Liberation (Solo/Job)

The job request board is a magical place for wizards to gain lots of jewels quickly and become rich just as quickly. Elyx no longer needed the money to survive and pay for all the energy usage he has in his house, he has been so many jobs recently that he can buy stuff that he wanted but didn't actually need. And knowing this, the more jobs he had, to more things he could buy. Like possibly have some custom made weapons, which he needed so badly. The magic won't be able to hold him for long while he had no weapons, he be was taught that lesson easily when he was forced to fight the Imps one on one when he knew some of his spells wouldn't be too effective, he needed some that caused damage to one enemy and one enemy only. This is why he and Ignite were scanning the job request board to see if there was any reward worth hoarding. He looked to his Phoenix Bird to see if she found anything. Anything good Ignite? Elyx asked. Ignite turns to Elyx and shook her tiny head from side to side. Neither of then could find anything worth keeping. It then struck him that there was a bounty board for them to look at as well, people can pay high amounts of jewels just for the life of one person. Elyx wouldn't mind doing so provided it was just someone who deserved it, so he decided to look at the bounty board.

Yeah yeah, useless, useless, useless... Come on! That's not even worth putting a bounty on! Elyx was commenting on all the bounties he saw, even then some rewards weren't even too high. This was just starting to get depressing. The papers on this board normally provide for everyone, not the client only. That's the point of taking these jobs right? Elyx continued looking until he saw one that caught his eye, the reward it provided certainly stood tall above the rest. Whoa... Whoa! Ignite, look at this! We have to go to Hargeon town to collect... From there Elyx brought her to his shoulder and whispered the amount of jewels that was offered according to the paper. Ignites eyes widened happily and chirped in a sing song sort of way, it warmed him to see her so happy. He promised to buy her her own room with any further money he obtained with this money he could paint it and cover it in diamonds. So they had to go to a town a few hours away, if they wanted to get there in time, they need to go now.

Elyx and Ignite were both traveling through the forest, it was a long travel before they got anywhere near the town of Hargeon. He was happy as usual, stuffing his face with chocolate bars. This was so exciting, he needed to eat as much chocolate as he could so he can keep himself from exposing him with loud yelling and excessive amounts of wind flowing due to his magic getting out of control. After his sixth chocolate bar, he decided to play his Violin for practice, but being his weapon if anyone tried to attack him, he is free to counter any attacks. The song he was saying was Daisy Field by Shiyu Takaro. This song was rather peaceful for how slow and gentle this song is, Elyx knew this so his tempo would be incorrect and any spell it triggered, if any, would be instantly nullified. Ignite was testing on his right shoulder, having no interest to fly since it would be a long journey, he night not be back to Black Rose by the end of the day, but possibly by the next few days. This was a job after all, in fact, those who return on the same day would be lucky to return on the exact same day. Elyx was alone on this one, he wouldn't expect himself to be as lucky as that.

So what about you Ignite? Is there any nearby area that you would like to go to? Elyx asked his Phoenix Bird, hoping that she knew any nearby place at all, any familiar places he can recall will only bring them miles away from their destination. Ignite flew in front of Elyx and shook her head as she then landed on top of his head. Well, it seems they were going to have to keep going. According to his shadow, it was around three o clock, if they kept on walking at this pace, they will make it to the town in an hour. Expected, so his knapsack had much more than chocolate. He brought three bottles of fresh spring water, two balls of rice, and a small tent. There was no other way for him to travel unfortunately for him, so he couldn't carry too many things. Elyx then noticed that there was a small building amongst the plains. Hopefully its an area we can reside in. There is no other place we can go to at this moment. Elyx explained to Ignite as they headed for the building.

Elyx began to near himself towards the building without much problem. It was actually not that big of a building, hopefully a Motel sort of place. The closer he got to it, the happier he felt about giving his legs a rest. The building he finally was able to get to, but to his disappointment, it wasn't a motel. It was a stopping point, meaning that there was no rooms to reside in or any beds to sleep on. This was a sad sad day for him and Ignite. The stopping points are designed for travelers to be quickly updated on the area they are about to enter. Some have updated newspapers to tell the travelers about the current events that are serious like loose killers or new territory being created. The last time he went to one of those, there were some comfortable chairs for him to sit on. There was also a big board with a map that showed all the different guilds and their territories. However, you cant lie down and hide out there, every few hours someone will come into the stop to check on the scene. This is done so no one attempts to stay overnight in them, it was designed for passing travelers and only passing travelers.

Well, let's see. Elyx said as he walked inside with Ignite flying right behind him. The scene was just as expected, a map, a few seats, and a tile floor that makes it impossible for anyone to sleep on. He continued to walk through the area to see what he could find. First things first the map. It was huge, looking for Hargeon Town would be a little bit hard. After scanning the map, it turned out that it wasn't as far as he has expected. If he and Ignite traveled about another... Half an hour, they should be able to make it to their client, not just the town, but their client. Elyxs hopes sent up instantly figuring that out. Now, news about the town could give them I formation about their client and their target. He scanned the newspaper quickly and his target was somewhat caught, their faces weren't shown... Obviously, but this names were mentioned. They were pirates they seemed, Captain Scarlet, a gun wielding pirate... Great. It wasn't the guns that scared him, it was the fact that she was a pirate based on what he saw, and pirates sail across the sea. Bodies of water... His greatest enemy.

He always had a fear of water ever since he was seven. A glass of water is fine, a small body of water like a kiddie pool might inject a little bit of fear in him an ocean will force him to stand still and stutter. It has been a childhood memory that stops him from swimming. There was also another reason for it, but it wasn't as deep or personal as the oceans. So these were going to be pirates huh, it would probably be best to fight them off of a pirate ship. That would give him a better chance at not falling into the water and possibly drowning. Fr that though, he would need to lure them away from their ship, and like hell he would risk his jewels for something like that. by the end of this, he needed to make sure he caught them alive, no matter how badly they have to take a beating. There is one thing that Elyx should pay attention to, bad guys hate losing, and they consider it humiliation. If you commit a crime, just take the punishment and enjoy the rest of your life! Then again... it might not be a punishment one could return from. Either way, Elyx wasn't having this, he wanted to make sure they were caught alive and that was that. About Captain Scarlet, if she is losing, that gun is really useful for a deadly escape, he needed to make sure she didn't do anything that stupid. Good thing he had execution bomb in his range of weapons, and with Wind Lerale Boost, he can see the gun as it was being pull from the hatch. Now for the other person.

Based on how they described him, Elyx might have a rival when it comes to speed. That was something Elyx couldn't allow, this man wasn't going to claim to be that fastest while he can do something about it. Swift Paws, lets see the man take on that in a race. He also uses a sword, and based on the description on the newspaper, he uses his magic to increase his speed. That is smart smart smart, but maybe a bit too smart to the point where it might actually be dumb. He has to think long term, what if a mage was based on flying in then air, then what would that man do. And long range shooting mages will also be a hassle for that man as well. He wanted to keep all of this information in mind, he will most certainly need it. It wasn't like they were going to go down without a fight. And like every pirate, there was a crew as well. There were more numbers than he would ever expect, this might take a while.

Elyx turned his head to the side to see Ignite resting, it has been theory minutes and his legs have already felt rested. He felt a little bad due to the fact that he could've been at Hargeon town by now. But then he wouldn't get the recon information he needed when he reaches the town. He chose the safe way, good thing too. The whole over the sea thing qld have thrown a huge monkey wrench into the gears of his plans. There was still the off chance that he could lure the pirates off of their ship, and from their he could start an assault. Let's just see how it all plays out though before anything can happen. Hey Ignite. We have to go now, the time is probablh .... Half until five. Or whatever normal people like to call it. Elyx said as he stood up from the chair and placed the newspaper back onto the bin where he had found it. Ignite flew towards him making a few tweets before the two of them left the building with all the information needed. Off to Hargeon town they go.

On their way there, they noticed that there was a bridge located at the end of the road, a draw bridge he believed it was called. In all honest, he couldn't remember, but he knew that those draw bridges always close at night to protect it from intruders. They were still down though, so that was his chance to enter the town. It was only about five minutes away anyways, entering the town won't be too hard provided they can speak to the guards correctly. Good thing they have the job request as proof. Ignite was about to fly forward towards the gates of the draw bridge, but Elyx called her on that shot before she even tried to do anything. Ignite, don't be stupid now. Elyx ordered calmly as he continued walking alongside her.

The first of the two guards was a stronger loomking man, he looked tough and possibly a threat to him. Elyx can imagine himself winning a battle with him of he used magic, but if it was just fist vs fist, he would end up being slaughtered in the end. The second guard was a shorter one, not as strong, maybe he wasn't designed for battle. He was the one who spoke to Elyx though, so he should talk to the man with full respect anyways. Hey boy, what is your name? The shorter guard asked as he looked at Elyx with confusion. Well at least they never saw a foreign before even though they guard the gates. That sorts of defeats the purpose of being a guard right? There would be two scenarios for this. One, they seriously never had any intruders try to go in front up front before, or they are just really lazy and don't actually guard the gate too well, in which any criminals can come in from the sides or behind. It was just sad for him to watch the low amounts of security, if it was this lightly guarded, no wonder why pirates feel like they can enter this town with ease. My name is Elyx Reiaki. We have the job paper to prove that I am not lying. Elyx then handed the man the job request paper and had him read over it, his facial expression seemin serious, but his eyes were moving way too fast for him to be reading g anything. Either that, or he was the world's fastest reader. Elyx chose to believe that he was just skimming the paper, and never in his life has he seen something so careless. This paper seems right. Because you gave it to me nicely, its right. The man said as he stepped to the side as well as the bigger man. Elyx doubted that he even know what the word right means and how to even use it at all. Regardless, they obtained access to where they needed to go.

Elyx had to go see the council of this job it seemed if he wanted to meet his clients. They would probably be in the area where Kakuma would normally reside in in the guild. If that is the case, he would have to go towards the biggest of all the buildings in this town. He and Ignite both carried on without even planning to buy anything or do anything like that, they both just went directly to the council to see what they could find. The stair climb was most certainly something he did not like about this trip, it was like an stair way to nowhere, there was no end even though it seemed like there was an end. Their clients must have some secret way of getting up these stairs, it was impossible for them to climb these things everyday. Someone as youthful as Elyx was having a hard time with these steps, and that was proof that these steps were designed to keep many people out. Maybe they expected the job takers to be that for and strong for them to climb these staircases. He was a few seconds away from using Chidori Keep and just climbing up these stupid stairs would no longer be the plan while flying over them would make him look smart and powerful. Then again, how much attention would that put on him? Plenty he would expect, so it probably wasn't a good idea to fly right now. And then there was Ignite merely indirectly taunting him by flying by his side, and she didn't even look the slightest bit tired. She didn't even chirp with an complain, she could fly like this all day while Elyx was forced to climb these stairs. Finally, the top of the stairs have been climbed up to, and now Elyx wouldn't mind just flopping onto the ground for an hour. He barely has enough strength to pull put a chocolate bar from his knap sack and eat it. But just for one, he exrted that much force and nibbled on the sweet treat.

Elyx was then greeted by a woman of the council, the only people with access here must be people who are part of the council, it was the only possible was for them to get up here, to be that strong. Based on the guards he saw at the draw bridge, he doubt has high doubt's that any other person would be able to climb up these stairs. So much energy, Elyx could imagine this taking a literal day for anyone else to climb these stairs, he did it in an hour with his fastest of speeds. They must have expected some really strong mages to reach the top of this place. The woman smiled as she looked at Elyx, seemingly approving of his appearance as a mage. Hopefully she thought he was a strong mage, despite how tired he was when he came up the steps. She started the conversation off. Hello there. My name is Delta. I am member of the Hargeon Council, I expect you came here at our request right? Delta asked as she put her palm forward towards Elyxs body, and his Job request paper floated towards her. Elyx in the meantime just watched as he was impressed with this magic. He could do the exact same thing, but not on his own due to the fact that he needs to use his Violin for that sort of thing. She scanned the paper for a few minutes and smiled with approval.

Just as I thought. In this case, I don't want to waste your time, I'll give you as much information I. The least amount of time. According to what I saw in your spirit, you already found out everything you need to know about Captain Scarlet. The thing is, she is already sailing. Women keep disappearing from our town, and though we would take care of them ourselves, our magic has been lowered due to it being invested in a new weapon being designed to defend the town, therefore none of us can go and attack Captain Scarlet. We put a tracker on her so you can instantly get to where she is, but that move is incredibly ris- The woman stopped when Elyx shook his head. If the pirates were on the seas, he would have been on the waters, and that wasn't where he wanted to be. They are taking woman, I have a plan to do this the non-risky way, it will require a few days, but I promise to get the job done. Elyx explained as the woman smiled again. His own plan was admittingly risky, but it might just work.

Elyx didn't want to talk about his way down the stairs. The first thing he should focus on was resting, the trips up and down the stairs alone took two hours as he increasingly got tired. He should be sleeping at this time, so he looked around for an inn. The drawbridges were being lifted quickly, showing that security time was here. He smiled as they lifted, at least something was keeping the town people safe. His plan was to get kidnapped, but for him to do that, he needed to... Sadly... Cross dress his way into looking like a slave. It was a bad job, but someone had to do it, and he was going to take the bullet for every other mage so they didn't have to do the same thing, men so they don't have to cross dress, woman so they don't have to make themselves so revealing that they would have to be kidnapped and held in whatever cage the pirates hold women in. Elyx could only figure out one thing, their motive for capturing woman, it was to sell them to other people, whether it was for auctions or for secret trades, these womewomen if captured lose their liberty of having any liberty. Such a cruel world he lived hlin, only for people to treat women like objects and gain money from them. He knew that Nimpha wouldn't stand for this sort of garbage, she would slice through scarlet and her men easily for this sort of illegal crime. It wasn't just illegal, but it was just straight up messed up.

Elyx looked to the side to see an inn and smiled brightly as Ignite flew her way into it. He could tell it was her since her feathers glow in the night. He walked into the hotel as well and booked a hotel, obtaining a key with the number 421. He travelled to the fourth floor and quickly aimed the key into the lock of the door labeled 21. He then almost slammed the door open and rushed hminto the bed, the tired mage ready to sleep.

Elyx was sleeping now, his body knocked put the instant it his the cushiony mattress. It was all his for himself now and he was happy about it. The dream he was having was seeing Adrelissa again, and he didn't even cry in his dream. He was like a narrator that didn't have to speak, watching a younger version of himself walking with Adrelissa and buying her some chocolate bars. It was beautiful to him, his love is not dead to him at least. Wherever she is, he hoped she was watching him right now, maybe even smiling while she was there. This dream was then stopped by a woman's scream, a few men yelling, and the screams were increasing, all of them coming from woman. It can't be! Elyx rolled out of his bed and still had his no sleeve undershirt on as well as a pair of brown shorts. When a man barged in, he actually asked Elyx a question that got Elyx a ticket into the boat, and cross dressing wasn't an option. He could guess that the fact that he was underdressed would give the pirates an impression that he was one of them. Shima! Did you get any! The man exclaimed as looked at Elyx sternly. Elyx lowered his voice to make himself fit in. You dumbass! Stop focusing on me and get more! NOW! Elyx ordered with much demand in his voice. For a newbie like you, you got balls to do what you want instead of what Scarlet wants! The man shouted back, even though Elyx was sure he was trying to speak normally. That was just how pirates spoke it seemed, so Elyx had to reply just as loudly. SCARLET WILL BE THE LEAST OF YOUR PROBLEMS IF YOU DONT DO AS I SAY RIGHT NOW! Elyx shouted towards the man with flaming intensity. The man ran out of the room and did as Elyx demanded, it was fun for him to yell at people.

Elyx ran through the different rooms, bringing a pair of his normal clothing with him as well. The pirates were taking different woman of all ages from their rooms, looking seeking to not matter to them. Some men were trying to fight back, but these were pirates, what were they going to do that would actually work? Elyx ran across the pirates without problem, all of them seeming to let him go by even though they clearly noticed him. Great, now he needs to make sure the undershirt doesn't reveal either his number three mark or his guild mark, and it was just one exact part of that undershirt that was protecting the marks from being revealed, he needed to make sire his motions weren't too reckless. Elyx ran along with the pirates towards what seemed to be a giant ship. Many woman screaming as they were being forced to get on board, it was sad in all honesty, but there was nothing he could do at the current moment. Maybe just comfort them, but that was just about it, he would have to visit them and try to calm them all down. It was such a bad sight, some weren't even fully dressed and some were even being touched inappropriately as they were being forced onto the ship. It made him cringe at such a horrific sight, he was forced to close his eyes so he wouldn't let loose on every single pirate there.

When they all got on board, all the woman were being forced to go down a storage cellar. Elyx didn't help with that, but instead just stood where he was and turned his back away from the cellar so he wouldn't do anything. It took a lot of time, but he kept standing, Ignite in his hands as well, keeping her from doing anything stupid as well. This was such a bad sight. He turned around when all the screams of the woman were muffled by the storage, showing that they were trapped. The job is Noe going to get nasty he can tell. As for bring in Scarlet alive... That might be hard for him to do after he saw that.

That was when he saw her, the Captain of such an evil plan herself, being a woman herself, she should not be doing such a terrible thing to her own kind. Yet there she was, a smug smile on her face and a bottle of wine in her left everyone else's right hand. She put her wine glass up and drank the whole bottle in one chug, it was something he wouldn't expect to ever happen. It was such a bad sight, but the pirates cheered for her through the chug. And what was so special about it? ,"Get ready! You useless dogs actually struck it rich! Tonight we will dine for me victory!" She yelled as the glass in her hand shattered and the pirates cheered in victory as they started pushing each other and started throwing glass objects out of the ship. What a waste, and Elyx didn't even have his chocolate to help him. He then felt his Lerale Boost sense a lair of powerful eyes on him. He turned his towards that direct to see it was captain Scarlet herself, and Elyx looked back with His eyes determined to bounce her look away from him. The stare down went on for a minute of two before she walked away. His temptations to chase her and confront her about this were high, but he knew better then to be that stupid, so he kept himself silent and looked around as the party then continued. Elyx now had to take some of these men out.

He was going to start assassinations by kicking them off the ship without any of them seeing, with wind he can cover their screams and their splashes as they hit the water, and with his speeds he can make the pirates get the wrong ideas if the screams or splashes were heard. To get the to fight each other, that would be the best sort of assassination. Get the pirates to turn against each other, that could be their greatest weaknesses. Pirates were very well known to be selfish and only care about self profit. It was the only thing they cared about, they only work as a team temporarily. He then remembered the woman in the cellar, maybe he should check up on them before anything. He walked towards a guard of them, he was big but not to threatening. Move. Elyx ordered with fake aggression, the pirate not so happy with that attitude. Well, that was just too bad for him, he was going to compromise with Elyx whether he liked it or not. Newbie, who the hell do you think you a- The man was about to say before Elyx glared at the man with fake intensity, one thing he loved to do was act. Acting is what makes a detective so great, being able to fake emotions. The pirate stumbled back as Elyx took a step forward. You better move. Elyx recommended with threat deep behind his voice, that part being true. He wouldn't mind getting into a fight just to get passed him. Instead, he was given access into the cellar. The pirate spoke to Elyx again. Hurry up kid, Scarlet finds out and its my ass.

In the cellar was the woman, many crying, children, woman, all the same having different reactions, different positions that all these woman were in. Elyx walked down, and the woman stayed silent, his presence was scaring them. He needed to say something to calm them down, anything, he couldn't say something stupid like "Im going to kill you all". He finally spoke, in a calm voice so no one in the upoer deck would hear him, but it echoed so everyone in the storage. Please... Do not fear me. I will rescue you from this cold place. Elyx said as the woman listened and some looked relieved, but others seemed hostile. One even dared to ask him a question that sounded negative, but she must have lost her mind and her trust would be really low, that is understandable. How do we know we can trust you... How do we know you aren't going to betray us and have been a part of them the whole time? The hostile woman asked as she held her child closely to her. Elyx turned his head to her and smiled. He moved the left side of his undershirt, a Black Rose tattoo glowing in this dark storage. According to his Lerale Boost, no other pirates were able to hear him. I am a wizard of the guild, Black Rose, a bounty hunt guild. Our goal is to hunt down the most wanted, and the very of the ship is on my hit list. And now seeing what she does and how you are here because of her, I can tell that she must be eliminated.

Elyx then looked down to the child, who didn't understand what any of this meant, but her mother was slowly beginning to relax. He slowly bent his knees so he could become face to face with the girl. Hi there little one, my name is Elyx. How about you? He asked gently as he looked up towards the mother. If she may of course.

The mother of the child slowly nodded her bead and let the child go, the child no longer seeming scared according to what he can sense in her. In fact, he could sense a trace of curiosity from her. She was going to be a traveler like Elyx some day, she just had to be one. My ...my name is Hannah. The said on a quiet voice, stepping closer to Elyx. He put his hand on her head like an older brother, this child was so adorable that he just wanted to give her a hug and tell her that he was there for her. Unfortunately, this wasn't the time for anything like that to be done. He smiled at the girl with welcome in his eyes. Tell me little Hannah, do you like chocolate? Elyx asked as he patted the girl on her head. She replied in the same gentle voice, any fear she still had in her no longer showed. Yes. I love chocolate very much. Hannah replied as she inched closed towards Elyx again. He opened his arms, inviting to comfort her, and she accepted it by walking into it. Don't worry, Elyx will make everything all right. After I am done with this, I will get you a chocolate bar, all right? Elyx asked as he let go, Hannah nodded as she departed from him. This time, a smile, shy and small, but still a smile, arose on her face. Thank you. Hannah said, then Elyx stood up into his feet. He had an announcement to make to all the girls and woman on this ship. Ladies, please understand that this business is going to take some time, all right? Give me a few hours to handle this, just hide out here and do as any pirates here ask. This is for your lives, I just need you all to give me time.

The woman started to murmer happily amongsmst each other in agreements then a small volumed cheer happened in the car, and Elyx felt so proud to be able to take this job. Now it wasn't for the high pay, which was no longer crucial to him, but now it was just nice for him to have, the jewels he received at the end of this would just be a nice gift in the end. These woman he wanted to saved they did nothing to deserve this, this was forced torture for them. Elyx walked up the cellar to see the celebration was still going on, these pirates now drinking and STILL smashing glass, it was annoying. The guarding pirate looked relieved when Elyx came out of the car, but that didn't mean he was forced out of the storage forever. With his fake aggressive, he was allowed to enter the storage whenever he felt like it. Now be had to use an operation he never thought he would have to do, and that was silent assassination.

Silent assassination was when the enemy didn't have to die, but no one would even know if they died or not, no evidences with show the attackers, and on best cases, no one will even see anything and not even become suspicious about it. One had been tried on him before while he was running away from Shadelle, and it taught him that there was more than one way to skin a cat. Though he didn't like that very much, he full well understood what they meant and now their efforts weren't going to go in vain. Silent assassination, composer, Elyx. Target, a whole pirate ship.

'Monster Dice' :

The first two men he saw was the first two he decided to target, they were around the weaponry. He walked up the two of them and put on his pirate mentality. Aggressive and tough Elyx, this act wasn't too hard for him to pull off anymore since he had recent experience with it. The two men were both armed with guns, he had to be careful with the silent assassination here. Hey! You two! Gimme a shot now! Elyx exclaimed towards the two of them, referring to their drinks. There was no way he was going to drink alcohol in his life, that was just simply something he wasn't going to ever do. Piss off, prick. One of the time two men said to Elyx as the laughed like Hyenas. He walked between them and looked over the edge. Look dumbasses, you should be paying attention or that ship over there might attack us. Elyx said as he pointed forward towards the vast sea of nothingness. This was a trick to get their guns and to get his next distraction. While the men looked in panic, he grabbed both guns from their sockets and placed them in his pockets. After that, he grabbed their bottles of wine, which caused them to turn around. He only had about a second to react, which is why it was perfect that he planned it ahead of time. He threw one of the bottles into the sea, which caused their eyes to turn that way, and that was the moment. Elyx jumped with his arms extended and forced their bodies over the edge of the pirate ship, causing them both to spin as they fell into the sea. The party and glass smashing was intense, their screams and splashes were completely negated by the party. Hasta la Vista. Elyx said as he turned towards the pirates. All right, who is next?

Two more pirates were partying as well, except they had no wine, so they probably weren't as drunk or maybe not even drunk at all. Fooling them into the pirate ship and bottle throwing would probably not work. But there was more than one way to trick even the smartest of people, and it would be use the smartest of the smart people. He walked up to the two men, one of them snarled as he made his way over to the pirates. Pirates loved to fight, always looking for someone to gang up on even though that one person walked up to them in Elyxs case, but someone could just pass them. Regardless, now he had to talk to them, and he had some smart words for them. Captain Scarlet wanted to talk to you, and trust me, she does not sound too happy with you. If I were you, I recommend you don't waste your time and run over to her. Oh, she also wants you to say 'We have come to you by your request' to her when you see her. Elyx explained as he watched the two men run away mid sentence, they were gullible, he knew that much about these pirates. They didn't even have to be drunk, yet if you can press the right buttons, you can use them like puppets. After a few minutes, he heard the words he wanted the two men to say. We have come to you by your request. The two men said on unison. The next scene wasn't too happy for the idiots that fell for it. What the hell... You dare come here uninvited!? Captain Scarlet exclaimed, but before an answer can be given, a hard hit could be heard and the two idiot pirates were sent flying off of the ship.

The next two men to arrive on Elyxs scanner were on the cannons, drinking it seemed. This time, he wanted Ignite to be of assistance for this one. Elyx whispered into her ear as he spoke, and as he did so, she was perking up. She loved to be a little trouble maker anyways, why not give her the chance to be one? See those two stupid pirates over there? Elyx asked with a smile on his face. Ignite replied by nodding her head, understanding what he is saying so far.Get them to chase you, but avoid taking gunfire bullets. Bring them over here and over the edge, I'll handle them from here. Ignite flew towards the men and grabbed one of their bottles of wine. That was so easy to get their attentions. She flew back towards him with the bottle in her grip. Meanwhile the pirates trying to chase her were so drunk that they couldn't even aim their guns right. In fact, it became rather horrific when one of them just ended up shooting in random directions. This got to the point in which he accidently shot his friend on the left side of his body. From what Elyx could see, the drunk who got shot was struck in the artery. Blood being transferred would no longer be possible, and it was instant death right there. Meanwhile, he had to duck from a few bullets while he laid low, then when he got to the edge of the ship, Elyx grabbed the mans legs and carried them so the mans body would tilt over the edge. Finally, the man was so tilted that he fell off of the ship, causing him to plummet to probably he death since he is drunk with a gun on the sea, chances of him being able to swim are unlikely.

Five men were in a group as well, none of them seem to be drunk, be that doesnt mean there aren't any ways to manipulate them. This tactic he was going to use was just wrong in many ways, but that was what it meant to be a bounty hunter, do anything you can to complete the job. Ignite returned to his shoulder, proud of what she had done, and he was proud of her too for being able to risk herself when it comes to making his life easier. Or... She might still be in it for just the money but that didn't matter right now. This tactic he was going to use can break up a group easily, and a that was really needed was a few lies and a few minutes, then watch happily as your masterpiece is complete.

He first walked up to one of them men, who turned around and had a nasty smile on his face, a few of his teeth were yellow. What's up man? We be about t' get turned up! Scarlot isn't here starboard now anyways, stop bein' a kid and live for once! The pirate exclaimed. They were new, only new pirates would treat new pirates with respect. Elyx was ready to break down the peace process. He needed to make sure he did a good job with his wording. Whatever, I have t' tell you some bad news. Your lass has been sleepin' with these four behind your aft. Elyx explained, lying of course. The pirates eyes widened. What!? The pirate yelled as he then turned to the other four, who were still talking amongst each other. You dogs did what t' me lass! I should rip t' bloody hell out o' all o' you! The pirate yelled towards them all. The next few minutes was a hunch of screaming and denying, first it was just the first pirate that Elyx lied to that was screaming, but soon it was all of them. A few metal clicks could be heard, showing that there was fighting. The cursing and yelling still going as well as screaming. It wasn't long until Elyx then heard five straight splashes in a row. They all fell off so easily. Now the herd was really thin among the pirates.
