Sexuality: She's come to terms with the fact that she's bisexual,  but she hates the label and isn't very open about her sexuality one way or another.  Romantic or erotic impulses tend to make her grumpy and she tends to act aggressive and/or avoidant of the object of those impulses.  
Special Characteristics: A tattoo of a pure white serpent with seven heads coils around her right arm with vaporous eyes that seem to stair deep into the mind of those who make eyecontact with it.   It migrates throughout her body of it's own will,  but tends to prefer the right arm.   It's long tail can extend,  even while loosely coiled,  down her side and leg as well.   
This mark isn't always visible,  and some might see it while others do not.

Personality: 
Claire has from a young age of around 7-8 been called an "old soul".  She had always and continues to always think about life, reality, and eternity,  she always thinks about the lives of the countless many who are gone,  still here,  and will come to this life.  She's always had an insight into the workings of of those around her and an odd sense of something more and missing,  an intuition of things to come.   This made her more internal and reserved,  but with the help of a very outgoing relative she grew up near the bustle of social activity which let her become as sociable as she is today proving that you can still be social while still being reserved. 

She tends to be fairly sociable if you get to know her or you meet while sharing an interest, but she has no interest in leadership.  She cares about people well enough,  and she is very assertive and confident in her decisions,  but she is more passive and doesn't like getting others involved in things.  If something needs to be done she'd do it herself and not concern anyone else on the matter.   If she could have anyone else do something,  she can do it herself.  

Claire is somewhat intense and willful,  with clearly defined moods that are quick to change with the circumstance,  meaning that she can be easily appeased.  Emotions just don't really stick to her,  neither do opinions making it very possible to start out as enemies for some reason only to become friends or acquaintances later and she'd act as though nothing happened between you,  and that she is quick to make new acquaintances if drawn in with something.   

She isn't dumb or completely careless however.  Push your luck or be an obvious threat and hazard to others and you're on her shitlist.  While she can be easy to sway,  she is intelligent and uses logic where emotion fails.   But again,  things don't stick and she isn't one to hold grudges.   Logic or not she is prone to immediate responses when faced with certain things,  reactions that take precedent over observation or consideration.  Such as sticking her foot up your ass if you hit on her,   a knee to the groin if you touch her,  or a skull-shattering slap if you spook her followed by a few seconds of being pissed or a few minutes depending on how the situation escalates or calms down. 

Claire is very assertive to what things she likes or what she wants to do but is very patient and will easily wait long stretches of time to get what she wants in comparison to the value or available timeframe.  While assertive,  she is still reserved about her own desires and wishes and will keep them close to home until the opportunity to obtain them.  If out in the town with someone for example,  she would wait until after they do what they want to do to suggest her own and just go on her own if they are done unless they only have a few hours to kill and the person she's with is part of her desires (She specifically wants to do the thing with them, not on her own) in which case she will then push it.

Claire really loves to fight,  she really loves to use her abilities,  but she doesn't like to cause harm or loss when there isn't a reason to or when there are alternatives.  Challenge her to a fight and she'll blow you off because she doesn't want to end up hurting you.   When pushed to fight against her will,  she tends to fight slow,  escalating her actions patiently not necessarily of reluctance,  but in study to feel the other individual.  Gain an understanding of them,  and either put them in the ground or on ice...  and honestly- to go easy on them while having time to have a little fun dishing out what she thinks they can take to satisfy their persistence somewhat.  Doing so is ultimately disingenuous to the persistent party,  but at least it gets a little more out of it.

When she meets something or someone who can take it,  however,  it's another story in which she takes pleasure in being capable of to use her full ability and having some challenge.  

Contrary to that...  Claire does not like attention,  and doing the things that would draw people like that would draw a lot of attention.  Claire loves peace and quiet a lot more than she loves making fireworks.

Likes:
- Sugar & Spice:Claire is a lover of food, but she is particularly drawn to the flavors of sugary confections and savory spice almost equally as well as the other.  She has a particular weakness for them and hates feeling as addicted to the stuff as she is.  She'll sometimes purposefully leave remnants of what she had been eating,  or try to share some with others as a sort of balancing act between the lure of greed and gluttony and a bit of charity.   It can be sometimes awkward as she leaves half an ice cream cone with a hobo or tries to share some of her Super Extra Spicy XXX nuclear candies with some unfortunate soul who accepted her offer.
- Everything Nice:  Claire has a guilty pleasure in the simple things of life that could be described as childish, girly, or otherwise generally not something you'd expect of a "strong" person like she tries (and fails) to be.  She loves small fluffy animals,  she loves stuffed animals,  she loves well decorated bedrooms and soft beds.   This leads to a bit of a complex where she'll have a bright pink and blue room with a chaotic blend of skull motifs and punk-rock posters or weapons mounted on the wall right next to the unicorn plushie. 
- Peace & Quiet:  Claire is a lover of peace and quiet.  She loves being able to relax and have time to just think clearly just to herself,  no loud and rowdy background noise,  no screaming and nothing to stress over.   This is painfully contrasted by her desire to be aware of her surroundings and be where people are.  She'll have her alone time when she can,  but she spends most the time open to the chaos around her.  She wouldn't drown the sound out,  but take it all in and be right nearby to the source of contention.  If there is a busy street,  or crowd,  she likes to be nearby.  This is mostly due to a persistent curiosity and a worry that she might miss something important. 
Dislikes:
- Seven Sins: Claire has a strong dislike for the traditional seven sins.  It's not much of a conscious thing,  and some are worse than others,  but she's always aware of them and has an aversion to them.  It makes her frustrated or outright angry when she feels compulsion to give in to one of these sins,  whether she is hit with the desire to keep that whole pizza to herself,  to pocket a shiny object,   to wish she had something someone else had,  or thinking dirty thoughts about someone she sees.   As a result she will often make drastic sudden changes in behavior if she catches herself and gives something up simply to get rid of the sin.   Despite that,  she's still just human (more or less) and has her issues and temptations aren't always caught in time. 
- Lightmindedness:  Claire gets really irritable around light-minded individuals.  People who just don't seem to think about anything and are controlled by impulse and erratic behavior born of what to her is just simply stupidity.  These are the sort of people who just wont stop irritating others,  or get too caught up in rowdy behavior,  and might constantly make ridiculous noises with no purpose.  These people frustrate her to the point it really provokes thoughts of wrath.   
- Weakness: The ultimate source of her aversion to the sins,  Claire absolutely hates weakness in herself and willful weakness in others.  Her desire to be her own person and not ruled by weaknesses leads her to a repulsion for the seven sins among other things.  She hates the idea that she is ruled by base desires and actively tries to become above those things.  This is really agitated by the fact that it is difficult for her to resist some things and her physical failings.  Lets just say she gets very grumpy around that time of the month. 
Motivations:
- Self Mastery:  Claire's ultimate goal is achieving self-mastery.  Becoming fully in control of herself and her behavior,  to truly decide for herself if she wants to do something and to not be weighed down by weakness,  physical, mental,  emotional,  or spiritual.    It's not a very likely goal,  as people are always bias towards things they desire,  and if they don't desire anything then there isn't much point in being able to clearly decide what they want.  So,  Claire isn't so sure what to do with herself and is still just out to find out whats what with the universe. 
- Positive Balance:  Claire pretty much just wants to do more good in the world than she does bad.  There isn't too much to say about it,  she wants to be good.  She wants to do good.  But actions can be taken out of bounds and actions of the past can have effects on the future you might not know about.  She doesn't have some grand reason or some ultimate quest of righteousness.  She simply wants to be an overall better influence on the world than she is a bad one. 
- The Red Mountain: Claire has incredible control over he dreams,  they're like personal dimensions in which she is a goddess.  However,  for all her control there is always a red mountain in her dreams,  always dominating the horizon.   The Red Mountain feels real to her,  as though it were real she needs to see it,  as the white serpent is always facing the red mountain in her dreams. 
Fears:
- Causing harm or loss: Claire is paranoid that her actions might lead to the harm of others,  not just physically but emotionally or mentally,  somehow impact their quality of life in a bad way.  More than that she can't think of anything worse than causing someone to become evil, or cause their death.   
- Losing herself: Claire is worried about losing herself,  who she is,  her goals and aspirations,  to lose her mind or her spirit.  To fall to evil,  the compulsion is there.  The temptation to do evil,  to become a negative influence.  She can feel it would be so easy to give in and indulge,  but then would she really be her anymore?  She also worries that if she were to succeed in becoming free of sin and the temptations,  would she still be herself then?  Is either extreme right for her?
- The Black Serpent: In her dreams there is a black hydra,  a mirror of her white hydra,  that seems to always stair down at her,  visible even from the great distance.  There is a familiarity to it however,  a sensation of belonging.  Not hostility,  but acceptance.  She believes the Black Serpent is what she may become and that it may be inevitable.  This is similar to the fear of losing herself but has it's own distinct flavor.   She doesn't literally fear the serpent itself,  she fears that it might be what she ends up becoming.  

General Appearance

Height: 5'00"
Weight: 102lbs
Hair: Not so short,  but worn up in a shortish tail.  It's a dark chocolatey brown in color. 
Eyes: Caramel-ish brown.
Skin Tone: Light.
Appearance: Claire is short and lean but not too petite or anything like that.  She has a slim figure but obvious hips and breasts and a feminine face,  far from being mistaken as a young boy or something like that.   She hates the fact that she is so short,  as she literally looks up to most people as they can stand a head or two taller than her without even trying,  not to mention people who are actually as tall as she is short.  At a square 5 feet tall,  she's got a lot of room for growth...  or she would,  were she not already 22 years old and only have an inch or two at most to look forward to.  

Her skin is really clear,  and a clean pinkish "white" color without too much going on there.  Her skin is kept in excellent shape not become of some beauty regimen,   but the not always visible tattoo of a seven headed white serpent that can sometimes be seen snaking its way over her skin to literally eat imperfections away.  This "tattoo" makes itself unseen by merging deeper into her body,  below the skin,  and out of sight.  But when it surfaces it's seen as a pure white marking without definition or detail until you see the eyes,  which seem incredibly vivid and intense.  

Claire's attire usually consists of sneakers, jeans or short-shorts and simple silky T-shirts with a ballcap.  She will on occasion wear skirts and sweaters as well,  but not too often will she wear her skirts.  This makes her perhaps one of the most boring members of Blue Pegasus as she has little interest or draw in looking decked out and lavish or anything like a "goddess".  
When she needs to dress up and look nice for an event or a meeting of some sort,  she will dress in a black suit and tie with a dark skirt,  rather than wear a dress.

Tattoo: The White Serpent ate the tattoo,  but retained it.  The guild tattoo will appear at times shown on the belly of the serpent.
