There is a small scar, about the size of baseball; settled on the nape of her neck. It takes the shape of an X and originally a bright azure crystal was embedded in the centre of the scar, slightly poking out. Now it is entirely gone.
Personality:
Before-hand, Viola was an entirely different person than she is now. After an incident on a job, she had woken up, for some reason, forgetting her name and any other details about herself, but rather, remembering everybody she had met, including her Guild, Eclipse Soul. Her guild-mates and comrades remember her as an outgoing and friendly girl that had a similar appearance to a doll (white hair, pale complexion, small frame). Although most say nothing personality wise has changed about Viola from before, they are highly mistaken about their opinions on the ivory-haired girl. She is childish and playful just as she was when she regularly got into trouble from her disastrous actions and sneaking into the cabinets of Katherine's food, which is something that is recognized in Viola as she does this just as often as she had/would've done before. In addition to the drastic change of her personality, Viola as a result does not feel pain, fear and sadness. Which may be untrue at times, but is not seen in her as much as it was seen before hand. Because of this, Viola doesn't understand how others feel most of the time in depressing or emotional situations. This causes her to say things that as a result anger most individuals for commenting on how "it happens all over the world, so why are you sad it happened to one person?" etc.
Viola also likes to get herself into dangerous or troublesome situations, personally going out of her way to get into heated battles that may or may not be to overwhelming for her to handle. Because of this, she regularly gets hurt and hurts others, frightening them with her actions while in result causing her Guild and the Council to most likely grow angry. She has been called the "problem child" by her partner Melody, describing her as a walking disaster when going out on a job alone. Alongside this, Viola can be described as an eerie and rather fearful individual. Because of her much wider pupils and different appearance, she can come off as creepy by her tone of voice and her behaviour around strangers and comrades. Not that she minds of course, in-fact, Viola sometimes finds it amusing to make those timid just on purpose. She tends to have that effect on even her enemies in battle, regarding her lack of pain she can be knocked to the ground and quickly get back onto her feet with no hesitation. Despite Viola being a rather violent and eerie character, she does have a side of her, deep down that is the kind and sensitive one from before. Because of her history, she will in time remember the side of her that made all of these friends and had gotten her into the place she now calls home (Eclipse Soul). When this time comes, Viola will be much more human than she is now. Understanding of others sadness and pain. Although she doesn't like to admit it at the moment, she deeply cares for her guild-mates, often getting herself hurt for them in dangerous moments that could've resulted in her getting killed. This alone shows that there is a more humane side inside of her... A more Viola, side.
Leadership: Honestly, Viola has none of that. Because she is unwilling to understand how others feel, and rather have fun in battle, she causes more disaster then helping her comrades in battle. Usually in battle, due to her overwhelming lack of leader-ship, she tends to find the more dangerous enemy and fight it solo, regardless if the ranking is a large gap. Although when she is around, and does notice her comrade(s) in trouble, she will jump in and protect them, or fight alongside them.
Likes:
Donuts
Viola has a high liking toward those round and delicious sweets known as donuts. Usually she'll only be eating Katherine's heavenly donuts, but she can also been seen eating them where-ever and by who-ever made them. In this case, this is one of the only things she'll be seen stealing from people (comrades and strangers both), mainly because these delicious sweets are the main thing that she is seen eating half the time, rather than eating normally and healthy like most people.
Animals
She loves all kinds of them, no matter what species they are. Viola can easily make strong bonds with even the most violent and shyest animals, which is considered odd in some way, due to her personality. Although at times when she is isolated with them, she is much more kind and gentle then she would usually be around people.
Battle
With an enemy or a comrade, it makes her feel excited. She gets to release all the magic energy that has been stored inside her or has not been used to much thrilling events until now. Although she doesn't feel pain herself, she enjoys watching others struggle in battle, in-fact she loves it.
Dislikes:
Uptight People
They're annoying and get on her nerves. They never seem to wanna have fun, and their outlook on life seems like it has to be just perfect. Plus, they've never seemed to enjoy Viola's actions or her own personal activities that involve.. getting into trouble. So as a result, it's only natural she'd come to dislike them.
Donut Problems
Don't take her donut. Don't step on it. Or else, you'll be in for some serious amount of pain. Either that or you'll be running for quite a long time. This doesn't tend to happen with most of the food that she eats, but seriously... just don't mess up her plate of donuts.
Dark Mages & Demons
Some say it's because of her magic, but, Viola highly dislikes Demons, and for some reason Dark Mages as-well. Because they have chosen a path of darkness, Viola believes they should be killed immediately in a world that was only meant for the good. Alongside Demons, she doesn't believe that all kinds of them should be killed, if they are half or only part, then she is reasonable enough to believe that a more humane side is still within them.
Motivations:
Melody
Her most closest friend that she has. Originally the tiny fox was a forest spirit that had the shape of a beautiful brunette woman with bright green eyes. She is motivated to find something. Anything. To get her back to normal again. Since it was her fault in the first place that she turned out how she is now (a weak fox).
History
She doesn't remember anything from before that she originally had after the incident. Because of the crystal falling out from her neck, Melody noted that the person she was before could've been a figure that was blocking out the real her... Regardless, Viola is determined to find the one who put the crystal into her neck, and discover the true missing pieces to her memory.
Eclipse Soul
It's he home, and the main place where so many accept her for just who she is. Although her guild-mates and even her can get on each-other's nerves she doesn't know what she'd really do without them. They are her motivation in battle, and in any situation. It is what drives her to try harder through rough situations.
Fears:
No More Donuts
Chaos. Suffering. She imagines the world as a dark and dull place with-out these heavenly sweets, and often grows sweaty, falling into a pool of discomfort just imagining the sight of it. Even waking up to the cabinets empty with these round delicious sweets causes her to grow extremely frantic.
Death
Yes. Even Viola. The one who impends into battle without a single thought fears the embrace of death. Because she has such strong motivation to figuring out her history, she feels herself dying now would leave her adventures with friends completely pointless to her overwhelming feelings before.
Being Tickled
Because her body isn't as sensitive as most people, the feeling of somebody's hands fumbling around her body makes her feel uncomfortable and timid. Usually when somebody is tickled, they are supposed to laugh and squirm around frantically. While.. Viola on the other hand, grows pale-faced and reacts with violence.

Appearance:
She is a young person with an alluring appearance, easily able to intimiate others were her eyes. Her body structure is slender, and she has a medium sized chest that is usually hidden by long strands of white hair. Her clothing consists of dresses (even on jobs), that are usually frilly and slightly girly.. whilst a pair of brown boots will almost always be seen on her feet.
