Description: Hokkyokuken no Arashi at its core is a manipulation of Ice through the use of spells. Its uses the properties of Ice while boosting it through mana to give it more strength and durability in combat. The magic itself is versatile within itself being a 'manipulation' of the element.
For the way Tatsumi uses this magic, he utilizes its freezing(stunning) capabilities effectively and frequently. When using his magic, he has a tendency to use it in unison with a blade to give him both a chance in the magic and melee combat.

Lineage: Knight of FrostFire
Description: One of the Seven Knights of King Kuroryu, this Knight could use the power of fire and ice and combining it into a mysterious element "FrostFire" known as the most lethal Knight out of the Seven, he could combine his element into his weapon or enhancing his magic spells to give it properties of "FrostFire." FrostFire was said to either be so cold it burned, or so hot it froze. This Knight was eventually banned from ever using this technique, however his descendents were later found to have this rare capability.
Ability: Allows the user to combine "FrostFire" effects with either a weapon or a spell up. Upon landing a blow on the target, the target will either be set on fire or stunned due to intense freezing. The option is up to the user of the lineage. However, the one drawback that this lineage gives is that upon usage the user has to wait 2 posts between usage of "FrostFire" effects.
Usage: The user of this lineage can only combine "FrostFire" effects up to four times in a single thread. Upon landing a blow the user can choose to have the target be burnt or frozen. If frozen, the target will be stunned for one post. If burnt, the target will receive damage equal to the attacker's rank, up till S-Rank.

Strengths:
- Versatility-Due to the nature of the magic, the spells are variable and different for different uses.
- Freezing(Main Slow)- The nature of ice leads to the very common 'freezing' status, which truly complements the magic's focus.
- Debuffs- At later stages in the magic, debuffs become more prevalent and apparent, and are sure to be very challenging and fun to face.
Weaknesses:
- Buffs- This magic contains no 'buff's in the terms of strength or speed boosts.
- Lethal Capabilities- This magic actually has very few methods of killing someone on its own, relying on weapons or others to do its dirty work.
- Range- The magic consists of mainly melee, short, and semi-medium range of spells, leaving anyone or anything after 50m(the highest range anyhting I make will have) safe.
- No Mercy- The magic does not care whether you are friend or foe, it will work and harm regardless of this fact

- Arctic Training- After training with his magic, failing and practicing, he has gain a slight resistance to Ice magic. He has a 10% resistance to Ice magic.
- Free-form Ice{Social}: Tatsu is able to create and mold small to medium sized objects, similar to that of a ice-make mage, but only non-violent objects like chairs, cups, and other misc things.
- Home-Advantage: When fighting in a snowy or icy area, Tatsumi's damage increase by 20%.

Description:
Touch of Frost works in a way you would imagine. Tatsumi's hand is covered in a aura of blue magic, and proceeds to 'touch' his opponent, whether it be with a offensive punch or just a standard touch of the arm, causing them to freeze or slow down due to the ice. This spell's effects last for 1 post.- Range-Touch

- B+=Unaffected
- D-Rank= Slowed 50%
- The slowing effect allows for better chances for defending or attacking
- Many ways to apply the spell.
Weaknesses:- Requires Touch
- No Lethal Spell Damage
- Can easily be dodge by a opponent who is faster.
- A Fire Mage, if trained in the ability, could 'melt' the effect away using a internal heat source.

Description:The is a combo off of Blade of Frost. The spell, when it is going to be cast, gathers the blue hue to the edge of the blade while Tatsumi runs his hand across the blade releasing a cone from the center point of Ice.

- Its a offensive spell in this magic, seeing as they are far and few between
- Its a semi-ranged spell

- doesn't have the freezing effect

Strengths:- Able to defend against 1 C-Rank Spell/2 D-Rank Spells
- Quick creation
- Its semi-transparent, allowing me to at least see a figure on the other side if needed.
Weaknesses:- Only good for one person.
- I can't attack through it.
- Its natural Weakness, Fire Magic, easily destroys and goes through the spell leaving no protection against it.
- Cannot harm another person seeing as its a defensive spell

Description: This spell is a combo off of Blade of Frost. To signal its usage, the blue hue of the blade gathers to the point of the blade, which is being held in a upward position, when it is slashed downward releasing a blue wave towards the opponent. The Freezing Effect last for 1 post- Range-15 ft

Description: This spell is a augmentation spell that is put onto a blade of a weapon, like the cutting point of a Axe or the actually blade of a sword. To use the spell Tatsumi's hand, the one not holding the weapon, is surround in a blue magic and he slides his hand over the blade, leaving it in a blue hue. The weapon in which the spell is used on can freeze an opponent attacked with the weapon and gains the spell damage while also extending the blade with the use of the magic, giving another 6 inches in blade length. The Freezing Effect last for 3 posts

- Added damage to the weapon(Spell's Damage/C-Rank).
- Can combo easily into another spell, more specifically Arctic Fang if opponent is hit due to Freezing
Weaknesses:- Freezing only works once per post, regardless of amount of slashes.
- Still requires a melee hit for effects to work on opponent.
- Requires a bladed weapon to be used upon. Cannot be used on things like a fist or a staff.
- If weapon were to be removed from wielder's hand, the spell is immediately dispelled.

Description: This spell is one of Tatsumi's most complex spells. To start with, Tatsumi's blade of the weapon Tatsum is using is covered in a thin blue aura, keeping its natural sharpness and point. The spell continues onward into a charging motion, propelled by a compact blizzard force at the base of Tatsumi's feet. If the opponent is impaled,ice spreads at point of impact causing initial and lasting damage.- Distance traversed with Charge: 10 ft.

Strengths:- Deals immediate C Rank spell damage on hit, while causing D-Rank damage over 2 post afterwards.
- Does stack damage from weapon and other buffs from other spells(Looking at Blade of Frost specifically)
- Hard to retaliate if caught by charge due to speed and consequential pain from wound.
Weaknesses:- This spell requires a piercing blade specifically to work.
- Is a melee range spell.
- As a counter, requires precise timing and movements to actually land the spell on the opponent.
- Needs a solid surface for the propulsion to work, meaning no flying or hovering is possible.

Description: Tatsumi's free hand glows the usual blue hue while he raise his hand with speed to create what looks to be a large ice spike coming from the ground at a angle away from Tatsumi. The ice is actually Tatsumi's magic power in the form of a semi-physical ice magic. The Freezing effect last for 3 posts.- Height: 4ft
- Diameter at base: 5ft
- Speed: 40 MPH
Strengths:- High Speed
- Angled for more reach, 5.5 ft to exact.
- Freezing:
- D-Rank= Slowed 50%
- C-Rank= Slowed 50%
- B= Slowed 25%
- A+=Unaffected
- D-Rank= Slowed 50%
- Higher Freezing effect
Weaknesses:- Completely non-lethal
- Its still a short range
- Very ineffective for a defense due to its nature and physicality. If one were to try to use a spell or weapon through it without touching it themself, it would go through with no problem.
- With the above weakness, this spell isnt able to spell clash, leaving it as a completely offensive capability.
