Strengths:
Speed: This blade is light, despite his powerful the blows it hits are, it is easy to move and barely affects the users mobility, so endurance for the user is drained less than the average blade would be able to drain.
The hits of this blade is amazing. The user of this blade is able to break through defenses in just a few hits. Any attacks it hit to anything of the same rank deals more than moderate damage. When it hits something of a lower rank, the damage inflicted onto that would be heavy, possibly breaking the thing after a few hits. If it hits anything of one rank higher, it deals slightly less than moderate damage. Any higher would be unaffected.
This blade is also resilient as well, and is able to endure many strong magic attacks. It can deflect magic attacks of the users rank or lower without taking any damage. Anybody of a higher rank will inflict damage to the blade according to their rank.
Weaknesses:
Light weight, easy to knock back. This blade was designed for attacking rather than defending, blocking physical attacks with this blade could end up with the blade being knocked out of the users hand.
One handed, this blade doesn't have enough space to be held with two hands, so options to controlling the blade are rather limited.
Though the sword is able to block magic attacks easily, there is one magic that not only does this sword not block, but it takes DOUBLE the damage of that usual magic attack. Any dark magic used against this blade doubles in damage.
Abilities: While this blade is equipped, no mages of the users rank or lower will be able to attack from the inside of the user. For example, if Elyx is rank C, and Delta is rank C, she can't drain Elyxs magic since that would be tampering with the inside of his body. She also can't use attacks from directly inside of his body, like making his body implode. (Injecting things into the body will work, but it must be injected. Like striking Elyx and placing a bomb in him.)
If the enemy tries to block an attack with a weapon of their own, if that weapon is an equal rank or less than this weapon, Knight Iris will fly past the enemies weapon as if the enemies weapon was never there in the first place.
