Strengths:
-This item can relieve the user of one fear, useful when they need to face that fear.
-An item that is light and easy to carry around, even when not on the neck of the user
-Being a small item, it is hard for others to see or notice as a threat. It is also hard to hit directly.
Weaknesses:
-Emotionless towards fears, this means uncaring and most likely not going to react against it, even when a reaction is the best idea.
-Can easily be taken off of the user if the item takes a direct hit, if not shattering it.
-The necklace is surprisingly delicate, it takes 2 C rank hits to destroy
-When it's ability activates, the user can not tell the difference between allies or enemies, the user might end up attacking both sides.
Abilities:
Fearless Liberty: Once per thread, the user can target one fear that they have in them. They are not affected by their fear for three turns, showing no emotion towards it whatsoever.
