do we really need to limit who others can team with, it should be the persons choice, if a darkie wants to team with a legal let them or if they wannna team with a neutral let them if a legal or neutral wants the same let them,

Its more because in most cases:
1. Legals and darks generally don't get along
2. If the magic council found out that legals had been workign with darks they wouldn't be best pleased and would likely take action.
3. Canonically teams only formed from within the same guild.
4. Legals and darks would not be able to do all the same jobs together because dark jobs are limited to darks and legal jobs are limited to legals. So....it wouldn't benefit them
Now there is nothing stopping you going on jobs with them, you just don't get bonuses.
Pretty sure ic wise teams are officially registered with the MC for legals and the azeron alliance if you are bad. So its not like those two organizations would alllow it
