Legendary Pet, Cheepie or otherwise known as Illidan Windfury

Gaia had many servant and chosen figures who stood against the tides of corruption and evil for her, and among them was one that not a single soul took mention of. A deceivingly small, chubby bird is actually the legendary Devil Hunter of Gaia who has slain so many demons that no record was capable of listing every one that had fallen. This small creature had displayed much courage, using itself as a distraction to stall a monster while its brethren escaped, and when it was cut down, it continued with sheer will to cheep defiantly at the beast. It was then, that Illidan Windfury was born as Gaia herself intervened, infusing the avian creature with the spirit of the mighty Roc. Reborn at that moment as a spiritual being of untold wisdom, intellect, and bestial strength, the chubby sparrow shot up from the ground through the heart of the monster standing before it, claiming its first kill....

Description: Because Cheepie has imbued itself with the power of a Roc, the tiny bird while possessing the same physical capabilities of one, is still a small being. This puts Cheepie at a number of advantages and disadvantages, but the main core idea is that this small avian creature has now been granted the powers of one many times above his league. As such, the yellow sparrow possesses a 45% strength boost that allows it capabilities of massive beasts. Cheepie can also move with a 30% speed boost, moving about with empowered hops and flaps. This also makes Cheepie's fragile body one of the greatest deceptions that exist as it is tough and strengthened to the point of impressing Minh, an Earth Slayer whose form is that of his own element. (Each of the two boosts gain 15% per rank up till B that is, Maxes: 75%/60%)

Strengths:

-Immense physical capabilities allows Cheepie to partake in intense combat

-Small size allows Cheepie to be a hard-to-hit target

-Speed allows for quick travel and better battlefield maneuvering

Weaknesses:

-Small Size renders Cheepie unable to make many AOE physical moves

-Cheepie is only able to deal damage in a small, focused point which could be useless against some foe

-Cheepie is not an ethereal being so attacking anything of the like is out of question

-Unable to use durability to protect those in need

Name: PRIMAL FORCE AWAKENING

Type: DINO POWER
Duration: 5
Cooldown: 6

Description: Through will, Cheepie taps even further into his primal ancestry, back to the most ancient predators to shapeshift himself into one becoming even more deadlier than he was before. Despite losing his flying ability in his new form, Cheepie is now more capable at dealing with foes on land, enclosed spaces, and as well as giant foes. The shifting is akin to how AOT does their shifting with the steam and all before going titan.(20% increase to strength and speed with 20% increase per rank.)

D rank - can grow up to 10ft

C rank - can grow up to 20ft and can choose to empower strength further at the cost of speed 1.5 strength/.75 speed

Cheepie the Dino:

Strengths:

-Empowered form

-Size changes allow for versatile combat

-New form allows for better combating

Weaknesses:

-No ranged capabilities

-Cannot effect ethereal foes

-Can hinder allies in larger forms

-Boosts only help in melee combat since that is all Cheepie can do

I am thinking that this has been unlocked. But I don't know what the original was so I am going to make corrections to all of that needs to be fixed even if it was approved before.

C rank - can grow up to 75ft and can choose to empower strength further at the cost of speed 1.5 strength/.75 speed Please change the height to 10 ft.

B rank - can grow up to 180ft and can choose to empower strength further at the cost of speed 2 strength/.5 speed

A rank - can grow up to 450ft and can choose to empower strength further at the cost of speed 3 strength/0 speed


Please also get rid of these you can add them back in once you are to those ranks.

May I ask that the second ability then be shifted into a passive and an active

With the D rank size and stat increases being the passive part and the shifting to larger sizes be active

This passive of mine was planned with the idea in mind that there are foes out there of varying sizes with some pets I have seen with heights of 50+ and some with lengths in the 100+ region, and that Cheepie can choose his size and the different boosts to fit the situation, but I can see why it would best be an active. I don't mind if you stand by your decision.

Also, could I ask that the max height be much higher

An example of what I am asking for If a magic can allow a summon at D rank to be an estimated 20m

Why is it Cheepie cannot achieve such a height?

Okay so....

1.In pets you can have one passive and one active ability. You already have a passive that gives stats so, no I will not change my mind on that.

2. I did not grade most of those that I know of and some of them are based on the type of animal that they are. Cheepie is a bird turning into a dinosaur. The type of dinosaur is not meant to be 30ft tall. Besides this is not a smon for magic, this is a pet. Summons are different they are made of magic. Cheepie is not.
