Ten No Kichi (Way of Heaven)

Description: Zack was once the Sky Demon slayer, but after defeating the seven emperor's of the gourmet world and finding his power was unable to match that of the eighth he decided to give up his former magic and ascend to something beyond the sky. After analysing the item he received from the task he found that it transformed his body into a new form and unlocked memories that his former master the Sky Emperor had sealed away. Zack was not human. In fact, he was a celestial spirit and  had been so altered by magic in Earthland that he no longer needed to return to the celestial spirit world unless his body became too heavily damaged.

He returned to his former home and trained with the Celestial Spirit King himself to learn his way of the sword. He also trained with the other celestial spirits and formed a new combat style that he called Way of Heaaven or Ten no Michi. This channels the power of starlight in various ways and can be considered a hybrid of sword magic, light make and heavenly body.

One of the interesting abilities of this is that it doesn't just generate light in its basic form as energy. He can instead change its very nature so that it acts like a liquid, a solid, a gas. Almost any state is something that Zack can transform this into.


Strengths:

• Versatile: Due to containing elements of maker magic and the celestials this is highly versatile.
  
• Destructive: A magic highly suited for destruction
  
• Fast: It is based on light and so most of the spells are very fast
  

Weaknesses:

• Earth: The power of the heaven's can be stopped by the earth.
  
• Collateral Damage: A large number of the offensive spells have some form of AOE meaning the user often causes collateral damage.
  
• Light/Dark Slayers: Depending on the mode they are in they can be eaten by light or dark slayers
  
• Darkness/Light: Depending on which mode the user is in they are weak to either light or darkness. In normal mode they are weak to darkness, in eclipse they are weak to light.
  

Abilities/Powers:

• Ougi: Jūryoku sosa (Secret Technique: Gravity Manipulation)- By careful master of their inner magical energy wielders of Ten no Michi are able to  freely manipulate the effect that natural gravity has on their body. This is used to allow him to fly.   This also allows him to alter his sense of gravity so that he can freely walk up walls and on ceilings as if they were the ground.
  
• Ougi: Tentai Kan(Secret Technique: Celestial Sense ) - As a master of the constellations those who have mastered this style gain the ability to send the presence of celestial spirits and their wielders within 500ft of them unless said spirit/user is hiding their magic presence somehow. This does not allow him to pinpoint their location precisely, but gives them a rough estimate.
  
• Hoshi no chikara(Power of the stars): The user is enhanced by the power of the stars. During the day this effect is minimal due to the fact only one star is visible, that of the sun, but due to its brightness it is highly effective. Due to this the user gains a 30% boost to strength, endurance and flexibility and a 50% boost to speed and agility. During night time this is enhanced  by a further 10% and the user gains a 10% increase to magic effects.
  
• Ougi: Kaiki(Secret Technique: Total Eclipse) - The user's of Ten no Michi normally harness the power of light. However, those who become masters can invert themselves and activate a secret mode. This is a mode the user can trigger which causes anything black on them to turn white and white to turn black. This includes the eyes. Whilst in this form the effects of the spells change from light element to dark element. This of course means it can now be eaten by dark slayers rather than light and cancelled out by light rather than dark. The user's aura becomes a dark purple when this is being activated and remains as such whilst active.
  Whilst in eclipse mode he is much more vicious and prone to being ruthless. It is a form that can only be activate for three posts and requires a six post cooldown.
  
• Tengoku no negai(Heaven's wish)- Those who master Ten no Michi gain this blessing.  This blessing allows the user to heal 1% per turn during the day, and 3% per turn at night.
  
• Ougi: Hikari Mage(Secret Technique: Light Bend) Those who master this style are able to bend light to create very minor illusions purely for visual effect such as generation demon/angelic wings behind themselves. These are only for effect and serve no real purpose in combat other than as a minor distraction. This light can be made of any colour. However, this is not limited to purely illusions. The user is also able to create small non-offensive objects out of light freely. This can include items like keys and lockpicks or something more substantial like a guitar. Should these even be attempted to use in an offensive manner then they will fade away into twinkling sparkles of light instantly.
  
• Sora no ken(Empty Fist)- Those who master Ten no Michi can control their preferred weapon type providing it is within 500ft of themselves. In the case of Zack this is swords.

So I talked to Alyia, and she said it's all good for me to take over. Here's my initial comments, would have used a quote but this time wasn't possible

NINPOU HANTA NO MANTO: Switch Cooldown to 4 Posts

**To the best of my knowledge, you can have a 5th D Rank spell...

NINPOU KITSUNE NO KAWA: Would you be able to turn into another player? And while in the form of another person, if that person know magic, would you be able to use their magic?

NINPOU CHOKUKOTO: Lasting a couple seconds wouldn't allow you to do much with it... you'd be able to make a small line and its over. I'd advise turning the duration to 1 post, so you can at least get 30 seconds in on that... due to the nature of the spell, you wouldn't have to change the cooldown at all.

NINPOU NOUSAGI: After calculating the level degradation on buffs, the total value of that speed buff is 0.08% boost, and that's rounded up. The actual number was 0.078125% but that's too long for my tastes...

NINPOU SENSHI: Same thing as the above spell, same value as well...

NINPOU KAWARIMI: Out of curiosity, if you're vanishing, how are you taking damage at all?



B Rank:
NINPOU YAGI NO TSUNO: You can lower the cooldown to 5 posts if you like... the effect isn't so opulent it requires a 6 post cooldown

NINPOU KAMINARI NO SENSHA: You can lower the cooldown to 6 posts if you like... the spell isn't very large, at least not by B Rank standards, nor is it excessively powerful by B Rank standards either...

NINPOU HI NO TORI FUKKATSU: The damage from the flames is reduced by rank?

NINPOU HOSHI NO YUMI: The immense damage of this seems... much...
♦ Since each individual shot is B Rank damage, I think it stands to reason a C Rank barrier could stop one (assuming the barrier was undamaged).
♦ The speed of the charged shot (180 meters per second) is also a bit excessive considering the amount of damage it will deal... it seems unfair since whoever's on the receiving end has literally next to no chance of dodging/blocking that. I'd advise reducing the speed to 100 meters per second.
♦ Can you specify:
   • Charge time for the mega-shot
   • Whether or not you can be interrupted
   • If able to be interrupted, some methods it would be possible
   • If able to be interrupted, what happens if it happens

NINPOU KANE NO TSUME: Would the claw be able to hold an S/SS/H Rank player in place?

NINPOU SATTO: Can the bulls be killed? If so, what are their individual HP's?

NINPOU ETO NO TSUYO-SA/NINPOU ETO NO TSUKUDO: if the 2 spells are active at the same time, does that mean physical attacks that hit you deal 100% more damage? Also, are the physical attacks that deal more damage limited to melee, or would an attack like "Fire Dragon Iron Fist" have the same effect?

NINPOU O NO HA: You mentioned the blade moves in an arc, so does that mean the attack is also in an arc?

Made the edits plus made a slight tweak to the headbutt technique.

However, what is worth mentioning about the passive buffs is that with our currently rules it is only possible for a H rank to gain these passives (as the technique has to cost 0MP to be a passive and only H ranks can cast C ranks for 0MP) as such i'd say it is fair that these do their full amount on a H rank mage (i.e. 30% of the H rank's strength and speed rather than all the necessary division) as otherwise the passives bcome completely pointless. Feel free to correct me on this or get a staff opinion. That's just how I see it.

As for the amount of D rank slots. Yeah I do get more, but for the life of me I can't think of any. If you have any ideas feel free to chuck a PM my way with the details preferably linking it to one of the 88 constellations. But for now CIAO
