much danger as Sin was. Still, Xierak had avoided the most dangerous areas thankfully, so one could only guess at what was going on here.
He followed Xierak into the formation, working hard to maintain distance while at the same time keeping the large creature that was his friend in sight. It was a tricky business for one who couldn't disappear, as Akeya could, but he was up to the task. Still, the formation of this 'cave' troubled Akryn greatly. "You don't think Xierak will get this big do ya? How on earth would we feed him?" Akryn whispered to Akeya as they passed through the ribs area, joking a bit to try and ease the tension out of himself.

Akeya only nodded as Akryn told her to keep an eye on the source of the ancient magic that she could feel all the way below them. She was pretty sure that any attempts at actually identifying it from this range would have no results, but she could still at the very least try before giving up. She left it to Akryn to lead the way and think of what to do next as she just kept an eye on their surroundings, and made sure that she also kept track of that source of magic and whether it was actually doing anything or not. They were in a dangerous situation. They couldn't allow to leave a single detail unnoticed.
As they entered the maw-like entrance of the cave she looked around, noticing that it was as she suspected: the resemblance kept continuing even inside the cave. First the head, the maw, and now it felt like they were walking through the throat and into its torso. That latter was confirmed when they began to see what she would bet a lot to be a ribcage.
In this darkness, with no light to guide their way, Akeya decided that it was easier to just use her wings than to try and climb over the formations. That way she would also have an easier time inspecting their surroundings. Her green eyes studied everything through the blindfold that was nearly permanently wrapped around her head, the lack of light no obstacle for her sight.
Akryn's remark was met with a shrug, although she doubted that he could actually see her. She didn't remember him having the ability to see in the darkness, although she was pretty sure she wouldn't need to lead him by the hand to get through this.
"Send him to feed himself."
Akeya frowned as they reached the next area, the hole that Xierak had created by punching the wall. Seeing that there would be a drop she silently grabbed Akryn by the shoulders and lifted him, then slowly flew down as she scanned the area before them.
"There's a building of some kind. Very big. Xierak is entering it, but just now he bowed before it."

Xierak cautiously entered into the entrance, sniffing the air cautiously, looking around the entrance he faintly saw statues lining the walls, and the floor was intricately decorated, and the ceiling was high above him. In the center of the entrance was a pedestal of some kind, from the dim light Xierak could see it was some kind of spherical object sitting on top of a smooth column. Xierak cocked his head keeping his low stance as he looked at the object, when a idea passed through his feral mind, “Zork…aks…va….Geros….” He then reached out and touched the spherical object,
When he did a faint glow formed at the center of it, then suddenly the entire Lacrima lit up causing blue light to emit from various fault lines throught the entire structure lighting it up completely, this gigantic surge of magic power was short lived as the Lacrima then cracked and all the lights then dimmed down to the point they were only giving off a faint glow… Outside of the building it caused enough light that the entrance was clearly made out even to those without the capability to see in the dark, and inside there was enough light to see and make out rough details of the objects. Xierak walked pasted the various statues that lined the hall way, each one was a worn done or broken statue of a Zorkak, typically holding a sword and standing proud, however unlike Xierak, these statues were atleast ten to fifteen feet tall each, and each ones spikes were extended partially, all in a different assortments pertaining to their body shapes, however some didn’t have spikes at all rather a plate like design that covered some areas of their bodies. After a minute of walking Xierak reached a set of massive doors that had a massive hole eaten through them,
Xierak then paused for a moment, sniffing the air, whatever he smelled made him scrunch his nose, he then walked forward through the hole in the doors and into a large hall. Xierak was stepping carefully, trying not to step on the objects that littered the floor everywhere. After he managed to get near the center of the room he let out a small whimper… all around him, were fossilized skeletons of his own species, literally hundreds of them, and more could be seen spreading into the other hallways thanks to the faint glow the floor and walls was still giving off. Xierak himself however had stopped infront of one skeleton, whose dying moment was frozen in time as were most of the skeletons in the room, however this one had been seeming trying to protect something inside of its embrace, yet whatever it was, wasn’t there, just a empty space the skeleton was cradling, after a long moment Xierak started to wobble back and forth as he once again clutched his head, “Xo..la…” He then turned around and instead of taking a step he fell over crushing a few of the skeletons… and passing completely out.
Alrighty here is where you guys get to explore a bit!
I have made a bad map via paint the gives the layout of this entire building, keep in mind skeletons of Zorkaks are everywhere in here, coming in all sizes and statures, some still have decorated jewelry imbedded into their spikes however they are blackened by the same dark magic that killed them.
Here is the Details of each of the rooms:
Main Hall: The primary hall, largest concentration of skeletons in various standing postures, some have fallen over and shattered, on the far wall is an elevated platform with two massive statues on the far wall as well as the wall of the entrance.
Map Room/Meeting Hall: This room is rather large(far bigger than the main hall but didn’t have the patience to draw it out fully), there are three large tables, two of which are approximately 10 meters in length and four meters in width, the middle table is approximately twelve meters in length with the same height of four feet. Hanging from the ceiling is a massive globe sculpted from an unknown metal, however this globe was fashioned from a world that was long past, Where Iceberge was presently located was a landed shown with lush forests and a landscape not to different from Fiores, Where the mighty Islands of Ca-Elum were presently were two small Volcanic Islands, and the where the mighty all the other nations had small towns shown throughout however nothing like they are today. However the most noticeably different country was Sin, it wasn’t a wasteland, however far from it, it was shown to be a thriving civilization and had wide plains and thriving forests…
Senate: This large Circular room seems to be your typical Senate room, however At the center of the room, in front of all the desks and stands rose a large thrown on a pillar, on it sat the skeleton of a massive Zorkak who might have been upwards of sixteen feet tall, his final resting position consisted of the massive broad shouldered skeleton leaning forward seemingly about to get up while one hand grasped a massive sword that could have been Four meters in length, and had a two feet wide blade, All throughout the senate conference room walls were ancient paintings long covered in dust, and throughout the room were skeletons of Zorkaks of sizes and frames still standing in their final positions.
Armory: The Armory has the least amount of Skeletons with in it, as one would be able to guess, not many were able to make it there before they had been killed, the two standing at the entrance were forever frozen reaching for what would have been their swords if they weren’t laying on the floor. Inside the armor a large array of incredibly large weapons were laid on pedestals, each one made out of some kind of black steel, and each Pedestal having a different inscription on it, On one in the back laid a massive scythe on the wall and two gauntlets on a decorative rack. Note, even the smallest of weapons in this Armory will prove too heavy for any human to lift, even those expertly trained for physical combat.
Archives: This massive room is a library that you don’t see every day, instead of shelves and books lining the floor and walls there were massive crystal blocks with various markings etched into the structure. Each crystalline block was atleast four meters tall and one meter wide, and five meters long, there were ten columns of ten crystal blocks within the archive, with one meter of space around each one. On the far corner of the archives is the entrance to a office space of somekind, with various lacrimas in place, one of which was locked into somekind of console in the wall.
Akryn had had to force himself not to laugh at Akeyas response. He doubtedit had been meant as a joke, she was a very serious person, but he had still found humor in it. He followed Xierak down, closely but sticking to the shadows all the same. He doubted at this point that Xierak would attack unless Akryn got in his way, with his sharp nose he had likely caught Akryns scent by now anyway. He entered the large chamber just in time to see Xierak go down, and it took a major surge of will power to not rush to his side. He stopped at the door, taking a moment to look around the chamber, noting the hundreds of skeletons and wincing. These poor souls had been slaughtered, very quickly, and brutally. "Akeya. Go left. We will stick to the shadows, make sure everything is clear before checking on Xierak." he said before stepping into the room and going left, close to the wall, his eye open for trouble.
