Personality: Jason is a very collected and quiet person outside of battle. He is a tad egotistical, and often scoffs at stupid comments and thinks himself just a bit smarter than most. He is not a jerk about this, however. Jason realizes everyone has their own strengths and does not claim he is better than his colleagues. He is more playfull about his superior intellect than anything. He is quite observant, and pays extra attention to detail in everything from reading to conversation. His memory is astounding, beyond photographic and spanning years to the smallest detail. His favorite passtime is reading, in fact, and he can definitely hold quite a grudge. Jason is not exactly an introvert, but simply quiet natured. He will often make a comment in conversation, and has no problem sharing his feelings. He has a problem, however, with sharing feelings for absolutely no reason. He believes there is a time and place for everything. Emotion has no place in battle. He carries an air of sophistication and mystery with him wherever he goes. His silence is not to be taken as rude, though it may come off that way if he doesn't answer directly in conversation. Books have been his only friend for a very long time, so he's not too keen on speaking freely.

Relationships have always been an awkward subject for Jason. He is not particularly fond of people, not because of any dislike but simply because he has never related to anyone. He can be apathetic at times, but the main root of the problem lies in his lack of relationships. He was never close with his parents. They cared, and he too, but he could never bring himself to truly be attached to them. Friends came and went, noone has ever really made an impression on him. This is one of the main draws of a guild. He felt his skills would be invaluable,  but more so he craved the sense of unconditional bond that comes with a guild. According to Jason, your friends want your happiness, family wants your time, all guild members want is your tattoo and your loyalty. Jason has never had an emotional relationship he cared for.

In battle, Jason's quiet nature fades. He is caught yelling witty banter acrossed the battlefield and taking an astoundingly aggressive approach. This is not to call him reckless, however. He still pays painfull attention to detail and strategizes as far ahead as his intellect will  allow. He believes it is an insult to let your emotion cloud your judgement. His interest in battle can honestly be quite gruesome at times. He is merciless, to the point that he doesn't know when to let up in even a griendly sparring match. He will often haveto be roused out of his adrenaline stupor. An endless stream of taunts and mockery goes from beginning to end at any opponent standing in his way. His abilities do not make him cocky, yet it can seem this way entering a battle. He will never underestimate an opponent.
Likes:

• Reading. Jason enjoys reading for the same reason anyone else enjoys it. Taking time to escape to another world all left to you is one of the best experiences humanity has to offer. He also enjoys the things he learns from practical books, and never forgets them.
  

• Puzzles. A chance to test his intellect in a fun game is simply fun for Jason.
  

• Friendly Competition. Friendly competition of all kinds is exhilarating for Jason. He is not the strongest, or fastest, but that won't stop him from entering a race or wrestling match. There's just something about it that makes a heart race like no other.
  

Dislikes:

• Losing. Nobody likes losing, but Jason particularly detests it.
  

• Pain. Jason doesn't have a particularly high pain threshold. In fact it's rather pathetic.
  

• Being talked down to. It's simply a pet peeve of Jason and an easy way to get on his bad side.
  

Motivations:

*]The pursuit of knowledge. Knowledge is power. And Jason seeks to be as powerful as humanly possible.
• Justice. Though a tad eccentric, Jason isn't blind to the unfairness of the world. True justice is impossible to obtain, however Jason lives to help the world get as close as possible.
  
• Adventure. Jason craves adventure,  and books can only give someone so much. He has almost reached the end of his rope, and wants the most life has to offer.
  

Fears:

• Death. Valient heroes often state they do not fear death, but who would suffer the whips and scorns of outrageous fortune, but for the fear of something after death.
  
• Spiders. They're exceedingly creepy. Noone REALLY likes spiders do they?
  
• Destruction. It's uncivil and sad. It tears families, lives, covilizations. Destruction is the true bane of existence.
  

General Appearance


Height: 6'2"
Weight: 149.6lbs
Hair: Seafoam green.
Eyes: Icy Blue.
Skin Tone: Pale. Porcelain Pale, likely from so much time reading inside as a child.
Appearance: Jason has a trackstar build, as he is not completely inactive. Most of his exercise, however, consists of cardio. Running to stay in shape. He has a round quiet face, very solemn and emotionless most of the time. He wears a light blue high collar shirt, and matching loose pants of slightly darker shade. The trim is gold around the cuffs. simple dark leather sandles grace his feat. When outside in the sun he wears a wide brimmed hat of navy blue to shade his face, and surprisingly doesn't sweat or overheat easily in this attire.

Guild: Blue Pegasus
Tattoo:  The Blue Pegasus tattoo is printed on Jason's left forearm. However, because he often wears a long sleeved shirt, he has also stitched the symbol in a larger scale on the back of his top, in dark royal blue just like the tattoo.
