Personality:
Narumi has a very down to earth, cheery, upbeat personality for the most part. She's a genuinely kind person on the outside, but that doesn't stop her from being mischievous. Narumi loves to see people's reactions by events she instigated, which does make her somewhat of a trickster. Many would say this is because of her "fox" nature. However, none of her tricks would go so far as to harm anyone. Unlike many Yokai, Narumi has no problem showing off her Kitsune features. She is never self conscious about her looks, which is ironic since she has a burning hatred towards people who try and touch her ears or tail. Except for children. While Narumi can be sarcastic, and rude to people who treat her the same way, she has a soft spot for small human children. Because of events in her past, Narumi enjoyed their young, and naive nature. She treats them much like a human would treat kittens or puppies.
If there is ONE thing Narumi loves, it's the thrill of the battle. She enjoys fighting opponents of higher skill then herself. Which is to say she isn't afraid to challange most to duels. This can come at a cost though. She may be brave, but that aspect can backfire quickly if she fights those of significantly higher skill then herself. This just goes to show that Nurami has a very determined personality as well, as she is constantly trying to improve herself. Because of this she can get quite cocky, and ready to fight just about anyone who wants to challange her. A form of interaction the Kitsune fell in love with as soon as she discovered of its existence after being transformed.
Although Narumi may have a friendly attitude for the most part, she can get quite angry for specific reasons. She has a strong sense of loyalty to those she trusts, and would defend them with her life if anyone tried to take them away from her. Even though she loves fighting, she shares no sympathy for people who would try and abuse their powers against those who can't defend themselves. Which goes to show the Kitsune can get very angry against those who would try and commit vile acts. She has very low tolerance for unecesary violence, and will attempt to quell it in anyway she can. Even if it means putting herself in danger.
Narumi can also be naive for her age. Not exactly understanding all of mankind's customs and interactions. When the Kitsune is curious about something, it's not hard for someone else to notice. She will give whatever her mind is curious about a lot of attention, and will usually seem to be quite determined to find the answer she's looking for. Which just goes to show she can be stubborn about many things. If they bother her enough, her mind will be constantly thinking about it until she has come to an answer she likes. Because of this, many people may think she has a very scattered brain, and can be easily distracted.
And when the situation calls for it, Nurami is more then cooperative when following other's instructions. Provided she thinks they know what they're doing. However, if the person attempting to lead shows signs of inexperience, and struggles with accomplishing their goals because of this, Nurami can try to step up and take the mantle. She is always concerned about those around her, which would make her a somewhat careful leader. This means in dire situations, she can have trouble making the needed sacrifices in order to achieve victory.

-Pranks: Narumi usually finds other's reactions to her tricks very amusing.
-Children: The Kitsune loves human children, often thinking they're adorable. Much like a human would treat puppies or kittens, Narumi treats children the same.
-Dueling: Nothing get's Narumi more hyped up then a heated fight. Even if her opponent is superior, she still finds the event very fun to participate in. And she takes it as a chance to show off.
Dislikes:
-Fish: Narumi hates fish. The thought of eating them is enough to make her gag. And the smell is even worse.
-People Touching Her Tail: For reasons unknown, Narumi can get extremely annoyed when people touch her long tail or ears. She only lets children touch it. It would take a significant act for Narumi to let someone feel it.
-Getting Wet: Narumi hates getting wet. The uncomfortable sensation of the water on her body makes her tail and ears droop. Not to mention the fluff that comes after they dry.
Motivations:
-Improving Her Skills: Narumi is always looking for opportunities to get stronger. She hopes by doing this she can help protect those who can't defend themselves when needed.
-Lifting The Curse On Her Island: The sole reason why Narumi tries to get stronger and protect others. Because she couldn't on that fateful day she was forced to abandon her home...
-Fitting Into Society: Because of her status as a Kitsune, many people treat her differently. Narumi hopes to find some way she can help bring equality between Yokai and mankind.

-Being Helpless: Narumi hopes she will never be helpless in the face of troubling events. She dreads not being able to step in and help.
-Failing Others: One of the worst feelings that Narumi can feel is guilt, for not being able to accomplish a task people were depending on her to.
-Claustrophobia: Narumi cannot stand being enclosed in small spaces for long periods of time. She can start to panick if she isn't given enough freedom to move around.

Hair: Narumi's hair color is a deep black, and it is rather short. However, her fox ears contain white tuffs of fur on the inside, as well as a white tipped tail.
Eyes: A deep yellow hue, but turn to cyan when she uses her magic.
Skin Tone: Caucasian
Appearance: Narumi is a 5 foot, and 6 inch tall Kitsune female. She has short black hair, and deep yellow eyes. On her head are two long foxlike ears containing white tuffs of fur from the inside. She also posses a long black fox tail, with a white tip. As for clothes, Narumi usually wears a black and gray buttoned sweater, and cutoff shorts. She likes to wear long laced black boots that cover most of the black stalkings climbing up her legs ending at her upper thigh, below the shorts. However, her most noticeable piece of clothing is her long blue scarf. One will rarely see Narumi without it wrapped around her neck, letting both ends of it fall on either side of her. Some can speculate it is related to her magic, as the ends of the scarf will glow whenever she uses it.
