Job Description:
As a 60 year old and former Lamia Scale mage, Olivia Sutton no lives the pleasant life of a retired woman. Which consists of course out of long walks through the town, helping out at the local homeless shelter and entertaining the young. However these pleasant mundane days wasn't what Olivia was all about. Around 40 years ago she was just like all the young mages. A young adult who wanted to make her fame and fortune and have as many adventures as possible.

However four decades later, one of those adventures has caught up to her in the form of an old enemy. Who after many, many years still has a burning desire for revenge. Unfortunately he has been sitting on that revenge for so long, that he has well has become old. Old enough, that he is to frail to take care of Oliva himself.
There for he has put up a request to any Dark Guild, asking them to finish what he can't anymore.

However, the target is Olivia and Olivia alone. Meaning that no one else can die, if so, that will immediately nullify the contract. Another request from the client is, to make it personal. Without any onlookers around. So you have to stalk Olivia as she walks around town, and wait for the perfect opportunity to face her and kill her off. But not without giving one final goodbye from her old enemy.

Don't underestimate her because she is old. She is still a mage and she hasn't reached this age unscathed because she was a bad one. This woman is a stone hard veteran, who knows what she is doing. So taking her down won't be as easy. In fact it wouldn't be such a surprise that she is going to be aware of you following her through town.

Olivia uses a magic that is called Gold Make, and has the ability materialize gold from liquid to hard forms. Thing of large puddles where spikes shoot out. As well as any other form of weaponry you can imagine.

"Stupid people... I don't care how old you are, if you need to, or you want to kill someone, do it by your self. Asking someone to do your own work is being weak, scared, people doing this don't deserve to live, but they don't deserve to die"

Marik was mad, very mad. He hated the idea of someone not being able to kill someone else, but it was a job and they were going to be well paid. At the guild hall, the masked man was sitting, in a table, waiting for the clock to strike 8. At the moment the clocked marked 8, the masked man was going to go and look for Sogeki in Hargeon Town.

Marik took a heavy breathing, he had both elbows against the table, and both hands against his chin, he was thinking, trying to analyze the situation. "You had 40 years to kill her... Why would you wait until now?. A mage from Lamia Scale with Gold Make magic... Interesting".

After some hours of sitting, the clock finally moved, striking 8. Marik stood up and walked out of the guild, walking to Hargeon Town where he was going to meet Sogeki. It was night already, the sun was down and the stars were shining as always, there were no clouds, no rain. Marik had his umbrella in his back held by his chain. After walking a while, Marik finally found the target, Olivia.
He was full of black clothe, it was almost impossible to see him, his only mistake was his white mask. Marik was ready, he was walking on top of the houses, looking for people and staring at everything.
Olivia was just like he imagined, an old woman with a powerful aura, she seemed to be a bit dangerous, but she wasn't going to be that bad. "Sogeki, let's go" Marik said, he didn't have to turn around to know that his partner was there.

As Sogeki appeared, Marik laughed quietly, he liked to see how Sogeki turned into him again and again. "I don't care how many times have I seen that, I still love it" he whispered. Sogeki jumped down to the street and changed his body quickly, it seemed like he was going to use his magic at the beginning of the job. Marik was walking on top of a big sealing, he was moving between houses, following Sogeki and Olivia.

After some minutes of walking, Olivia stopped. Marik ducked quickly, he didn't know why was she stopping but it could be because of him. The old woman took a heavy breathing and moved his hand against a door next to her, she nocked three times but nobody opened it. "Should we move... No, it's still not the right moment" Marik thought to himself, the woman was waiting at the door, not knowing that someone was watching her, or maybe she did.
After some seconds of waiting, someone opened the door. Marik was standing in a house in front of the person who opened the door, but he anyway wasn't able to see who it was. "This is too risky... I think I should be more careful" Marik punched the air, creating cracks that quickly disappeared with him, being invisible.
The masked man tried to see what was the woman doing, but the only thing he could see was a bunch of flowers and someone closing the door, the old woman was smiling with some roses between his hands. Marik ran to the next house, following the woman, but she changed her path.

Marik spent many times spying her, writing and checking what did she like to do each day, but this time everything was different, she knew that someone was seeing her, she knew that they were going to attack that day. Olivia turned into a dark back alley, she took a heavy breathing and placed the flowers on the floor.

The woman threw the flowers to the ground, with a small smile, she turned around slowly after hearing Sogeki's words. "She knew we where here... Impressive" Marik jumped behind her, he gave a step back and laughed.
In front of him, Sogeki turned back into him and the balloons disappeared "You two shall not kill me. I won't let you." that phrase made Marik laughed, he placed on hand in his mask and the other on in his stomach "Let's see if that's true".
The masked man took out his umbrella and pointed quickly at the woman with it, he then placed it on the ground and saw how his partner copied his spell "Sogeki! I told you to not copy my spells!" he shouted. He got mad with him, he didn't like people to do the same thing that him, it was just too annoying. Marik gave a step closer to the stream of darkness, he laughed and placed his hand close to it, very close, his palm was about to touch it.
The stream disappeared and the battle had started, the masked man laughed "Impressive, one of my best spells and didn't cause you any pain... You are to weak Sogeki!". A ball made of gold surrounded the old woman, she was covered by a shield of solid gold. Marik gave some step back as fast as he could, that woman seemed to be dangerous, and even if it was only a ball, it wasn't a good idea to stay that close to it. The masked man took a heavy breathing in an offensive position, waiting for Olivia to do something. After seconds of waiting, a yellow liquid surrounded the sphere, moving slowly around it and forming 10 spikes made of solid gold. Marik ran back and jumped against a wall, using it to jump to the sealing, but the spiked reached him. The sphere threw the 10 spikes, 5 against Sogeki and 5 against Marik, but when this happened the sphere disappeared "It's my chance!" Marik whispered pointing at the woman with his finger, he evaded the spikes easily and threw a beam out of his finger.

When the spikes went out from the sphere, Sogeki shouted a name, Marik ignored him at the begging, but then he realized it was a spell. The mummy transformed into a little girl with gray hair, he looked like someone totally different, it was funny. The girl seemed to be a very nice person, but in the inside, it was just another dark mage from Basilisk Fang, that killed that girl with his own hands.

Marik's beam went at a high speed against the old woman, but in a sec, a sword appeared in her hand. The sword protected her from the powerful spell, pushing it away against a wall next to them. The wall exploded immediately, leaving nothing else than dead space.  
The girl laughed with a creepy smile and said something to the woman. Sogeki ran against her, and used the magic that the girl had when she was alive, phasing magic. After evading the spikes, the girl pass through the old woman, just like a ghost. The woman laughed and turned around at a incredible speed "How can she be that fast?!" Marik thought to himself, the girl was ready to strike a kick, but a new sword appeared ready to slash the small girl. In a second, the masked man moved between the two mages, and with his umbrella, he slashed the old woman, stopping her sword and making her walk back.

Marik took a heavy breathing and stared at the old woman "She is though, but she can't stop two persons at the same time. Her magic depends of her hands too, so if she is battling one person, she won't be able to cast a spell or protect her self from another one".

Marik jumped against Olivia, striking with his umbrella. The sword crashed against the umbrella and broke, Marik landed a fist against the woman's face, but she quickly stopped the masked man's attack with her hand and counter attacked with a kick. Marik stopped the kick with his other hand and laughed "Sogeki!" he shouted holding the woman's leg and hand.

Marik took the woman's leg with his hand, holding it tight, even hurting her. He did the same with her arm. The masked man stared at the woman, with his both eyes agains hers, the woman was there, standing still and staring back at Marik. Both mages were staring at each other, it was lie if the time had stopped. Both of them seemed to be quiet, cold, the two of them had a big voide inside of each other. When Marik was going to ask something, a flying girl went out of a building, breaking a wall and breaking the woman's face, or hitting it.

The girl's hand crashed against the woman's face, throwing her some meters away, hitting a wall with her body.  "It took you a while Sogeki..." Marik said taking a heavy breathing, 10 seconds of holding the woman's strength was to much for him. The masked man turned his head quickly against the woman in the floor, she stood up slowly with her head against the ground. "I'm far from done..." she said moving her head up, pointing at both mages.
The masked man took a defensive position and waited for the woman to act. She moved her hand to clean some blood from her face and said some words that made Marik react "I'll now hit you with my best."
The gold on the ground turned into spears that moved at a very high speed against both mages "What! She is to fast!". Marik punched the sky, creating a dead space around him to protect him from the spheres, but that wasn't enough. The golden sphere moved quickly against him and his partner, the masked man was impressed, she was stronger than him, and that's why his shield wasn't able to stop the spheres. The masked man placed both hands in front of him, covering him from the spheres. "What am I doing? I can still dodge this!"

The spear went at a very high speed against Marik. His blank space didn't work, he didn't know what do to. "What am I doing? I need more concentration... Quick Step!" the masked man appeared in one second meters behind the woman, just like if he was teleporting. When he did this, Sogeki was already inside a building hiding.
Some cracks appeared behind Marik, those cracks exploded, but Olivia didn't seem to feel any pain, the explosions were minimum it wasn't that much. "interesting magic boy" the masked man laughed "It's purpose is to destroy" the woman seemed surprised, and Sogeki used this distraction to attack.
"I like the plan Sogeki" the girl fought against the woman, landing kicks and punches. It was amazing how Sogeki could hit the old woman with that strength having an injured arm, he was giving everything to this job. After landing punches and kicks, Sogeki shouted at Marik, the woman had use a spell, creating a sword, and that was perfect. "I love that idea Sogeki!" Marik shouted with an evil cold voice, creating a magic circle above both mages and another one under them, this plan was perfect.

Combining two spells was a very powerful technique, the idea of combining properties of two spells was devastating. Sogeki's stream of reflection and Marik's stream of Anihilation were going to be perfect against Olivia, if they couldn't attack her because of her speed and defensive spells, then this combination was going to be perfect against her.

The two circles appeared and Marik didn't move, he was staring at both mages trying to think, what was Sogeki going to do to evade that beam?... It didn't matter. "Your turn Sogeki..." he whispered, the beam appeared falling from the sky and emerging from the ground. Destroying everything between the two mages.

Marik took a heavy breathing, the stream landed perfectly against the woman, and it didn't even touch Sogeki. The woman was convinced of something, she wasn't going to lose, and that spell wasn't going to kill her... But in deed, it was going to defeat her.
The big beam created a massive explosion that cleared everything around it, leaving nothing else than destruction.
A big cloud of dust was around the woman, and Sogeki and Marik were some steps behind, Marik was a meter behind Sogeki.

The masked man took a heavy breathing and placed his hand in his umbrella, taking it from the stick and immediately jumping against the cloud of dust that was disappearing. The beam was very strong, and even if it wasn't enough, it did decide the fate of the fight. The woman tried to stand up, slowly but carefully. She was falling, hurt, even if she was stronger than Marik and Sogeki, two mages of their level, were invincible. The woman stood up, with pieces of gold in the floor, she was tired, and mad. A yellow aura was around her, she was powerful, and the two dark mages from Basilisk Fang helped her to unleash that power.
The man with bandages turned into another mage, another of his transformations. "Be careful Sogeki" he said jumping against the woman, with his umbrella, even if she was tired and about to fall, it was too dangerous to attack her alone.

Marik was moving carefully and fast, Sogeki was being a bit fast, he wasn't thinking what could happen. The masked man stared at the woman trying to understand if she was going to do something or not, but she kept quiet. When Sogeki was about to crash against her, the woman's body turn yellow. An old woman from behind holding a sword laughed. Many spikes grew around the yellow body, a clone made of gold.

"Sogeki!" Marik shouted running against the clone full of spikes. Marik's partner was bleeding a lot, he was running at a very high speed against the woman waiting to kick her in the face, but a clone made of gold was created, and the clone was nothing else that a trap. Many spiked grew out from the clone, spiked made of solid gold that pierced Sogeki's body, making the mage from basilisk fang shout. The man full of bandages fell, that was enough to knock him out of the battle, but Sogeki was strong, he was a fang, he was part of Basilisk Fang.
The masked man shouted and kept running, he wasn't as fast as Sogeki, so he was still not that close to the woman. Sogeki stood up, Marik stopped running. The masked man was impressed, his partner was still going to fight, and he was going to use all his power.

"Limit Transcendence", and ability that takes your body to it's limit, a mage requires an amazing amount of magic power to use this ability, but anyone using it will be strong enough to fight with broken legs and arms. Even if this gives you an amazing power, anyone using this ability won't last for that much in battle.

Sogeki ran at an amazing speed against the woman, still with Sosha's body. He was going to land a fist against her directly from the front, but in one second, he was already behind her "That was amazing... Inner titan!". A yellow aura surrounded Marik. The masked man ran against the woman with his umbrella in his right hand, breaking the clone with his umbrella and jumping against the woman from the front, she turned around to see Sogeki and try to stop him, but she was too slow. When the woman received Sogeki's kick, Marik ran and stabbed her stomach with the umbrella.

"Sogeki, don't use your power just because of revenge, it's over, she can't fight anymore, we won"
Marik took his umbrella and used it as a staff once again. The masked an walked torwards both mages, Olivia who was on the floor, and Sogeki, who was walking towards her. Sogeki seemed to be mad, very mad, but he was also desperated, scared.

Marik took a heavy breathing and went closer to the man full of bandages "Are you scared Sogeki? Do you fear people? Or someone finding us?" he asked with a cold voice. Fear was something stupid in Marik's head, people who feared were weak, too weak. The masked man moved his eyes to the woman in Sogeki's hands "Nothing will happen now". The masked man took a another breathing and walked towards the woman in the floor, next to the wall.
The old lady was bleeding from her mouth, cuffing, she was tired and about to die "Olivia, you are strong, and that's why I respect you but..." Marik moved his hand slowly against the woman, pointing at her with his finger, simulating a gun with his hand and whispering "But I'm not here to meet new people, I'm here to kill you, and there is no other reason" Marik laughed and moved his hand against his face, placing it against his mask, holding it tight. "You deserve, to see I real smile" Marik threw the mask to the ground, he was smiling, it had past so much time since the last time he smiled. With a big smile of ecstasy, a smile full of blood, a beam went at a high speed against the woman, right out from Marik's hand. The beam landed directly against the woman's brain, killing her completely, and finishing with the mages job. "I'm smiling Sogeki"

When the beam pierced the woman's head, the black haired mage took a heavy breathing and went close to Sogeki, laughing. He stopped walking to take his umbrella back, it was on the floor, it fell while fighting. Marik stared at it and took it with his right hand, using it as a staff to walk better "We have a lot of time Sogeki, I will always have time in my hands". A purple seal was shining on Marik's hand, a pain appeared with it but it was easily ignored.

After seeing the situation, Sogeki jumped to a sealing talking to Marik at the same time and waiting him to go behind him. The masked man laughed and took a position to jump against him, but when he was about to do it, his eyes couldn't ignore the mask on the floor, his legs stopped moving, and when a seal appeared in his eye, the mask disappeared slowly, turning into dust.
Marik jumped to the sealing behind Sogeki, running with him back to the dark mage.

"Now what?... Good question, I don't know, we could go back to the dark mage's house and take our reward" Marik laughed, his smile was still there, it didn't disappear. Marik turned his head to the right, and then to the left, what Sogeki said was true, someone could've noticed them, and someone could've been there while they were fighting, asking for help or following both of the mages "I don't see anyone so... I guess it's okay" Marik kept running behind Sogeki.

"Clean it? Are you insane? Is this your first time destroying buildings Sogeki?... But her body..." Marik stopped running, he placed his hand in his mouth and his smile disappeared "Yeah... Maybe we should take the body, I mean, that would actually help"
