Backstory: Zerrin was once one of the aces of the criminal version of Black Rose he used to be their executioner using his twin gun blades and cross Gatling/Cannon to take care of all the guild enemies and traitors, however after some time passed and the guild began to change Zerrin slowly realized that he was doing atrocious acts against morality and defected. Years later while still kicking around near the Guild he found it had gone under new leadership and offered his services as the new Police Chief. Now under his leadership the police of the city are more efficient than ever before should you ever hear the clanking of the chains he wears be ready for storm to hit you, Because The Hurricane does not know how to pull his punches.
Magic: Enchant: Magic Bullets, Using his own Magic Zerrin can cause his bullets he fires from his guns to take on many different properties from flaming to Creating a gale of wind that cut anything the bullet whiz's by.

Back-Story: Furia was once a Soldier in the Fiore Military, one who was once well known for her stunning looks and huge sword. She was sent on a mission to kill a politician from another country, after she killed the man his family came home and she was forced to kill them too. She made it look like a murder/suicide and left the country. The deed haunted her for 3 year until she quit the army and joined Black Rose. She found that killing monsters was a lot easier then killing humans and so she decide to stay. She joined the police force after a small intrusion form another nation that ended up killing a friend of hers. She has made vow to protect all people that are members of Black Rose's City

Back-Story: Ares is a strange looking creature from somewhere far to the east. standing a full 2 feet above the average man his imposing figure is easily spotted in a crowd. Not much is know about Ares before he showed up at an excavation site of ancient ruins. A group of archaeologists found him sleeping in a wide open casket with piles of bones littered around. His waking startled them so much that both the archaeologists fell into a spike pit, only to be saved Ares. He apologized and led them out of the ruins before they could fall victim to one of it's many traps. when the grou reached the exit a large slab fell and Ares covered the two men with his own body as the ruins collapsed around them. From the resulting dust cloud he carried them back to their co-workers with only a few scrapes before setting off to look for a new place to stay. Despite his looks, Ares is a very kind hearted man. trying to be friendly with everyone he meets, he has a distinct love of animals, particularity dogs.
Magic: Anti-Skill: One can describe Ares's magic as an "Anti-magic magic." All of his spells seem to revolve around the same basic theme of neutralization. This can be something as simple as de-spelling, absorption, or cancellation. He has 4 main spells used to capture and detain criminals: first using the gem on his right arm, Ares is able to project a near impenetrable shield in front of him or someone he can see. Second, by using his staff he can create a glyph on the ground that when stepped on causes the target to become ensnared in magic draining vines. third he is able to create a barrier around himself from the gem on his chest that absorbs all incoming magical attacks and seems to restore his own. Finally, if Ares is able to grab a target, his can cast a rune on them that entirely restricts movement and drains magical energy for as long as up to a week. This is used primarily in arresting the target.

Back-Story: A Magitech genius and prodigy Nesi had always been very good at what she did but she always felt she was the wrong person and that she was meant to be born an angel. Using her knowledge of magitech she eventually devised a way to become an angel of sorts however she needed to be fused with a lacrima of pure holy energy and as such was seen as an act of demonic intent from certain churches. Still enthralled by her dream she opposed the churches and fused herself with the holy lacrima and created a powerful suit of armor that could handle and project such powerful holy energy she finally called herself an angel. Accepting that no one would approve of this she wandered in self imposed exile satisfied with her accomplishment, eventually finding a home in Black Rose where she acts as an angel of justice and judgement.
Magic: Holy Ion Blade: The use of magitech to create an blade of pure Ions capable of being used with range and short range by dispersing are condensing the Ions.
