Clyde walked around the island to kill the very man who trained him. It was so strange to be taking the life of the very man who gave him his life. He would have to give it all he has got if he wants to destroy the master of his magic. He looks over from a distance to see the tent, and readies his two short swords. He was going to kill that man, and be done with it. This was just the last piece he needed to get his life back. That man seeks to kill, but Clyde wanted to show the man he wasn't the only one. He walks up to the tent, and the old man looks over at him sadly. It was almost as if the man knew something Clyde hadn't.
"You are a dead man! How could use me to kill Jack?! You piece of garbage! I will kill you here an now!"
He began to run at the man as Astrid, his Mom, and Garth stood behind him. This was the fight of the century. Clyde stopped in his tracks suddenly as his head began to ache slightly. He closed his eyes and saw himself falling to the ground next to everyone else. He could see a boy younger then him running away at an incredibly fast speed, before a huge, blue explosion took his and his friend's lives.
"Clyde what happened?"
Clyde looked around at his mom scared. He could see her dying right in front of him for a brief second, but she was all right. He looked back at the man and realized the man cast no spells at all. This was the cold truth of the future the man could already see. Clyde sighed, and looked at the man wondering what exactly to believe. The old man walked out of the tent while putting his robe on. He looks over at them all looking right into death.
"Clyde? Get it together!"
Clyde turned around to see Astrid cheering him on. He had to be strong. He points his short sword towards the man, and his friends come up around him all preparing for battle.
"Clyde, you know how this fight will end. You can lie to yourself all you want, but this simply is an evenly matched fight that will push us to the point of death."
Clyde still held his sword firmly.
"Lies, We aren't going to die. History can be changed and we will do so!"
The old man began to ready himself for battle looking to Clyde as a child.
"So be it."
