Since I feel an image would be better than a description on her true form, here's a link incase that helps you in anyway.

    Living all alone
    like the monsterthat i am
    ---that i am
humans go so quickly, they fall so deep asleep. Never show the shock, but I start to weep. You fell in love with the monster that I am, uniform it suited you, hand in hand we ran. Calling all the snakes with all the powers that I have, if they disappeared I don't think that I'd be sad. A never ending world, made for you, and for me. Loving family then we will be. Waiting up for you. Door I closed behind. But you never came. Never wondered why.
Uncommon hues of amethyst gem steered from left right, discreet through flooding streets of civilization, fumes of ciggerate and exhaust from monitoring vechiles. There was curiousity that gleamed along her gentle features, impaled through notice of dully clothed strangers - certain ambiance emitting from her youth as she observed passing people from the top of a wooden roof, feeble legs danced rythmically off of the edge. Not once had she contemplated coming to a place like this again. A smog drifted city that ran on the natural sources of Earth, rather than the.. unnatural. She felt like a black sheep placed among a herd of white, semblance of magic emitted through her quivering veins and through the currents of air - it was lonesome to be coiled around such structure with no sense of magic nearby.

But, she wasn't alone. Fractured pieces of presentable users lay scattered amoungst the city, casting a form of apprehension within as the corners of pinkish lips twitched up into a playful smile. "How intriuging.." she mused, never conceiving there could be quite a handful of users ravaging through the city that was essentially void of magic.

Viola relocated her posture, now situated standing on the ledge with her hands placed firmly on her hips. Jump or fly? Those were two appealing options that produced a thrill of excitement down her spine, shuddering her slender frame as the suffocating uplift of city smoke drifted through the brief passing wind. It seemed today was not the day for flight, but, rather jump. Last time she seeked knowledge of fly, she barely shattered against the surface of the earth - thankfully not to her death. "Haha! Here we go!" letting gravity take it's shoving pleasure, the little dragon girl began dashing alongside the building with immense speed, startling anybody that were to be abutting to their windows. As she impended toward the lower section of rooftop, her feeble legs would jerk against cement structure, presuming her forward as a route of roof to roof became her destinated pathway along this colorless city.

With just this, she felt like she were soaring through the infinite blue sky. Violent lashings of warm breeze tickling her face, eyelids gradually closing as she let this alluring feeling consume her. The sense of self aware was gone. Now, the dragon was entirely blinded by her thoughts to know which route she were to be situated on now. All that mattered to her was this gratifying moment. The moment.. of feeling free.

"Eh-!?" but, not all moments lasted forever, her feet giving out beneath a much sluggish roof-top as the shadowy building hauled her in so suddenly that a boisterous gasp parted way from those small lips. With a thud, she disembarked onto a pile of fractured pieces of wood, giving birth to rays of sunlight from the damage she had produced above. The sudden place she had just made way to was muted in silence, fairly large as it was recognized as some sort of old factory building, evidently not in use anymore. Dust crowded the air, glazing the dimmed sheltered with now aidful light and warmth as Viola curiously peered up - not attentive of the pain that coursed throughout her body.

These Nightmares... They are starting to become a reality... The scared boy thought to himself. He was wrapped in a ragged blanket, his body temperature lowering by every second. The air around him felt thick, the blood in his body began to tingle, the lack of blood circulation finally taking a toll. Ignite was back at home, sleeping, unable to protect the boy from what he put himself through. To keep her safe from Elyx, the one he was unable to protect her from, knowing that he himself was going to be dangerous to her if he did not get away from her. But within every nightmare, a small detail or two would strike him, Dejavu some may call it. Elyx did not want to believe it was just that simple though, it couldn't be much more than a coincidence right?

Everything seemed to sound like a high pitched squeal to him, at first thinking it wouldn't bother him, but for the last few days, that same squeal didn't stop. It was just like that first nightmare he had after the Hunter job he took, except it was Ignite who he had killed to silence the noises. This time... Who would he stab to keep his peace and quiet? The truth was, he was unable to find it, and he did not want to murder, but to suffer if he didn't? Who... Who is doing this to me!? The boy's thoughts exclaimed, his pupils beginning to shrink, losing grip of reality as he was lost in his dark thoughts.

He remembered when he first joined the guild, he was the happiest he could be. The smile he wore, the excess amount of chocolate he ate, the taking care of his adopted sister. Now someone was out to get him, but before they could strike, they use mental torture to turn him from those he considered allies. Elyx was trying to keep his mental state to the best, hiding his problems from his friends, believing he could deal with Shadelle on his own. Shadelle, they were restless for his life all right, he knew they were around, but did not want to kill him yet. Could he blame them for wanting him to suffer?

Adrelissa though, she was murdered by them. She had to be, but for what reason? That was something Elyx has been asking himself for a long time, yet he had not gone a single step further into finding the truth. Just more mental struggles. What did she know though, it must have been something rather important in order to have the life of a fifteen year old slaughtered and left to suffer. The boy thought to himself as he looked at his palms, up his fingers was the blood that he drew from the Gem Hunter mage. It was still on him, yet he never actually washed it off. Do I? Like this? Elyx thought to himself as he stared at the blood.

His thoughts were interrupted when he saw an unusual amount of smoke being herded above the factories, followed by a giant shadow behind it. He decided to put his thoughts of insanity on hold for now, he needed to put on his noble mask again. For everyone around him, that was what he could do. I'll clear the smoke out. Wind Lerale Violinen! The boy thought to himself, needing to identify what was behind the smoke.

To bring out his Violin, he placed out both of his palms in front of him, both elbow joints locking in place. With his magic energy being sent through his body into his arms, he was able to use his magic to summon his Violin from his cloth Knapsack. Two balls of light formed in front of the boy, the left palm being used to summon the Violin himself, the right palm used to summon the Violin bow. Elyx had hoped that he rosined the bow before he went out, otherwise his magic would be useless since that was really all he could hope for in taking out the smoke.

Finally, after a few long seconds, the two balls of light shattered in front of the boys palms, causing him to close his eyes to protect them. Two weights were placed in his grip, and just like that, his literal instrument of magic destruction was now in his hands, and now he was going to shake everything around that area. At the cost of some injuries, he would be able to get up to the rooftop and clear out the smoke. Maybe he might find the source of the trouble from up there, and maybe even take it out without anyone knowing. The one person he who not like finding out was not among his guild mates, not even his guild leader, but Ignite.

Ignite would give him more hell than he could imagine anybody else doing, and if she found out he even snuck out in the first place to do this, he would wish that he were in hell, in which he would at least have some way of cranking down the heat. She would probably burn off his hair first to add insult to injury, then he probably could kiss his head goodbye. I can't let her found out of all people. I'll have this thing taken care of by the end of the night. Elyx said to himself as he reached the factory. From there, he activated all his speed boosts.

Wind Lerale Eye, Wind Lerale Boost, Wind Lerale Excel, Knight Iris, all of them gave him enough speed for him to start climbing up the wall of the factory by running. He was blurring as he did so, clearing out any smoke in his way as he continued to run. Admittedly, he was getting rather tired from this since he was forced to fight the gravity below him, which was stronger than many people would expect, but his nimble feet kept him from going down and falling.

Finally, he reached the top of the factory building, in which he gripped his items before releasing all speed boosts, sending a huge gust of air to shatter any smoke surrounding him now. Sadly, when all of the smoke cleared, no one else was located there, and he was exposed to much of the light. Though it seemed to be nighttime soon, the dark area made it seem like night already. Wind Lerale Eye did show him that there was someone who did not belong around this area. This could mean many things, but he had no other leads to abide by, so he just hoped that this would be the right person.

His left eye went from hazel brown to a light green, scanning the smoke below. A red target was locked onto a bunch of splintered wood, the smoke covering the being below. He was unable to confirm whatever it was, but decided to call out to it. there was not much for him to lose in doing so, it's not like this target would be getting away from him anytime soon, he made sure he designed his fighting style to revolve around speed and awareness, meaning he could predict the next moves coming up and how to avoid them.

Hello! My name is Elyx! The boy shouted below, a grin placed onto his face. He was now curious, despite the fact that his smile was just a mask that he placed on his face to keep other people away from him and asking stupid questions. Who might you be?

Roses Of The Darkest Nights | Private | Black Rose Empty Re: Roses Of The Darkest Nights | Private | Black Rose

Post by Ariphoenix 2nd June 2015, 8:31 am

The day started off in an interesting direction. She had decided that she needed a bit of travel today, and so that was what happened. She left the guild's gates this morning, and had started on a series of transfers to get out of the guild to this far away town in the Neutral grounds. She had heard that people do not really use magic there, and as one who had not used any, she felt that was the best place for her to spend. She did not have any chores to do today, and she had not been assigned another job yet. She was mostly on her own today anyways. The clear sky was her only companion. Ah, what a nice sky it was.

She had dressed with a long scarf today, one long enough that she could wrap it around her face if she wanted, and a simple tank top with a pair of loose pants. She kind of looked how some might think a Genie would look in human form, except a bit more conservatively dressed. She really did not care if people looked at her or not. She instead spent the time on her travel trying to figure out what she wanted to find. The reasons for her to come here were numerous, but none of them were solid.

She had been reflecting on a lot when she entered the town, and that was when she noticed something up above. A dragon? It was flying rather nicely for a few moments before it fell into a building. She could hear the crash, and knew what she wanted to do. This was a chance for her to seek answers that was. She would start running from the town gate to the building where she thought that the crash had happened. She was not the only one waiting outside, but she might have been the only one running to see what happened inside.

She would open the door and quickly close it behind her. There was no reason for those outside to see what was inside, as she ran through the building, looking for the being that had crashed. She did not even know what she would say to the Dragon, or if Dragons could even speak, but she would still seek it out herself. She would head to the upper level and search the rooms, one by one, realizing from things like dust and the few things remaining that this building was a warehouse, but one that was empty, possibly abandoned. Or maybe it was a factory, that was something she could not tell the difference from mostly. That was not important, the fact that was, was that she knew that the dragon was probably on the top floor of the factory, since it was not on the roof, and she doubted that it fell through more than one level.

She would finally reach the room, but only look in the door, uncertain what to think of the sight. She would see the sun beams gleaming down on a Dragon, green in color, with dust particles roaming around causing it to look like some sort of fairy tail imagery. As if finding this dragon was some event in her life that was predestined, or maybe that it was significantly important. She could not figure that part out, would do it later. For now, there was a Dragon in front of her, but was she the only one there? She could not tell. She thought she had heard sounds when she had gotten a room or two away. Also, was this the foreman's office?

The scaly crown of forest green tilted against the voice that echoed from above, a curious thirst to stark free of the cloud of dust piling up within her. Her muzzle jerked mildly against the layer of dirty air that had been generated by disturbance of once desolated space, uncommon, yet reptile-like orbs tightening in clustering of immense senses as she noted this indiviual was nearby. No shadow gave recognition as to where he aroused, the falling of raven sky etching near like darkening mixtures of water colour as she craned her delicate tools of flight. Hesitantly the leaves of shaping extended back, fluctating with enough power to detach the crowd of smoke as her broad frame escalated from the ground and through the sudden made hole above.

"Oh?~" a hum resonated deep within her throat, echoing with a distant growl of delight as she hovered before him, large eyes observing his small size as the pit of her stomach grumbled mutedly in tease. Humans had the common scent of something that would undoubtedly leave a enticing taste against her tongue, but, the dragon was never one to eat human flesh, for she herself would not be established as the human-dragon if she dare fouled her clan's name anymore.. Besides, it noted on the ledge of her twitching nose that this youth was not entirely human.

"Calling out so suddenly, you surprised me there!" the form of the dragon began to illuminate herself within the thick light of a faint green, a layer so void of transparency that only shape of the dragon was exposed before the boy and additionally his watching comrade. The shape began to take on another form with casual movements, composing so effortlessly among the light that the immense extent of the dragon before was now reduced to the size of a small human girl. With alternation now attained, the glow fractured from the now unvieled form, sweeping away like puny pieces of stardust as she misplaced her tool of wings and began to descend forward in the direction of the stranger, to adazed to comprehend the natural fear as she merely proccessed the propel of gravity and descended to a single roll - flawlessly onto her feet. "Well, well," a pause, her back overlooked him, deep plum cape flickering in the brief wind as a single gloved hand urged the lengthy strands of green behind her ear, "Elyx, was it? I thought it was your power I had sensed! It's just as powerful as my own!" bliss is was emitted from her tone, abruptly twirling around as slender arms folded neatly behind her back, frame arching toward the youth's presence. "You can me Viola, I guess?" no menace was found within her, but a child abushed eternally in the body of a very aged dragon.

Roses Of The Darkest Nights | Private | Black Rose Empty Re: Roses Of The Darkest Nights | Private | Black Rose

Post by King Elyx 4th June 2015, 10:07 am

A short moment of silence and still movement, whatever was down there was either hesitating to answer his greeting and question, or it did not hear him. Being the optimist he is, he believed his second theory and prepared to call down below again, repeating the same exact words he called out. Before this could happen, his Wind Lerale Eye used it's effect due to the fact that it was passive. It locked a small red reticle down below towards the wood, movement was being carried out, but that was all he was able to confirm at this current distance.

Whatever was below however was coming up, quickly as well. The closer it got to Elyx, the more information he was able to confirm with the reticles scanning ability, covering his sight with green light for night vision. What is that thing? I have never seen anything like it. The curious boy thought to himself as he quickly braced his Violin to play, whatever was coming upwards was flying fast. Just in case it was an enemy, he was ready to carry out Wind Lerale Storm Pillars. Friend or foe, I guess we'll find out.

The warm air around him was suddenly struck by heavy amounts of cold wind as a dragon flew right by him, over the ceiling he was standing on. The wind knocked Elyx backwards onto his back, causing him to almost fall in a spiral sort of motion. What the-!? Elyx thought to himself in panic as Wind Lerale Eye began to glitch out, showing that it would not be running in commission for a while. Probably not before this encounter with the dragon.

The boy looked up towards the dragon, who seemed to be hovering over the area he was laying down. He tried to get up from the ground as quickly as he could by gluing his palms to the rough cement rooftop, which he used to push the rest of his body from his grounded state. Light brown eyes locked onto the shadow of the dragon from above, but he was unable to confirm any pieces of useful information since all he was able to see was the outline of the dragon. He placed his Violin back up onto his shoulder, bracing for combat, only to receive a response from the shadow.

Surprised you? Really now? Elyx asked his half joke and half doubt in his voice. That would surprise him very much, his voice being able to surprise someone that big? He decided to go along with it, but little by little, he let his muscles relax and his guard was lowering as well. It eventually got to a point in which he was holding the Violin in his left hand by his side, the end of the instrument halfway down his femur bone. On his right side, his violin bow was touching the rooftop.

After a few moments, the shape of the dragon seemed to be morphing, but Elyx did not even try to resist. Whatever form it was going to take in, could not possible be any scarier than a dragon. He wasn't even scared of this one in the first place. Instead, he locked his eyes on the sight and tilted his head curiously. What could it be turning to? Elyx thought to himself as he crossed his arms.

At that point he wished he had at least protected his eyes, the explosion was not only huge enough to possibly hit him if he were just a few feet closer, but all of the light particles that flew shined so brightly that Elyx had to cover his eyes with both hands to avoid losing his sight. The noise itself was not as bad as the light, but it was still loud enough to have his body vibrate excessively. Once the vibrations stopped, the boy hoped that all of the particles of light disappeared from the sight. Luckily for him, all of the pieces were not shining as brightly anymore, and he was able to look back up to the... Girl?

Based on what he was able to see, she seemed to be what some people may call innocent. Being cautious, he did not let go of his Violin, just to make sure he had all of the information before he can say he trusted this girl. Did you... Were you... That shadow? Elyx asked as he looked up, his light brown eyes not drifting away from the girls. His voice admittedly, shook a little bit, but could one blame him for being nervous? Instead, the girl just looked at him without really much of a care, just a repeated "Well well..." and cutting her sentence off.

What took him aback though how she was able to confirm his name, causing the boy to step back in awe, but a little fear was injected into him as well. How does she know who I am!? The boy thought to himself as he took another step back, only to stop when she continued to speak. She explained how she sensed his power, but only to remedy the damage by stating that it matched her own. Elyx would not even think about doubting that, meaning her should not let his guard down with her. Equal... Strength? But, how do you know that? Elyx asked with curiousity, he couldn't sense her magic flow without Lerale Eye active, and it has shown no sign of recovery.

Viola... Viola? Elyx asked as he thought of the other instrument, the sister of the Violin. That was one connection, but there was another one as well. Something just recently, what was it though? He gently knocked his head a few times and tried his best to remember where he heard the name "Viola" from. Finally, a small light bulb formed above his head. When I was appointed a Rising Star... I learned the names of all other Rising Stars. So you're Viola huh? Heh, a duel between us would be fun. Elyx answered before looked away from her and sitting down on the roof, his guard completely let down.

But, lets not do that. We should not fight amongst each other right? The boy asked as he placed his palms on the surface of the roof. He loved to look at the sky, if only Nimpha were here to see him now. She would be so proud of his hard work and achievements, and he only wanted to go further. After all, we shouldn't be fighting at our best until war.

Roses Of The Darkest Nights | Private | Black Rose Empty Re: Roses Of The Darkest Nights | Private | Black Rose

Post by Ariphoenix 4th June 2015, 9:22 pm

She was curious as she watched. The Dragon had suddenly gotten up, and before she could really react, had left the hole that she herself seemingly had created, at least Jato considered the dragon a female, probably due to the body shape and the coloration, but she could be wrong for all she knew, she was not a biologist in dragon studies. No, she was just some curious girl, looking into the fact a dragon fell into a building. She really was not certain what was going on up above, and that was not really her concern. She was not likely to be able to make it to the roof, not like this. There was probably an access somewhere, but that was likely meaning she would have to backtrack, and hope she found it.

She was not going to do that. instead, she would step forward and into the room. She would listen to the sound of the area, hearing her own steps, and seeing the dust in the air. She would see the shadow of the dragon, and was not certain what the dragon was doing. She heard discussion, but was not able to pick up what they were talking about, due to the fact that it was happening outside the direction of the hole in the ceiling, probably bouncing the sound upwards, so she was barely able to comprehensibly hear what was being said.

    Oh well.

The rebellious child of a dryad was not going to pry anyways. She instead focused on what was down here. She started to clear the wreckage from when the dragon had landed, wanting to make sure the floor was not too damaged here if she could. That would make sure of whether this building was still safe to leave standing or not. If not, she would have to seek the owner of the building, and get them to either repair it, or remove it. Those were the likely needs, and since this area was devoid of magic, that meant making sure it all got taken care of safely was the biggest issue. She was just glad she was not out here on a mission for this kind of stuff. She could not imagine how much trouble it would be for someone, if they had to pay someone to inspect and figure out what to do with this.

She was careful to clear away the refuse, one piece at a time, so as not to overburden herself, nor to adjust the weight too fast on the floor. If she did it wrong, it could cause a collapse if there was even the slightest bit of instability. That was her worry, for she did not think she could get out fast enough if she caused a collapse. Just what was she to do? Not like she could call for the dragon to help clear it, she did not even know if the Dragon could speak the same language as her, plus if the Dragon was talking to someone up there, she would be better off not disturbing it, people have been eaten for less.

A shadow? the rambling of the male caused her to blink, inclining back into a more suitable posture as turmoil briefly painted it's way onto her gullible features. Bounding back into pure restlessness, the gloved hands that coiled against each-other shuddered away from one another, a single on hip and one thudding mildly across her crown. "A dragon has very powerful senses, ya know?" the meager index finger deperated from head, tumbling back to embrace against hip, additional words from the newly introduced assembling another structure of excitement from within her.

"You know who I am? Well ain't that interesting.. I'm glad I could meet a fellow Rising Star!" a pause, "..Yes, a duel would be fun." it was distinct through her sudden tone that she was urging for a battle. It had been awhile since somebody had vocaled the word duel around her, not to mention portraying it as something fun. But, as soon as the male situated into a composed position, her longing had dived into disappointment and bare annoyance as he remarked or rather queried that they shouldn't be brawling.

"How dull! Of course we can fight, I was even getting myself worked up after feeling your power!" a large sigh, her slender arms folded neatly in-front of her chest, "But.. I suppose destroying this city won't make the Master any closer with the council.. Peh, what a nuisance.." she sounded like a grumbling child, not getting what she yearned for, like candy or her most favourite toy. Of course, that didn't last long as she discerned the two were not desolated within this building.

The curious boy looked over his shoulder to face Viola, his eyes half closed as he felt a shade of embarrassment hit over his body. Come on now... We aren't even in a proper arena. Elyx explained as he laid his back against the rough rocky top of the building. The lower half of his legs hung over the edge of the building. His eye shifted upwards so that he caught a mirrored image of Viola, except, she was flipped upside down now. This new version of her caused the violinist to laugh a little like a child. Even when he was an adult, he still found the littlest of things interesting.

From there, everything was making Viola sound like a little child herself, and the boy only let out a tired sigh as he listened. It was not that easy to drown her out when the image of her upside down caused his eyes to lock onto the subject speaking. I, admittedly, like to fight as well. But come on, we're adults now. You're twenty right? Around that age? Elyx asked, shifting the subject at hand. I don't want to babysit someone around my age, we should both be responsible.

With that, the locking eyes finally lost grip of the female figure as he looked back up towards the sky. His attention was swiftly gripped upon as his fellow Rising Star mentioned destroying the city. That was definitely not something he would allowed, regardless of intentions. Viola. I am very serious when I say this. This city is my home, someone like me has no other place to go for shelter and security. Elyx explained quietly, almost silently. He rolled body halfway around, relying on his shoulder to keep his body balanced, his legs unable to play a part due to them still hanging. The boy almost slipped off of the rooftop, but just barely had enough upper strength in his body to hold himself in place. His available right palm wrapped over the violinists chest as he pushed it against the rooftop. From there, he pressed all of his weight onto the rocky cement and lifted his upper body from the surface below. His right leg loosely gripped the roof before it pushed him onto his crouching feet. Finally, he looked upwards as his legs straightened out, his body once again standing. This time, he did not even stutter as he made his next statement. Since it is everything I have in my life left, if you so dare attack my city without the word of the Magic Council, I swear on my existence that the act will not be taken lightly by this mage. Elyx felt his mind empty a little, clearing his thoughts. Wait... What did I just do? Did I just threaten someone who did nothing? Elyx thought to himself as he looked at the two bare palms of his hands, his eyes locking onto them without even moving away. She said that it would benefit her none, and yet I acted like she was planning to do it... Does that make me a Pessimist? With that, Elyx looked up to face Viola once again. Nevermind me, I just have too much on my mind, you did nothing wrong. I'm just stupid. But... What about you? What brings you here in the first place? The boy asked with honest curiousity, it's not like Rising Stars are common, and he can't recall this one living in this city.
