Akeos was standing in the midst of a giant crowd, in a city he didn’t know the name to, nor the reason he was here. All he knew he got separated from both Borquise and Seria now, and was now surrounded by legions of people he didn’t know and saw a wide variety of lacrima lights flashing on and off. His distant eyes stared off into the distance, “Why am I here again…?” His hands rested on both of his swords as the navy haired swordsman seemingly ready for anything, although not really considering he had no idea what he should do in his present situation.

Long since lost amongst the turbulent and often inconsiderate people she seemed to lose her sight on Akeos and his odd, money loving friend. It was easy to see Akeos a few feet away, he was tall enough to spot, and not everyone has navy blue hair these days. It was bad enough tha she could stand being amongst a flourish of people like now, but now that she had somehow lost the only person she recognized things took a turn for the annoying. As she glanced around for her identifying details someone bumped into her from the side, and knocked her to her knees. She grumbled to herself as she angrily got to her feet. It wasn't worth getting into a fit over, even if they didn't bother to apologize. Was this really worth getting a passport? If this is the kind of pain she had to endure later on, she might have to reconsider being a mage.

Akeos stood there for a long moment as the crowd pushed and shoved around him, however he didn’t care. He then turned and saw a rather elegant designed Building. Akeos stood there for a moment and then tried to read the sign, “Ca…Si…no?” He then turned and started to walk towards the building completely unaware of the various Guards noticing the armed mage walking towards to the most famous Casino in the city. “What is this place…” Akeos kept on walking as a few of the guards started walking towards the unaware mage, ready to take him out if he indeed a threat to the establishment.

Fed up with all of these people, Seria fought her way out of the crowd in a huff. She simply couldn’t stand people sometimes, but being surrounded by them was even worse. He hugged herself and shivered a moment as if she had just escaped something grotesque. Coming to her senses, she caught the sight of that familiar hair color, and the glint of metal as two sheathed weapons perched on the waist of a man when hit perfectly by the sunlight. She knew where she was going now. Pushing through a line of people whom paraded carelessly past the casino, Seria found her guy. He walked toward the casino and a group of guards unknowing of his impending doom. Rushing in front of him, Seria pushed him away from the guardsmen nervously approaching the armed man, and back into the swarm of people begrudgingly.

Akeos was caught off guard when Seria reappeared and pushed away from this place called Casino and back into the crowd. He then stopped when Seria stopped pushing and looked at her, “Hello Seria…. Where have you been?” Akeos then went quiet as he waited for a moment before continuing, “Where are We Seria… what are we doing here…. I am sorry if I forgotten… or did you never tell me?” Akeos then went quiet as he waited patiently for Seria’s response, a few more people shoved against his back as the Guards walked back to their position seeing the swordsman as no longer a threat.

Seria looked up at him when he asked the first question with a begging annoyance in her eyes. They had initially traveled up here together the three of them, Akeos, his friend and her. They all walked together, but once they got into the crowd Akeos had gotten much farther ahead due to her lack of a bility to navigate the crowd. They had only been separated a few seconds, she thought. A little frustrated, she gripped Akeos by his waist and shook him. “PASSPORTS!” She exclaimed hoping to jog his memory. She pointed in the general direction of office handing them out that was practically surrounded by the massing crowd. The number of people grew with each passing second.

Akeos cocked his head at Seria when she had shook Akeos and yelled out passports at him. He stood there for a long long moment letting that single word sink into his head, he then turned to the office Seria had pointed at and then said a single word, “Oh…” He then turned to the office and started to walk towards it, completely oblivious to everyone he was passing who had been waiting in line, “Excuse me… My Friend and I need passports please…” The clerk as well as everyone else around him stared at the mage in complete shock and confusion, and failed to respond.

Seria learned her lesson this time, and followed closely behind Akeos, practically on his heels. She wasn’t even paying attention to the world around her, lost in thought. She imagine all of the places they could go when they’ve finally gotten their passports. All of the magical places she’s read about over the years. Even if there isn’t anything left to discover in the entire world, it would still be nice to see it. She bumped into the back of Akeos as he came to a flat stop in front of the clerk kindly waiting on the clerk to hand over the passports.
She looked rather nervous when she noticed how well armed Akeos was, and how odd Seria looked, and kinda froze with four passports in her hand that she was about to hand to the family the two had just bypassed. "Uhhh..."

The clerk and the family stood aghast at what Akeos had just done, there was a moment of proximity silence until the clerk finally spoke up, “Um, sir, you have to wait in line like the rest…” Akeos simply stood there for a moment and cocked his head in confusion, his distant eyes simply staring at the clerk, he then looked at Seria then at the family and then back at the clerk. “What do you…you… ughhhh…” Akeos then winced and grabbed onto his head and knelt down, “Oh woe to the tear in my soul… Hikisaka tamashī… where are you… Blade of my soul… blade of my… my….” Akeos then went quiet and fell still, kneeling there everyone around him simply watched him barely able to hear that he was actually talking…

If the people who were now encircling them weren’t already aghast with disbelief, there’s no way they would be able to just stand by and watch as this happened passively. The clerk was mouth agape as she stared at Akeos who seemed to have some sort of episode in front of her and the family at the side of the two was becoming infuriated with this man wasting their time. Seria felt befuddled, and knew she could only remedy this situation now. She brushed back her hair as she made up a quick story to buy the hearts of these people.
She waited for a moment, and hoped that the clerk might possibly understand be she didn’t seem to change her expression. Everyone just looked to question why she spoke in rhymes, and silently judged the two. “Look, kid. You’re breaking my heart and all, but I can’t hand these out for free.” The clerk leaned over the counter rather concerned. Seria offered up her pouch of jewels well tied to her waist, and the business was done.
“Forgive me and my friend,
He suffers from a wayward curse.
We’ve searched long and far for an end,
And the goal is far from reach.
We seek not but your papers,
So that we may set sail from this beach.”

Akeos knelt there as Seria managed to procure both of their passports, he started to rock back and forth as his hair started to quiver. The few strains of grey hair started get darker as a dark aura started to emanate, however then suddenly Borquise appeared out of nowhere placing his hand on Akeos’s shoulder sending a shock through his body making Akeos fall still, he then whipped some sweat off his brow. He then looked at Seria and said, “Look lass but we need to leave, Akeos needs to go and get some rest, give me his passport and I can give it to him when he wakes.”
