Needing help is kinda vague o.O You have to be a liiiittle more specific if you want anything explained to you. Explaining the entire concept of roleplay forums is a little hard, but it sounds like you're asking for exactly that.
Anywho, this place is pretty much a text-based freeform storytelling experience, so to speak. You start out by applying a character YOU create by writing him down. Then you move on to create his abilities, given that we're in a shonen-type universe. And lastly, you start roleplaying him in the different locations this place has to offer.
