Coffee and a Sweet Tooth| PRIVATE| Romulus and Kukki

Romulus sat in his favorite coffee shop in Rose Garden. It did not take him long to find out that this particular one was the best. He now made it a point to come to this shop as often as possible. Not only was the coffee good, but so were the people. All of the staff were kind, and the customers were so interesting. He knew they were interesting because of his eaves dropping though. He had never built up the forage to go talk to anyone, even though that was his vow every time he came inside of the shop. This time seemed no different than therest so far, as he sat In a booth off to the side, slowly sipping his black coffee with a few sugars in it.

Pure and utter shock went through Romulus when some random girl sat down at his table. She looked pretty young, but Romulus sensed a spark in her. Like a raw bundle of energy. He smiled as he took another sip of his coffee. "And hello to you too," he said to the stranger as he moved his snow white hair from its position in front of his left eye. He wide smile made him feel a bit warm inside, and those striking blue orbs that met his made him feel calm and centered.

The small girl let out an even smaller giggle. Romulus thought it was the cutest thing he had ever heard. "This is by far my favorite coffee shop in this city. And this is my favorite city, especially because of the coffee, " Romulus said before he took another sip of his still hot coffee. "The lacrima they use to make the coffee here keeps it warm for a very long time. And the muffins, the muffins are to die for," headed, to try to be as helpful as possible to this new little girl. He hoped he was helpful, and that the girl wouldn't just leave now that he had answered her question.

Still a bit entranced by the young girl, Romulus almost missed her greeting. "Hello Kukki. My name is Romulus Lupin," Romulus said as he shot the girl as friendly of a smile as he could give. He then ran his right hand through his hair, realizing how inept he was at being social. He hasn't even introduced himself to the girl yet. After his hand had succeeded in making his hair even messier than it already was, he instantly became aware of the blur guild mark on his left arm. He quickly, and very awkwardly, moved his right hand over as much of the mark as possible, so as to hide his affiliation from the unknown person sitting across from him. He hoped she wasn't an enemy, but if she was, he hoped even more she hadn't seen his marking. Still bearing his friendly-as-an-asassin-mage-who-was-raised-by-wolves smile he said, "If I may ask Kukki, why is it that you sat by me?"

Romulus' eyes grew wide. Was this little girl.... Flirting with him? She most likely wasn't, but Romulus' inexperience with people. Especially the opposite gender. He squeezed down harder on his arm, but relaxed his eyes and turned his smile into a smirk. "Well, Kukki. I do want one. Such a unique girl better have a pretty astounding reason for choosing to sit with someone as mundane as me, Romulus said to the stranger. If she was flirting, it was definitely in his best interest to flirt back. It would either save his life from an assassination attempt, or get him a friend. Either way he saw it as profit.
