Personality:
Drake isn't exactly timid; More so he has significant trust issues after several events throughout his life, causing him to seperate himself from others both emotionally and physically. Dislikes arguments and usually just gives the other party what they want to settle the problem. Enjoys learning about other types of magic. If he encounters someone with unfamiliar magic, he drops his emotional wall, and clings to them in order to learn more, often to the discomfort of the receiving party. Despite his cold appearance, he does genuinely care about the well-being of others. Suspicious of others, and doesn't drop his suspicions until they can prove themselves to him. Reluctant to join a guild due to a combination of untrust, having to cooperate with others, as well as the overwhelming amount of guilds to choose from. Secretly owns a large collection of bad film Lacrima; Bad movies are his guilty pleasure. If anyone brings it up, he awkwardly denies the existence of these Lacrima and attempts to change the topic. Is actually quite good at several musical instruments; despite never having formal instruction. His favorite instrument is the bass. Despite being a second generation Dragon Slayer, he still has motion sickness, but it's not nearly as bad as Natsu's. His hardworking side has been displayed many a time, such as when he built his own residence as an alternative to paying rent he could not afford due to being between jobs.
In battle, he keeps calm and tries to keep damage to the surroundings to a minimum. Tries to accomplish everything himself, as he is afraid to work with someone in the event they may betray him, although this usually ends up with Drake injuring himself. Under a leader, he reluctantly follows orders, but is sure the leader is competent enough to guide the group into accomplishing the task at hand. As a leader, he barks out orders like a drill sergent, leaving no leeway for being off task, as his suspicion compels him to take over as soon as anyone is out of place. His strategy is consisted of using his estoc in a series of fast, consecutive thrusting attacks to keep the pressure on an opponent, waiting for he or she to slip up, then open a wound, and drink their blood, allowing him to use his stronger Blood Dragon Slaying spells, such as Blood Dragon's Roar or Blood Dragon's Despot Blitz. In Dragon Force, Drake becomes practically a new person. His attack strength and speed is doubled, and his attacks are much more violent and unpredictable, with no regard for his surroundings; as long as his target is incapcitated, he's satisfied. However, due to these terrifying behaviors, he refrains from using it; only entering the state as a last resort. When cutting and thrusting attacks are not possible or effective, he ex-quips to a broadsword for blunt force attacks, and a shield to defend himself. In this fighting stance, all he needs to do is bruise the the opponent (Which causes internal bleeding.) At that point, the blood is close enough to the surface of the skin for him to use it. If he trusts someone enough, he will rarely use his Blood Dragon Slaying to close wounds and treat certain diseases and ailments.

Bad Movies: Enjoys his secret collection of bad movies very much. Not one of those people who like them because they're so bad that they're funny, but because he legitimently enjoys them.

Dislikes:
The taste of blood: Despite this being his element, he doesn't enjoy it's taste. It's very strong. He just puts up with it.
Magiphobics: Believes that while magic can do some scary stuff, it's nothing to be afraid of.
The Magic Council: Respects their authority, but believes they're too controlling.
Motivations:
To create a world of total and absolute trust: Adknowledges this idea is over utopian; but would absolutely love this kind of world.
To become a Mage Saint: Ever since he was a child, he had aspired to join the ranks of the sages.
Defeat every Dragon Slayer in friendly competition: He believes that if he defeats every Dragon Slayer out there, he'll finally stop worrying all the time.
