Zack is first and foremost a thrill seeker and adrenaline junkie doing everything he can to get that rush of adrenaline that makes him feel alive. He is the type who if offered the chance to jump out of a plane almost in space he'd accept without a second thought. He has a great need as well. A need for speed. He has a magic motorcycle(several in fact) that he has customized to go unbeleivably fast. It also uses minimal magic power due to a special amplication device he invented. That's another thing he does. He likes to tinker and improve his bikes to make them go even faster. He is quite a whiz with technology and enjoys doing it providing it is a challenge. Challenges are something he will always seek out liking to push himself to his very limits. If something doesn't challenge him or thrill him he will generally get bored and just stop doing it or even refuse to it in the first place.

He is truly fascinated by speed and if he isn't doing something thrilling or to make something go faster then he will likely be found reading books on speed related topics: engines, magics etc. Of course, he doesn't spend too long reading these as he would rather do the task then read about it. He is an 'actions speak louder than words' kind of guy.

He is a friendly guy, but tends to be a bit of a loner preferring to work alone as he feels others will either a. slow him down or b. make things too easy.  He likes doing things his own way, at his pace(i.e. as fast as possible) and he likes it when they are hard. If he had too much help it would take all the fun out of the task. Of course, sometimes he realises he needs help, but he is not the type to admit this. As I said though he is quite friendly and always willing to chat to people for a while, at least until the conversation bores him. He isn't the type to hate people or get angry with them.

His risk taking is reflected in his fighting preferring to not think about the situation and just charge in head first, regardless of the danger to himself and go all out. He is a very agile fighter always staying on the move and striking with his full might. It has often been said that if you want to hit him the one place you shouldn't try to hit is where he is because he will probably have moved before you even get half way. His movements whilst highly straightforward tend to be unpredictable and he will often change his mind in the middle of an attack making it seem like a clever feint. Of course, it isn't actually a feint. He goes by instinct and as I said is liable to change his mind a lot. On occasion, if the opponent cannot match him in terms of power he will hold back and try to match his strength to theirs in order to prolong the battle and enjoy it further

He doesn't like to kill. If you kill someone you are removing the joy of life from them. Besides, if you keep them alive they might come back later and be stronger so be a better opponent. That is though about as forward thinking as he gets.

Zack was once known for his absolutely terribly memory. He used to forget someone almost instantly unless they vaguely interested him. His motto used to be 'If you don't make an impression you'll soon be forgotten'. However, after defeating the Sky Emperor and regaining his memories from before he first met Shangdi this trait has faded. However, he will often pretend to have a bad memory in order to try and make people stand out a bit further.

Going fast: A speedfreak. He loves going fast.
Heights: He loves being high up and has a tendency to leap off of tall objects and save himself at the last minute with some form of flash skill.
Dislikes: Going slow: He loves speed. Walking slow or going slow bores him to tears.
Boring things: He is an adrenaline junkie. If something doesn't thrill him he is unlikely to do it.
People who don't try to improve themselves: People who just stick with how they are and don't strive to be better are generally not his kind of people.
Motivations: Seeking the next thrill: He always wants to seek the next big thrill that will push his adrenaline levels even higher.
Pushing himself to the limits: As a thrillseeker he is always wanting to push his body to its limits and the more he does so the more he can do or so he feels. So he is always trying to push himself to the limit.
Being the fastest man alive: He aims to be the fastest living creature. A near impossible task, but the thing about impossible seeming tasks is that they might not be impossible.
Fears: Confined spaces: He likes freedom and being able to do what he wants so small confined places are something he doesn't like.
Being chained or otherwise restricted: Pretty much the same reasons as above.
Killing someone he cares about: He cares about his guild and other friends he has made and fears his actions might damage them or kill them. Though this won't stop him.
