Why would it effect all diseases the same? Some , Like god and demon, are the most potent and dangerous kinds. If your immunity drops a normal toxin to 50%, it wouldn't to those.

Also, the name of the Monkey King is awkward for it is either Wukong or Son Goku; so you gotta be clear which one, cause I did the lineage work with Wukong's information not Son Goku's.

Interesting. OK well for starters, I already had discussed the H-Ranked Strength with Omega and Zeno, and was going to change it some based on that. It wouldn't be H, but very close too it. It was already going to be lowered when I next logged on. Next time you should talk to me first before coming screaming into my stuff after it's already been Approved by an Admin & a Mod. But I'll play your game just this once.

Anyway. My lineage clearly states that I can infact use magic whilst shifted into any animal form, so 'YES?'
Running 150MPH is too high? Why? I can already move incredibly fast as the Lightning Dragon Slayer without running at all? With Slayer Bonuses, and Monkey King's bonus for speed...I dunno. But I'll lower it just for you Night. I'm all about the game of fairness. If you feel like on average running that's too fast I'll agree.
Body-Link Magic is my new Secondary Magic that I've switched too. I don't use any Wind or Ice Magic so I really don't know what you're talking about there. The other two S-Ranked spells are Dragon Force "ONLY" spells that were B-Ranked. If you want, I can lower them too B-Rank once more. Or create two more B-Ranked spells, it makes no difference to me. I've increased in strength, so they've increased as well. Is all that is. I can't use them outside of Dragon Force however.
I was told by Omega to list it as God-Like strength just for a general scope on his strength, I had it listed as 'amazing feats of strength' before hand which is generally the same. It doesn't matter which to me honestly. Slayer Strength bonus, combined with the bonus from the Monkey King's lineage, puts me near H anyway.
I've made the running speed on the ground and the Physical Strength changes you've asked JUST for you Night, since you seem to have a problem with me listing his physical strength and durability as 'H'. Everything else is in line w/the rules. The lineage as I've stated allows me to use magic whilst shifted; it says absolutely nothing about a LINEAGE or this specific lineage taking up a spell slot, and I have no idea where you got the idea that I'd use Wind or Ice Magic. I'm weak to Wind and have never ever used Ice.

Originally, I had the The monkey king use WInd and Ice magic, you get a D rank Wind spell and an C rank freeze spell which were not optional, but someone went in and CHANGED that; so I am moving those back in...cause it is part of the lineage. Which means I expect to see a Wind spell and Ice spell; sorry if this now seems like an inconvenience.
As for the transformation thing; you are right and I apologize for not remembering that bit.
The secondary magic, STILL has no description in the magic app about it....so WHERE IS ALL THAT FREAKING INFORMATION....That is why i said there was nothing HERE about it. So why is it just randomly here? Explain the secondary magic.
Dragon Force only spells STILL COUNT. I don't care what you may think about it; but they do count. With your secondary magic you have 5 S-Rank; I do not want to see this again.
And the shape shifting, i can let that slide.
Now onto problems I see with your magic:
Fairy Lightning, how does that not damage the mountain when you explain it explodes a chunk too...and how can you deem something in the distance as an enemy or not; you can't see that far so it harms EVERYTHING. And if it can only go to where you can see, how can you shoot it THAT far and be accurate? That can be a couple mile range which puts this as an overpowered Fairy Law. Second thing; how can it shut off someone else's magic, you are not wave.
Fairy Lightning: Remove the healing aspect, remove anything having to do with darkness extra damage-as you are not LIGHT based, you are Electricity meaning you do more to water and weak against Wind, while doing high piercing and static damage. So everything about Darkness or unholy beings is a bunch of crap, along with the healing. And if this is a part of Body Link, why is it not listed in Body link under your S rank section. Further note, why do you even have a spare Body Link S rank spell; that makes no sense you only get 5 period Secondary. Not 5 + 1 combination. a Combination takes up one of the five.
Dragon Storm: ....beyond over powered in the sense of its cast range, cast size, and so on. Furthermore, you are not STORM you are LIGHTNING so you can't conjure up wind and rain within this spell; it is ALL lightning or no dice. If this is A rank, why does it do S rank damage? that makes LITEREALLY no sense; you don't have that power...and having it Auto Lock on any enemy; or enemies makes no sense. Yes, you launch and create the spell but then it becomes its carefree power, and you lose control over it; the lightning bolts can do A rank damage, but is ENTIRELY random.
Dragon's Roar: ....Why? It is a sound based, i could excuse this if this was a SOUND DS but no, it is not. You do not have the ability to roar loud enough to cause that many vibrations or cause ear definition. You do not focus in loud, you are power. You cannot roar that loud...Nor can you cancel magic or shake anything at a molecular level.
Lightning Wing Slash: Nothing is unavoidable...an S rank maybe, but not this rank. 500 feet is a bit much of a range for this spell to travel.
Lightning Dragon upper Fist: This does B rank damage...not damage based on your strength...cause technically you labeled yours around H rank; but that is too over powered for a B rank spell. Also, doing double damage if lightning body is active is a no...Cause if it is based on your strength, this plus lightning body pluse dragon force = damage beyond recognition.
Currently there are a lot more problems left, but this is appropriate for now. I think that is enough work to have you re look at this.

I'll fix it, but the next time you talk to me like this and tell me you 'don't care' about what other Admins and Mods have done we'll handle this in a different fashion I assure you. I care little for your authority flexing. I don't mind authority, but just letting you know I literally do not care for your attitude.

Fairy Lightning ~ The mountain doesn't explode. The glitter lightning explodes upon contact with the mountain, leaving the mountain unharmed as stated. How about...it's not a bunch of crap? You call yourself an Admin talking like that? You're full of shit for calling something I came up with a bunch of crap. It's a SPELL. Lightning effects can be altered. As can water be made to do things it cannot do. It's a Healing Spell, that only affects Darkness/Evil. It manifests as Lightning because that's the type of magic I use. Are you telling me that everyone here w/elemental magic that has an added effect on it is 'full of crap'? Whatever. The spell was DEVELOPED using Body-Link magic. The spell itself is tied to the Fairy Tail Guild Hall. That doesn't make it 'extra' or anything of that nature. Also, again, elements on this site in dozens of peoples magic do things outside of their element, because it's MAGIC. Some Water Will put you to sleep, some Fire will burn cold and heal you, some Wind will buff you. Things will happen. You're asking me to basically re-do / delete an entire spell. No. I will change it, but I am not remaking the spell entirely.
Dragon Storm ~ Overpowered? It turns off ALL my magic while it's active, and just causes my enemies to have too make 3 dodges every turn. If I'm not within it, it runs wild without me within it controlling and directing it. No magic and three attacks to dodge for enemies doesn't seem overpowered at all. I will change it to A-Rank. But I am still going to be able to direct the Lightning, I will take out the Rain and Wind; but, I will not make the Lightning completely random that is stupid.
Dragon's Roar ~ Shuhei has the exact same spell and it's approved, and he is NOT the Sound Dragon Slayer. So I'm not changing mine unless he has to remove his.
Dragon's Wing Slash ~ O.K? I'll lower it's range. It's not unavoidable 'impact area damage' is unavoidable. Meaning Heero will likely destroy something using it, whether it be the ground, or buildings, or trees nearby.
Dragon's Upper Fist ~ You didn't give a reason for saying no? An uppercut attack that's boosted by Lightning Body should be accepted regardless of my level of strength. If I was D it would be approved. Just because I'm S, doesn't mean it shouldn't be. It's obvious and sensical.
First of all, you made a bunch of comments that were WRONG, as even you saw / noted. Secondly. I don't think you have the power to ON your own, trump Seijin, Omega, and the rest of the staff too remove a Mod just because he disagrees with you. I broke no rules, obviously there was nothing too change and I replied to everything you'd stated the first time, and was right with everything? So I locked and moved it. Next time you threaten me like this, I'll petition to have you removed as Admin, with the staff AND the members. How does that sound? Saying I DON'T CARE, what Omega, Sole, and others approved merely shows your lack of respect for them. Do not tell me what to do nor how to do it; if you felt like I tried to one up you I'm sorry. Dragon's Roar ~ Shuhei has the exact same spell and it's approved, and he is NOT the Sound Dragon Slayer. So I'm not changing mine unless he has to remove his.
Dragon's Wing Slash ~ O.K? I'll lower it's range. It's not unavoidable 'impact area damage' is unavoidable. Meaning Heero will likely destroy something using it, whether it be the ground, or buildings, or trees nearby.
Dragon's Upper Fist ~ You didn't give a reason for saying no? An uppercut attack that's boosted by Lightning Body should be accepted regardless of my level of strength. If I was D it would be approved. Just because I'm S, doesn't mean it shouldn't be. It's obvious and sensical.

I don't care who previously approved of it, nor do I care what you think about me unapproving it for a temporary update; I am in charge of applications, I overrule THEM. First of all, you made a bunch of comments that were WRONG, as even you saw / noted. Secondly. I don't think you have the power to ON your own, trump Seijin, Omega, and the rest of the staff too remove a Mod just because he disagrees with you. Primary Magic: Lightning Dragon Slayer
Secondary Magic: Sky Dragon Slayer
Description: Lighting Dragon Slayer magic is the Lost Magic taught to Heero by the Lightning Dragon Zeuslogia.
Strengths: Heero has noticeably insane reflexes, and can catch things that accidentally fall, react to surprises quickly, even catch arrows shot at him without looking with his hearing alone. Lightning is naturally strong against both the Wood and Water elements and will have an accelerated piercing and shattering effect against Wood of 100%, or electrocution effect against Water of 100% .
Heero can coat his body in Lightning in an instant, making his attacks quite painful, and making his strikes against machines, and mechanical objects deal a massive short circuiting effect. Heero can move at about 85,000 MPS through for short periods of time through his magic or for extended periods of time with Lightning Aura if he's allowed to zip around unchecked. The speed of lightning if 3,700 mps(miles per second) not 85,000 mps. Please edit this.
Heero's physical strikes deal massive physical damage as, as his speed is augmented to nearly not being able to see the streak of Lightning that is he, as he jumps out of Lightning Aura or other Lightning Techniques to strike an opponent. Heero's speed is also augmented naturally at most moments through channeling Lightning through his entire being.
Heero also when alerted; naturally increases the amount of electromagnetic impulses his brain sends to his immune system and body and can heal himself from external scrapes & cuts, and slow, fight, and destroy the effects of diseases and poisons through increasing the amounts Electromagnetism impulses emitted from his Brain, and directing them towards his immune system, White Blood Cells, and Red Blood Cells. Giving him somewhat of an improved Healing Factor. He can decrease the duration of any Poison / Venom / Disease effect on himself below his Rank by 50% Increasing his already impressive durability and immune system as a Dragon Slayer even further. This natural resistence is halved against Demon Slayer and God Slayer type Poisons, as Holy Poison and Demonic Poison are extremely potent, even against a Dragon Slayer. This is definitely an ability that you should make. Not a strength. Strengths are things your magic is strong at while your abilities are things your magic can do that aren’t necessarily spells or passive buffs.
Heero can also crack open most mechanical objects or computers, and consume the raw electricity from the object by standing over it / near it and inhaling massive amounts; as the Electricity jumps into his mouth from the cracked item. Malfunctioning and sparking objects / machines may also have the Electricity sucked out of them through the air and into Heero's mouth.
May use a body of water that opponents are standing in / on to electrocute them for 100% more damage than any ability would naturally do. He may also use this effect on an opponent who's soaking wet. May zap an opponent in the middle of Water Magic(s) and cause them to be electrocuted for 100% damage more than any ability would naturally do.
Weaknesses: Heero has innate weaknesses to the Wind Element which can redirect and push lightning away or back at Heero. Wind Magics of equal or higher rank will cause his Lightning spells to go haywire; and fizzle out. A skilled Wind Wizard ranked higher than Heero could even carry the Lightning back towards Heero's allies. This is the same strength as above just said in a different way. Please add this one to the one above and add a new one here.
Heero himself Can consume Lightning and Wind mixed together in any way, due to being a Hybrid Slayer and knowing Sky Dragon Slayer arts.
Due to being a Dragon Slayer, Heero has motion sickness. Put him on pretty much any mode of transportation and watch him clutch whatever's nearby and pray in fear, panic, and unease if he tries to move he'll just usually freeze up and fall over even more helplessly.
Heero's Lightning spells will never miss homing onto any kind of magical metals, no matter their rank, making him very dangerous and effective against opponents who use the Metal Element; however, you could redirect one of Heero's more powerful spells with a low-ranked Metal effect, leaving him drained of the Magic Power; and you unharmed; he is both effective and ineffective against the Metal element depending on the skill of his opponent.
You are missing 2 more weaknesses here. Your last two strengths can be dropped instead to fix this seeing as they are sort of obvious things.
Passive Abilities:
Dragon Force This is a perk you get for being a Dragon Slayer and does not really count towards your abilities meaning that you can move this to a separate area named something similar like ‘Slayer Perks’ and then you can replace it with another ability.
Lightning Reflexes This buff needs to have a percentage you gain here.
Immense Durability Needs a percentage that you gain. This can be moved to Slayer Perks.
Immense Strength Needs to have a percentage amount that you gain. Can be moved to slayer Perks.
Immense Magic Power output What do you mean by this? Please explain this more.
Heightened Sense of Smell and Awareness This can be moved to Slayer Perks.
Can Eat any Form of Un-mixed Lightning, Un-mixed Lightning Magic, or Electricity This can be moved to Slayer Perks.
Permanent Lineage Passive Abilities & Attributes:
Heero's Strength and Speed are increased to amazing levels. He can perform feats of strength limited only by his willpower and current magic power.
He can run up too 80MPH on the ground alone, all he needs is one step to spring himself into a run.
Heero may Shapeshift into Animals
Heero may still use magic while Shapeshifted.
Animal Forms last up to 3 posts per shapeshift (4 post cooldown after shapeshift & 3 uses per thread / fight)
Please take this out and replace it with a the entire description for your lineage. This is how we do lineages in magic apps now. Btw your ‘Lightning Dragon’s Mark’ spell has been edited so that it only works with C-rank and lower spells for balancing issues. So please adjust all of your spells that are higher rank than C-rank that have abilities with this spell. Also please separate your durations and your CDs from your weaknesses and strengths that are not actual weaknesses or strengths for their rank which most of your spells are like that. Examples of spells where the duration/CD is a weakness/strength would be something like a spell with a instant duration with a 14 post CD where the CD is a weakness or a 14 post duration with a 15 post CD. The first would be weakness while the latter would be a strength.

Description:
"There is but one last spell which I would teach you my son. Give in to the Dragon inside, forsake your wizardly knowledge. Let the Maho flow through you. For Dragons are Magic made flesh." - Zeuslogia
Heero's eyes pulse Slayer Red once, as he grins at you with a fanged Slayer smile. Closing his eyes, the grass and anything else around him begins to ripple with energy waves away from him.
What sounds like a harrier jet of energy roars into the area, as Heero crosses his arms at an "X" in front of himself. The entire area (environment) begins to rumble at this much Maho (Magic Power) being drawn into one location. Heero's clothes and hair go wild as an aura of gold Lightning surrounds him, he continues to to power up beyond the very limit as trees, houses, and anything else nearby him are uprooted and flung away easily 200 ft. Blue lightning begins to sparkle on the edges of the golden colored maelstrom of lightning that whips and sparks into the environment, destroying anything too close to the blue haired Son of Zeuslogia, and Nephew of Grandine.
As the ground begins to rumble; the environment crumbles around Heero as finally he opens his eyes. Heero's eyes are a bright red glow within the mighty maelstrom, arms still crossed at an "X" in front of himself.
"Doragon Torigāaaaaaaaaa!" as he howls this spell aloud everything goes white with energy as his aura explodes outward. As the dust clears, the camera shows golden scales on Heero's forearms, back, legs, around his abs, and cheeks beneath his eyes.
He opens his eyes, as you notice they are now 'lizard like' and yellow. With the eyes of a Dragon, Heero looks back at you, raising a half scaled arm and clenching a fist as the dust continues to clear.
Strengths: Triples Heero's physical stats. Including his hearing and sense of smell.
Can see with the eyes of a Dragon; allowing Heero to 'see' magic in the air, and follow the trails of any spell or enchantment cast into existence. This residual Maho appears as 'blue glittering mist' to him while in Dragon Trigger. Can see up to 600 feet, unnaturally far with the eyes of a Dragon. Allows him to follow H-Ranked Speed movements with ease. Allows him to tell if an item is 'enchanted' with a spell or not merely by looking at it.
Cannot be damaged by anything that is not an S-Ranked Spell or an Artifact Weapon while in Dragon Trigger.
Releases a constant 200ft H-Ranked pushback wave as Heero is powering up. Only someone enchanted with weight through an H-Ranked Metal/Iron/Earth effect has any chance of moving closer to Heero or perhaps even moving at all for the 10 seconds it takes to power up as the environment is literally destroyed and pushed away from Heero. Cannot reach Heero with Light or Shadows magicks during his power up, unless they are H-Ranked due to the level of raw magic within the power up phase.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. This spell will double Heero’s strength not triple it. B-rank attacks will deal 50% less damage, 25% from A-rank and S-rank and higher will do regular damage.
Weaknesses: Heero has NO spells available while in Dragon Trigger.
Only useable once during any Fight / Thread.
Does not protect Heero from damage from S-Ranked Spells, S-Rank Enchantments upon his opponent, or hits from Artifact Weapons.
Heero can be damaged by spells and magicks designed and enchanted specifically to hunt Dragons, regardless of their Rank, including Dragon Slayer magicks. Lasts for 15 posts. When the spell ends, Heero will be at 50% Magic Power remaining.

Name: Roar of the Lightning Dragon (雷竜の咆哮 Rairyū no Hōkō)
Rank: S
Type: Slayer
Description: Heero leans back and inhales a massive amount of air, his cheeks and chest swelling with air as a yellow Dragon's head magic circle spins above his mouth whilst he leans back. Static electricity builds up in the air around him as this happens, short circuiting most machinery whilst he gathers air and lightning. A 400 ft tall and wide yellow beam of raw lightning, sparkling with blue lightning rips forth from his mouth as the environment is filled with the distinct and terrifying noise of a Dragon's Roar. The beam is extremely fast, and will tear through up to half a mile ft as Heero exhales it. Easily able to level a row of houses in a city or town if he's not holding back. It explodes in a 300 ft area burst of yellow Lightning on contact. When Dragon Forced the Roar becomes "Shining Roar of the Lightning Dragon", and deals even more damage, it's impact burst range doubling and it's travel distance is boosted up too an astounding 1 mile. Heero may also unleash a 'Lightning Storm Roar'; and in place of a beam will unleash a series of 100 yellow lightning bolts that skip and dance around wildly out of his control and shred through a 300 ft area for S-Ranked damage. This form can be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' and the yellow lightning bolts will skip around slamming into anyone marked. If used in this fashion without marked targets, Heero can deal serious harm to his allies if not careful.
Lower the size of the beam to 80 meters(262 ft roughly). This spell needs a speed it travels which sounds like the speed of lightning from how most of your spells are. Please put the speed it travels in numbers. The travel range of the beam should be lowered some. I think to around 305 meters(roughly 1000 ft). This beam cannot be charged by your secondary and you would have to make it into a separate spell for this to work in your secondary and only if your secondary is a mix of both your primary and your secondary. Also this spell won’t work with ‘lightning dragon’s mark’ due to changes. Please remove this. Also stating the changes that Dragon Force gives this will not work seeing as Dragon Force only gives a damage boost to this spell. Please fix this or even drop that part of the description seeing as Dragon Force already states what it does.
Strengths: Is relatively quick to use. Deals massive damage; the equivalent of two S-Ranked spells if caught directly in the path of the roar. Can be guided by Heero turning and following targets while exhaling the beam. Explodes where it is as Heero finishes exhaling. Heero can breath the beam out for a maximum of 20 seconds. The roar has two versions.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. The damage this spell does will be S-rank damage at max. This beam will be able to be moved slowly seeing as it has a massive size. This means you could possibly only move it around 5-10 ft before it ends.
Weaknesses: Easy to see coming. The beam although hundreds of feet long and wide in range can be dodged. The impact explosion of lightning will go off somewhere else if dodged, potentially leveling or destroying something or somewhere Heero didn't intend if he misses. Can be defended against by an S-Ranked Wind magic effect. Or escaped by means of an S-Ranked Teleportation effect. Has a cooldown of 7 posts.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. This spell can be dodged by any spell that allows the user to escape its trajectory meaning it will not have to be S-rank but will just have to be able to move the person out of the way of the blast.
Combo Spell
Name: Lightning Wind Dragon's Brilliant Spark (雷竜哮着陸 Rairyū Kaze no Akarui Supāku)
Rank: S
Type: Slayer
Description: A huge amount of Lightning whips onto one arm and charges, as a huge maelstrom of wind engulfs the other arm---in an instant with an extremely loud howling and crackling noise. Heero then pounds his fists together in front of himself, causes him to enter 'Lightning Wind Dragon Mode' as he smiles a toothy Slayer smile.
In a burst of movement, Heero moves towards a targeted area, and throws his arms outward. What could only be described as a gigantic F-5 S-Ranked Tornado, spinning and flashing with yellow S-Ranked Lightning erupts into the environment. 500 ft radius and 1000ft. tall, whirling.
Any enemies caught in this area, are shredded and tossed around the tornado, as Lightning smacks them from all directions, zapping them as they spin around the tornado for 10 seconds. The tornado carries upwards, and at the end of the spell; everything caught inside is tossed helplessly up into the air over 700 ft to plummet to almost very certain defeat after being spun upwards and zapped a bazllion times inside of a giant, storming, twister.
This spell cannot be one that you have here at all. This magic you have here is Lightning Dragon Slayer magic. You cannot have a mixed attack with Sky Dragon Slayer magic and this will have to be added to your secondary magic under how the rules work. This also cannot be added to your secondary if your secondary focuses on just Sky Dragon Slayer magic. Sorry but this is the rules.
Strengths: Puts Heero into 'Lightning Wind Dragon Mode', causes a massive area effect magick very quickly. Brings two elements into existence on a very high scale; very quickly. Deals S-Ranked damage at the same time, from two different elements repeatedly and rapidly. Will immediately cause any Water Spell Effects below H-Ranked to be either pulled into the spell, or zapped out of existence by the Wind Lightning Twister. Any Wood, Flower, or Plant Element will be pulled into this spell and destroyed utterly regardless of Rank as the combination of S-Ranked Wind and Lightning is to much to bear for any floral life. Any Lightning Spell effects will be whipped into the massive tornado on the wind, and add to the Lightning already flashing within the twister.
Weaknesses: An S-Ranked Fire spell will set the entire tornado on fire, and cause the Lightning to explode and be nullified, the gigantic 'Firenado' will also be under the control of the Fire Wizard. Anyone with an S-Ranked 'Metal or Iron' effect that adds weight onto them, will be able to stand completely still inside of the spell. However, they will be zapped several dozen times by the yellow Lightning flaring inside the tornado as it homes in on the exaggerated amount of Metal and zaps them repeatedly for S-Ranked damage. Can harm and even defeat allies on accident if they are somehow thrown or pulled into the tornado. Causes Heero to drop to 5% mana when 'Lightning Wind Dragon Mode' does wear off in 7 posts. At the cost of taking S-Ranked Lightning damage, targeted towards the limb changed. Someone with a 'Metal' element effect of S-Ranked or higher could hit Heero straight through the massive tornado flashing with lightning.
Name: Dragon Storm (ドラゴンストーム Doragonsutōmu)
Rank: S
Type: Slayer
Description: The spell that earned Heero the title 'Thunder Fairy', as this spell begins; Heero raises a fist too the skies, and a gigantic yellow Dragon's head spirals out from his wrist and glows brightly. As far as he can see, Heero can begin this effect. A huge thunderstorm on black clouds billowing with yellow lightning sweeps over an entire town, city, mountain range, or forest (1 Mile Radius). The sound of booming thunder overhead fills the environment / setting as a massive black cloud flashing and sparkling yellow randomly looms overhead. It's quite a bedazzling spell, as the dark black clouds filled with yellow flashes of thunder within is not something you see everyday. Many will look upward in awe; as a gigantic Yellow Dragon's Head magic circle appears at a bursting sizzle within the ominous black clouds above. Gigantic house sized yellow bolts of lightning begin to leap down from the yellow pulsing and sparkling mile wide black cloud above to completely batter the area, frying and baking anything they touch as they randomly leap down at uncontrolled intervals. The lightning leaps down at targets onto the the surface in huge yellow lightning bolts that create impact damage and craters of up too a 40 ft area. This spell is extremely wild and uncontrollable, and Heero can only control small 50 ft area of the storm nearby him (out of an entire mile of Dragon Storm!), so if he does choose to use this spell, the devastation in the area will likely reach it's peak before the end of the Dragon Storm.
Change the range this affects to a 1 mile diameter or area. This spell will only attack the people in the range of the storm once per post. Heero will have to maintain this spell during its duration meaning he will not be able to use any other spells during this duration. This also counts that if he uses this he cannot have other spells up with their durations and will have to be stopped before using this spell. If Heero is dealt a total of S-rank damage (either in a post or in a multiple posts) this spell will disperse. You can have this spell state that Heero can have the bolts of lightning attack anywhere in the range of the spell that is under his view. Anyone not in his view will not be attacked by the bolts. Also how big are the bolts of lightning? I am guessing these bolts travel down at the speed of lightning right?
Strengths: Can cast essentially call forth a mega storm filled with black clouds and yellow lightning, upon a the entire setting. One gigantic bolt of yellow Lightning, big enough to vaporize a house will fall down in the span of one moment towards anyone Heero sees or knows is in the area as an enemy. Invisibility won't help you. If Heero saw your face, he can channel the Dragon Storm towards your scent or magical reading as an individual / enemy like all the rest. The giant yellow lightning bolts that fall down towards enemies do S-Ranked damage, and while Dragon Storm is active all enemies standing against Heero (within 30 ft of him) will have to dodge a least ONE time per post as the yellow lightning leaps down from the black skies above and shatters into a 40 ft impact hit upon their location. The giant yellow lightning bolts that are striking down at random in the entire area are very large, and cause a good level of fear as the Dragon Storm continues. May be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' to make the lightning bolts hit specific targets out of many on the battlefield and also spikes the difficulty of dodging the Lightning Bolts (x2) and makes it extremely difficult for anyone with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' on them to dodge.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. This spell will not work with ‘Lightning Dragon’s Mark’ due to its new changes. Please fix this.
Weaknesses: After Heero releases a Dragon Storm he can't really control it. Everyone outside of his 30 ft range of control within the Dragon Storm will have to make dodge attempts as well, including allies. The bolt per post can be dodged, although they do create large impact craters, and it is somewhat hard to see them coming. The only person Dragon Storm will not strike is Heero or 'allies within eyesight'; meaning if a rather large battle is going on and Heero has allies spread out everywhere, allies are in danger when he uses this spell as well. Making it non-useful in situations where Heero is working with a large group of people against another large group. Anyone within the range of 30 feet that Heero has seen will be safe from the Dragon Storm since they're near him. By merely tuning your hearing to the sound of thunder and lightning flashing, and being serious about dodging, you can manage some things even under the distress of a Dragon Storm in your area. Dragon Storms last for 10 posts and may only be used once per topic / fight. The Dragon Storm can be completely dispelled from the area / setting with an S-Ranked Wind Magic effect the giant thunderbolts that randomly leap down may also be redirected by an S-Ranked Wind Magic effect. It can be defended against by an A-Ranked Wind Magic effect, although the target will still be electrocuted wildly by yellow lightning and receive B-Ranked Lightning damage each time they defend themselves with an A-Ranked Wind Magic effect. Last but not least, outside of Heero's 100 ft limit of control, the Dragon Storm rages unchecked; meaning it will easily level most towns and ravage most cities if he uses it within a densely populated area.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. With my changes you can control it but will only be able to attack with it once on each person per post. The duration of this spell should be dropped to at least 4 posts. This is a massive area that you can have lightning bolts fly down onto enemies is why I see the duration needs to be dropped.

Description: An extremely wild aura of Lightning surrounds Heero as it looks like his Lightning Aura is going to go out of control. As all the magical pressure in the area seems to suck towards Heero all at once. In an instant, an explosion of magical energies occurs as Heero flashes as a bolt of Lightning with a right hook into the gut or face of ONE opponent that he can see. Heero then unleashes more strikes and punches with his fist than one can count; approximately one thousand hits in a flurry of punches ring out with the sound of Lightning and Thunder. Heero barrages the opponent; either standing still on the ground, moving forward on the ground, or while flying at them mid-air; pummeling them for extreme amounts of damage. Heero's fists are completely coated in S-Ranked lightning during the duration of this Golden Lotus spell. He will pummel his target for 20 seconds flat, before all magical energies converge on him once more; for a final, earth shattering uppercut that sends a huge wave of energy from Heero's fist and the bottom of their jaw; easily able to send someone flying hundreds and hundreds of feet sailing backward or upward into the air upon the final hit. The impact of the final hit causes an S-Ranked knockback wave that will push everything fifty feet around Heero back at the end of the spell. One of the secret, Golden Lotus spells of the Lightning Dragon.
(I understand the point of this spell, but the way you are saying it is that this magic deals a thousand S rank damage, than yet another S rank of damage when you do your knockback. Please be sure to state that this magic, even though it has multiple strikes, only deals 1S rank of damage total. On another note, you can still have your pushback, but it does not deal any additional damage. That strike is part of the total 1S rank damage stated above.)
Strengths: Deals borderline H-Ranked damage. When the spell begins, Heero explodes out of any S-Ranked constraints holding him back, or pinning him down; due to the sudden burst of Magical Energies. The constant pummeling results in a shattering effect on any S-Ranked defensive spell effect; although the caster would still be safe from the damage, their S-Ranked defensive spell effect will be destroyed. A-Ranked defensive techniques are flown straight through and shattered by the barrage of punches; and if used in response to this; will recieve full damage from the pummeling. Nearly impossible to dodge; as Heero turns into a bolt of lightning, focusing in one one opponent he can see and is upon them literally from one second to the next in a flash of thunder and lightning. S-Ranked sheilds exposed to the prolonged pummeling will shatter. Usually enough to K.O one opponent. Slow and Prolonged Shield Effects in which the caster hides behind the sheild such as 'Ice Make-Shield' will fail against this technique, unless they are H-Ranked.

Weaknesses: Only strikes one target. Uses an S-Ranked amount of Magic Power, for only one target. Can be escaped and dodged completely by S-Ranked Wind effects, and S-Ranked Teleportation effects. All thousand+ punches may be dodged by someone with a 'Slow Time' spell effect active or 'Arc of Time' styled magic. Can halfway break through an H-Ranked defensive spell effect. But not completely shatter, and the Wizard who cast the H-Ranked defensive spell effect will be unharmed. Has a cooldown of 7 posts.

Name: Golden Lotus: Exploding Lightning Blade (黄金色電光剣 Gōruden Hasu: Bakuhatsu Raitoningu Burēdo)

Description: A huge double helix swirl of lightning explodes into the area surrounding Heero. It whirls outwards from him; expanding and then converging down into him. An intense amount of magical pressure sucks towards him; rippling clothes, and hair and flags. Heero explodes forth at the speed of lightning, ripping up the ground and shattering windows, leveling buildings and trees as he passes them all in a matter of less than one second; heading towards a target he spins around once; and on this single spin; the lightning coats around him like wings; exploding into a gigantic, bus sized sphere of yellow lightning; crackling with blue edges. The sphere immediately jumps outward in size as soon as it's formed, taking on the size of an entire building, (The Fairy Tail Guild Size) a truly titanic sphere of Lightning rumbling either on the ground where Heero struck his target, or Mid-Air where he hit them. The entire area the spell goes off in shakes with kinetic energy from the massive amount of force from the gigantic Lightning Sphere. Known as one of the Ultimate Slayer abilities; anything caught within the titanic sphere of Lightning is baked to a crisp.
This spell will deal S-rank damage. Is this attack a sphere? You have it worded here as a beam like attack really. A sphere would be a ball of electricity that you would release but the way you word it makes it sound like this is a beam of electricity. Please try and clarify more. This spell also needs an area in numbers that it affects when it is used. I think 75 meters can be the max that this sphere expands out too. Also how fast does this attack fly out at?
Strengths: The closer you are to Heero within the sphere when it explodes; the more damage you recieve. Close to or at point blank range to Heero; the damage is closer to H. On the edges of the sphere or anywhere else in the sphere; the damage is nearer to S. If you are close to Heero when the sphere explodes, the kinetic and magical energies alone might K.O you from the force of the sphere exploding into existence. The voltage level of this spell is beyond calculation. Covers an extremely wide area as it explodes into existence, making it nearly impossible to escape. Everything near Heero is baked to ashes or singed black when the smoke clears. Can deal S-Ranked or and nearly H-Ranked damage to a huge amount of enemies at once (about as many targets as would fit within the Fairy Tail Guild Hall), travels towards the target of the spell very quickly.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. The damage will not change with how close the person is which will be S-rank damage. This spell will not exceed that damage. If the person is hit by this attack they will take S-rank damage. Take out the strength of ‘might KO you’. That is just an assumption and will not fit with the damage this spell does. Like said above I think 75 meters is good here.. Again this damage will only be S-rank damage, clarification in numbers on its size and this spell needs clarification on its speed.
Weaknesses: Unuseable near allies; unuseable in areas where there are normal people, or civilians. Can be defended against by an S-Ranked Wind or Crash effect to disperse the gigantic sphere of Lightning as it explodes into existence. Can be escaped by S-Ranked Teleportation Magic. Doesn't deal as much damage if you can escape the centerpoint (Heero) of the explosion; although you would need to use an S-Ranked speed oriented maneuver to escape to the edges of the Lightning Sphere in time as it bursts into existence. Has a cooldown of 7 posts.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. The bit about S-rank teleportation magic getting out of this doesn’t work for me. If the teleportation happens fast enough and they can move away fast enough then it will work. Same with any movement magic really. This spell need a CD of at least 10 posts.

Name: Lightning Aura (雷竜オーラ Raitoningu Ōra)
Rank: A
Type: Slayer
Description: Heero is coated in an aura of yellow Lightning. Whilst in this aura he can turn into a Lightning Bolt at will and travel at the speed of Lightning. Increases the damage of his physical attacks as his strikes deal more damage due to him shifting back into himself to strike. The Force of his strikes is increased greatly, and area impact damage is normal when Lightning Aura is being used. The aura of Lightning surrounding him protects him from Fire Damage, Light Damage, and Shadow/Darkness Damage to a degree. Lightning cuts through light as the Light bends away from the yellow Lightning and Shadows are repelled by it's violent and erratic light patterns. Fire is absorbed or deflected. These three elements will see a damage reduction of 50%.
This spell needs to state a speed he is traveling at in numbers which should be around 3,700 miles per second. This speed jump will only be able to be used once per post and when used you lose a post of the duration. You can only travel in straight lines during this speed jump and then we need a max distance you can travel each time. The damage increase will be an A-rank of damage. Also the resistances you have aren’t going to work here. You will only get a resistance against water and shadow magic. This resistance will be a 50% reduction from attacks involving them.
Strengths: Increases the damage of Heero's physical strikes drastically. Allows Heero to move around a battlefield or area quickly. Can move to any spot he sees. May strike someone as a bolt of Lightning and deal A-Ranked damage. Allows Heero to travel quickly. Makes him difficult to hit in combat, if he sees an attack coming he'll likely turn into yellow lightning and jump out of the way before turning back into himself. May turn his Lightning Aura on and off at will during the 10 post duration.
Please have these bulleted individually. The duration of this spell needs to be dropped to 6 posts.
Weaknesses: Lasts for 10 posts. Has a cooldown of 10 posts. Heero must be able to see where he's going before using Lightning Aura to turn into yellow Lightning and move or else he risks lightning zipping to somewhere he doesn't want too. Can be nullified by a Wind Spell Heero's Rank and above.
Please have these bulleted individually. Remember that your CD has to be longer than your duration. This spell can be nullified by a wind spell of equal rank of higher than the spell not your rank. You will be breaking the rules we have her otherwise.
Name: Lightning Dragon's Eruption (雷光噴火 Rairyū no Funka)

Description: Heero generates a massive amount of magic through the floor he and his opponent are standing on. Causing a car sized yellow Dragon's head Magic Circle to appear beneath his opponent, and shine brightly for one second. At the next moment after this one brief second, a gigantic lightning bolt rips upwards from underneath his opponent; throwing them into the air and taking them for a ride on a lightning bolt; electrocuting them for A-Ranked damage the entire way before a huge bus sized explosion rips outward as the yellow lightning bolt explodes, sending static electricity and dust everywhere.

2- Lightning will never come out of the ground, it will always come from the sky. Lightning cannot manifest in the earth.
3- Please make sure to state that this spell does a maximum of 1A rank of damage, including the explosion and pushback effects.
Strengths: Can be used even when Heero is bound by something, as long as his feet are touching the ground. Is very fast, and nearly impossible to dodge if you don't see it coming. Will shatter Earth Magics of Equal or Lesser Rank. Will immediately electrocute anyone in the middle of any Water Magics for S-Ranked damage as they are sizzled to a crisp by the spell itself and then further more by the electrocution reaction. Can be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' and/or 'Lightning Dragon's Confetti' to sense where an opponent is, even if Heero can't see them, to cause the massive eruption of lightning to erupt just beneath their feet as it normally would; and making it even more unlikely that they will dodge.

3- you can electrocute people using water, but for A rank damage, not S rank. Water is weak to lightning, but water mages will already take aditional damage against lightning, there is no point in trying to add extra damage on top of that.

Weaknesses: Can escape from it if you aren't bound and notice the large yellow Dragnon's Head magic circle beneath your feet. Must use at least A-Ranked speed to escape, or a teleportation ability. Usually you must have enhanced speed in one form or another to do so. Can dispel the electricity as the spell goes off with Wind Magics of equal rank. Can be stopped or escaped with one S-Ranked spell flawlessly. Has a cooldown of 5 posts.

Name: Lightning Dragon's Razor Fang (雷竜カミソリ牙 Rairyū Kamisori Kiba)
Rank: A
Type: Slayer
Description: Heero kisses his right knuckles before his arm begins to be shrouded in a dance of electricity. He unleashes a powerful punch into the ground, shattering the ground for up to 40 feet, leaving a crater of up to 25 feet deep from the center of the impact. Right when Heero breaks the ground, a magic circle appears in his hand. The magic circle pulses outwards and unleashes a swath of superheated electricity through the unearthed earth. The lightning will instantly bake the ground, turning the rocks into superhard glass. The ground shatters, and explodes outward around Heero and heading for all of his opponents on the battlefield as everything within 100 feet is shredded to bits by glass riding on lightning. A-Ranked thunderbolts of yellow lightning continuously skip around the entire area, slamming into things and burning most things it impacts to ash in a puff of smoke and sparks instantly; as the glass flies around shredding anything the Lightning doesn't cook to a crisp. Appearance wise, this looks like Heero is surrounded by in a literal vortex of 'glass and lighting' for a few moments, shredded anything near him, before the glass lightning explodes outward with a radius of 100 feet, enough to fill an entire parking lot with a storm of superheated glass and lightning.
This spell can only make sand form into glass, not rocks. This spell can blast around heated rock from the explosion but will not do so with glass unless it is used in a sandy area. This spell will do A-rank damage in an area around Heero which I will need numbers on for this. I think a 30 meter area should work here.
Strengths: The glass will easily chop through wood, and most materials with ease. Any type of clothing or chain mail will not help you, as the glass will easily shred through clothing whilst anyone wearing linked chainmail will be electrocuted beyond recognition by the insane amount of lightning skipping around. The glass and lightning will skip and fly around Heero and anyone Heero has seen on the battlefield that he considers an ally, not harming them. The spell lasts for the remainder of Heero's post (about 30 seconds), the aftermath from this grand magic is often very chaotic. B-Ranked Iron/Steel and below will be shredded through and sliced apart. Can be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' or 'Lightning Dragon's Confetti' causing the A-Ranked yellow lightning bolts skipping around the 100ft area in the glass storm to zoom towards anyone 'marked' or 'charged' by either spell.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. Again you cannot form glass from rock it will have to be from sand. So please adjust these strengths as such. For him to be able to avoid allies with this spell means he cannot use any other spells during the post he uses this one. This spell will not work with ‘Lightning Dragon’s Mark’ due to a change it has. Please edit this strength out.
Weaknesses: Heero needs to be standing on solid ground of some kind to use this spell. Cannot be used mid-air. Can be reversed and turned against Heero and his allies with an A-Ranked offensive OR defensive Wind Spell Effect. Will cause massive area damage, making this spell unusable in a situation such as 'Heero fighting in the middle of a town of innocents attempting to save their town from Dark Wizards', due to the fact that houses and businesses would be flattened, even if no innocents were harmed. Anything non-living is shredded, trees, chairs, inanimate objects, all of them. The only thing the spell will not harm is people Heero has seen once, and considers either an ally in battle, or not a threat / an innocent he's seen nearby. However innocents can still be harmed from structural impact damage and things flying everywhere within the Razor Fang spell. Has a cooldown of 5 posts.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. As stated above if you want this spell to somehow not hurt allies you will not be able to use any other spells in that post. This spell needs a CD of at least 6 posts.
Name: Lightning Dragon's Dance (雷竜ダンス Rairyū Dansu)

Type: Slayer
Description: Heero crouches down, and glances at each target and their current location. Each target within 50 feet of him (a front yard sized area) is hit once as Heero turns into a raw yellow bolt of lightning, before turning into himself and striking the target once with an amazing level of strength and power (enough to flip a car over several times). He may reappear delivering a haymaker to one opponent, while reappearing out of another bolt of lightning with a whirling kick to another. He strikes each enemy once, so to an onlooker, Heero would be appearing in flashes of lightning as with each moment a yellow lightning bolt would become Heero as he hand-to-hand strikes his enemies.
You will only be able to attack two people with this at max and the damage you do to them will be half of this spell’s rank(B-rank each). If you hit one person with this spell though you will do the full spell rank in damage(A-rank). The enemy will also be able to counter you increasing their damage due to your momentum
Strengths: The striking speed is very fast, the equivalent of a rapid fire assault fire in terms of how fast he reappears, strikes, and turns into a lightning bolt to target a new opponent and do this again; only it sounds like thunder. Each hit delivers A-Ranked physical melee damage along with a burst of A-Ranked lightning damage. Heero strikes all enemies within a general area at an extreme rate of both speed and power (enough to send enemies and most objects in his way flying), confusing enemies as to his location whilst the spell is active. Most things below A-Ranked that are caught in the area of this technique will either by KOed or take heavy A-Ranked damage damage if they don't boast some kind of resistance to Lightning; and most targets within the 50 ft range will be severely damaged. Happens at blinking speed. Each blink would be Heero striking a new target. Can be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark or Lightning Dragon's Confetti', to increase the accuracy and striking precision if Heero for some reason can't see his targets. Hits a maximum of 30 opponents. If an enemy is fighting solo, this results in a 30 hit string combo attack upon them and S-Ranked damage if all 30 hits land. Please separate this out into Bullet Points. Knockback will be 5 feet and you have to travel in a straight line at all times. you will get one hit period. Also the damage from this attack will only be A-rank damage at max.
Weaknesses: Lightning Aura must be active. The hits are divided amongst enemies. If there are '2' enemies they recieve '15 hits' each. If there are 30+ enemies, only 30 are impacted by a lightning coated fist, leg, or martial arts strike once. Only affects the crowd(s) of enemies around Heero's location, making it's range very limited in large scale confrontations. Can be interrupted by Wind Magic of the same Rank. Can be escaped by A-Ranked Teleportation Magic and below. Has a cooldown of 5 posts. Please separate this out into Bullet Points. Enemy can teleport out of the way regardless of rank and you can only hit one enemy.
Name: Lightning Dragon's Wing Slash (雷竜ウィングスラッシュ Rairyū U~ingusurasshu)

Description: Heero crossing his arms like an "X" in front of him as energy leaps up and begins to chop through the ground pushing everything back from him. A surge of yellow lightning surrounds Heero as the ground rumbles for a few split seconds as a yellow Dragon's head magic circle appears for just a moment as Heero himself blasts forward, through the circle; somersaulting too many times and too fast to count. When he reaches a target area, he throws his arms out too the side with his fists balled; two huge crescents of yellow lightning slice like the moon as they twist off of his elbows and back; giving the impressing that Heero has lightning wings up too 20 meters high for a split second before the lightning crescents off of Heero towards his left and right. The Lightning is traveling so fast; that impact damage is unavoidable with this spell, even if you dodge it you'll have to stay on the move and avoid falling debris all around you. It cuts a massive "X" into the ground the size of a parking lot around Heero if he's standing on the ground when he used this. The gigantic "X" in the ground in front of him sizzles and smokes with orange embers; dancing upwards into the breeze as Heero gets a toothy grin towards you. Can be used mid-air, the twin crescents can travel only up too 20 feet mid-air. When used aerially the twin crescents of lightning twist into an "X" up to 20 feet away from Heero and explode in a 30 foot explosion of concentrated A-Ranked yellow lighting that sparkles blue at it's frame.
This spell will not be too fast to dodge. People will be able to dodge it if they see it coming or even if they are fast enough to get out of the way. Thats just how things work on the site here. Do you mean can be used in mid-air as in he can shoot them out? If so please state that better here. The explosion area puts Heero in the way of the explosion with how you have this worded. Please switch the distance and the explosion area numbers so this makes more sense (30 feet travel range and a 20 foot explosion area). The damage this attacks does needs to be stated. 1 A-rank to 1.5 a A-rank of damage can work here.
Strengths: Deals up too 200 ft range of area Lightning damage when used standing on the ground. Can send foes bouncing into the air as the lightning slams them down into the ground and whips them back up once, setting them up for another or continuance of a combo. Useful for spreading Lightning damage of a large distance quickly on the ground. An excellent intimidation technique as the large "X" burned into the ground over a town square distance burning with embers causes fear to rise. Can knock a large group of Wizards below Heero's Rank out quickly.
Please separate this out into Bullet Points. 200 ft range of area sounds like a big much. Please lower this to a 75 ft area. The last strength isn’t going to work here. You still have to follow RP elements on site with damage meaning that it usually won’t do that so please replace this strength.
Weaknesses: Can be nullified and blasted away by Wind spells of A-Rank and above. Has terrible range mid-air, and is somewhat easier to escape in the air due to the range being smaller and the impact area being more focused. Has a cooldown of 5 posts.

Name: Lightning Dragon's Rising Upper (雷竜アッパーライジング Rairyū Appāraijingu)
Rank: B
Type: Slayer
Description: Heero cocks one elbow behind himself at a tight tuck, either while standing, moving, or flying. A body sized yellow Dragon's head magic circle erupts from his elbow and propels him upward; delivering an shattering uppercut too his opponent as they are coated in yellow lightning and fried too a crisp; the yellow lightning twists and explodes violently up too 20 ft around Heero and the person he collided with(you will only be able to effect the person you make contact with; before they are sent flying up too 50((10) feet upwards or backwards. Heero does a stylish twisting spin as he lands the uppercut on his opponent's chin and leaps upward, creating a bit of a vortex show as this literally looks like a Lightning version of Shoryuken! Only there's only a short twisting spiral after the uppercut lands and not a prolonged landing. It can be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' as well, sending Heero propelling towards a marked target with pinpoint accuracy. This will still be suspect to spell clashing so if someone uses a attack at equal power spell clash rules come into play.
Strengths: If the opponent does not defend with an extremely sturdy or extremely quick defensive oriented B-Ranked spell effect, they will be subjected to Heero's H-Ranked Slayer strength for brutal damage. Can be used quickly, mid-brawling. Useful for chaining with other hand to hand spells and abilities. Can propel himself up too 10 ft too hit an opponent with this if they've been marked by 'Lightning Dragon's Mark'. Useful for destroying spell effects coming from above quickly. Please separate this out into Bullet Points. you will deal B rank damage your trying to sidestep the rules and it will not be allowed. Please also note that Dragons mark only will work on C and under.
Weaknesses: Can be blocked by an extremely sturdy or dodged an extremely quick defensive oriented B-Ranked spell effect Even with Lightning Dragon's Mark, the range is very limited. If you pin Heero down far away or have him locked in long-range combat; you have no fear of this spell. Can be dodged or disturbed easily by a Wind spell effect of B-Rank or higher. Has a 4 post Cooldown.

Name: Lightning Dragon's Breakdown Fist (雷竜の内訳拳 Rairyū no Hoken)

Description: Heero bends his knees and pulls his fist behind him, a gigantic yellow Dragon's head magic circle roars into the area as Heero throws his fist forward; a gigantic storm of yellow Lightning rips forward in the shape of a Fist and explodes in an area of up to 50(30)ft in a giant explosion of yellow Lightning. this will also need to be charged up one post before use.
Strengths: Quick to use. Deals B-Ranked damage. Throws a massive amount of Lightning in the shape of a Fist quickly. Large area of explosion upon impact. The spell can be used to launch someone off of a normally landed punch, like a cannon blast for double damage as they are carried off by the huge lightning fist; exploding after a set distance for even more damage. Will zig zag after forward in the direction it's shot / cast for up too a football field in length before exploding on it's own. Also explodes upon impact with anything into a fifty foot explosion of yellow Lightning. Is a very fast spell, and the fist zips at the speed of lightning, so it strikes very quickly. Please separate this out into Bullet Points. as stated before this spell will need a charge up and thus a lot of this will need to change. the spell will need to explode on contact. Meaning enemies will not be carried any distance at all.
Weaknesses: Does not home in on opponents, and must be aimed manually when used as a projectile. Can be nullified by B-Ranked wind effects and above. The giant yellow Lightning Fist thrown from Heero's punch cannot track, and if he misses it will cause large area damage, sometimes to things he doesn't intend. Has a cooldown of 4 posts. Please separate this out into Bullet Points. You will not have control of it after you launch it.
Name: Lightning Dragon's Heavenward Halbred (雷竜・方天戟 Rairyū Hōtengeki)

Description: Heero raises a flat palm above himself as a yellow Dragon's head magic circle appears spinning above his palm, a massive amount of yellow lightning twists into his palm and shifts into the form of a giant 12 foot Halbred of yellow lightning sparkling in his hand. Heero may either wield this as a weapon or throw it like a projectile. If he throws it, when it strikes something it creates a ten foot dome of focused lightning that sizzles and expands into a fifty foot electric explosion.
This ‘Halberd’ will be dispersed if you throw it out and it explodes. Lower the size of the ‘Halberd’ to 8 ft. Is this dome 10 ft tall? Also the damage this ‘Halberd’ deals should be B-rank and then the thrown ‘Halberd’ deals the same amount in that area. How fast does the ‘Halberd’ travel through the air when you throw it? I think around 25-30 m/s should be good here.
Strengths: Deals damage equal to Heero's Rank when thrown and enemies are caught in the massive explosion. Deals B-Ranked damage when wielded as Lightning-elemental weapon. Can be wielded as a Lightning-elemental weapon. Quick to throw as a projectile and destroys a nice area while also hitting for massive pinpoint damage if thrown. Lasts for 4 posts as a weapon if not thrown. Heero likes to show off and do all types of twirling and juggling of the giant 12 ft Halbred weapon in combat or before combat.

Description: Heero extends either one hand, or both hands, keeping his open fingertips pointed towards his opponent(s). He unleashes a torrent of thick yellow Lightning bolts that shred through a single opponent or a large area if he so chooses. Ten separate bolts of lightning max, one for each finger. (i.e - a much more powerful version of Force Lightning from Star Wars, colored yellow instead of blue)You will able to do a cone effect that deals B rank damage to anyone caught in it. The cone i will allow will be 30 meters long and at the end 15 meters wide.
Strengths: Deals B-Ranked damage as it frys you for the first 4 seconds, and then A-Ranked damage if you're continuously fried to a crisp. Deals double damage to opponents soaking wet. Heero can hit up to 10 separate targets with Wizards Lightning. One for each finger. Can hit five separate enemies with one hand. Strikes at incredible speeds. If focus fired onto one enemy it deals double damage, and will fry them to a crisp within moments if not defended against somehow. Wizard's Lightning will set things on fire or make them explode after being exposed to it for more than three to five seconds. A good way to "torture extract information" from someone. Please separate this out into bullet points. as stated before you will have to make this a cone affecting the enemy’s caught in it. this will have a channel effect if you wish to continue the effect into the next post. It will deal a extra C rank of damage if the enemy is wet and will not cause items to explode unless they are are weak to lightning.
Weaknesses: Can be completely blocked or nullified by Wind spells A-Ranked and above, and redirected by B-Ranked and above wind magics. Can only fire three bursts of Wizard's Lightning per post, and may only keep each individual burst up too cook something for five seconds. Has a cooldown of however many bursts of Wizard's Lightning Heero uses during a post. Please separate this out into Bullet Points. All spells are subject to spell clashing. You can channel the post for three post dealing the damage each post, you can only deal damage once per post with this spell. The cooldown will be 4 posts and will only start AFTER you stop channeling the spell.

Heero then punches a surface; as ice coats over a 50(30) foot area that focuses on for a moment (a front yard sized area); and coats everything and everyone in that area into a crystalline ice, statue like form. A misty fog from the temperature coats the new crystalline area, lowering visibility by 50% within the area of the ice. Remove the lowered visibility effect and please note that the freezing effect will only affect the enemy’s feet. please note that anyone B or above can free themselves easily.
Strengths: Freezes everything, rather quickly. Allows Heero to trap things approaching him, or freeze everything for a getaway. Anything frozen can be shattered, resulting in a victory for Heero if he can get a shatter off on opponents. Heero can freeze things and individuals by touch if close enough when using this spell. You will have the 'Frozen' Status for 4 posts, if you are frozen in a cold area 'such as an Icy Mountain Range or inside of a Glacier or Frozen Tundra' the Duration is indefinite.Please separate this into a bullet pointed format. First of your ice will only freeze their feet to the ground as wall as the spell WILL expire after 2 posts regardless of where you are. On top of that you can not insta kill frozen enemy’s you will have to still deal their health in damage.
Weaknesses: Any amount of impact damage, heat, or Fire spell C-Ranked or higher will be able to shatter or melt Wukong's Ice away, or prevent the spell from it's full reaction or effect. Anyone with any measure of 'Superhuman Strength' whether natural or if gained by using a spell before frozen by Wukong's Ice will be able to break free. Can be nullified or avoided by using a C-Ranked Fire effect or any defensive or teleportation spell of B-Ranked or higher while Heero is still punching or touching a surface to activate Wukong's Ice. Heero needs a surface or being to use this on, and cannot use it through the air. Has a cooldown of 4 posts. Please separate this in bullet pointed weaknesses you will need to add a amount. You will also only be able to freeze C ranks and below any higher and they can force they way free. As as the fact that a Teleport of any kind would stop this effect regardless of rank

Description: Heero concentrates on someone with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' on them. Both he and the target sparkle with yellow Lightning as they turn into Lightning Bolts and switch locations, turning back into themselves after the switch.
This spell will only affect C-rank and lower mages and they will have to be in 50 ft of you.
Strengths: Allows Heero to apply some trickery in battle. If an arrow or something dangerous like a brutal strike is headed for him, he can put an enemy into his position to get whacked instead. Can choose among any enemies he has marked.

Description: Heero bends his knees, and launches himself towards an opponent, flipping to many times to count. If he's in the air he merely propels himself that direction, covering himself with lightning while beginning to flip. He delivers an overhead, or whirling axe kick to one target. The impact of this is so large that if Heero isn't holding back it will easily level a house or area of 75 ft.
This spell needs a amount of area Heero covers when he uses it as well as how fast he covers it. It also needs an amount of damage this spell does. The damage of this spell can be 1 C-rank or 1.5 C-rank of damage.
Strengths: Deals massive impact damage. Strikes very quickly. Must be at least Heero's Rank to block with physical strength. If using a magical item to block it must be at least Legendary Rank or higher, or able to defend magic Heero's Rank and above. Will cause Heero to home in on enemies marked by 'Lightning Dragon's Mark'. Attempting to block with physical strength is not advised with this spell; as it will subject you to Heero's H-Ranked Dragon Slayer strength for a whirling backflipping upside down kick, filled with C-Ranked Lightning to the brim.

Description: Heero is covered in Lightning as he howls, boosting forward surrounded by lightning, spinning forward like a lightning twister through the air and striking an opponent in a burst of lightning that spins out wildly in a vortex like fashion. The impact is very large, and will send even something that weighs as much as a bus flying if Heero is fighting seriously. Heero then chains two more of these booster explosions, for up to two more lightning coated punches upon the target(s).
How far can Heero boost himself when he uses this spell? Also this spell will have to be one attack only otherwise the damage will have to be lowered for each attack made. As of right now I can see this attack dealing a C-rank or 1.5 a C-rank.
Strengths: Will cause Heero to propel towards and home in on anyone with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' on them. Without a defensive spell effect of at least C-Rank active or used to defend against this, they are subject to taking H-Ranked physical damage 3 times from 3 Rocket Punches.
Please separate the strengths you have here so that each is bulleted. This spell should only do 1 C-rank or 1.5 a C-rank max of damage and will only be one attack. If you want it to be 3 separate attacks the damage will have to be dropped.

Description: A yellow Dragon's head magic circle spins beneath Heero as he throws his hands up above himself. A large array of Lightning sparkles into the air, flickering beautifully around and filling the entire room / area with harmless sparkles of yellow static Electricity. Heero can sense and feel anything that moves within this area. Covers a 100 ft area. Heero can also throw a burst of yellow harmless electricity that sticks to one target, causing yellow lightning to sparkle around them every now and then as they become electrically charged. This makes this target very easy for him to follow around and sense, and also makes them vulnerable to being Electrocuted by water. Water Wizards will electrocute themselves if they try to use their spells while this effect is on them, taking damage equal to the Rank of the Water spell they were going to use.
The sparkles will not move from the area around Heero when he first used the spell and he will need to stay in this area in order to keep the spell going meaning if he is knocked out of the area the spell will be dispersed. Also this spell should only do one tick of C-rank damage to a person who steps in water or to a wizard who uses a water spell if placed on them and after the damage is inflicted the person will be released from the burst of electricity. Also this spell should be two separate forms meaning that you can either do the area sense ability or place a burst of electricity on one person when used and that person will have to remain in a 50 ft area of Heero or the spell will disperse and he will stop feeling where they are. I don’t see this spell exactly letting Heero sense what it is that moved around him either seeing as he can’t see it but can feel it through magic. Meaning he could not tell a fly from a person.
Strengths: (Something flew off the wall over there...oh it's a fly! Someone or something moved ten feet behind me, to my left, to my right!) Allows Heero to sense everything moving within a large area of the battlefield sparkling with yellow static electricity. Even a fly moving on the wall. Can choose to electrically charge one specific opponent with a burst of confetti lightning to add tracking effects to a bevy of his other lightning spells. Can be used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' to allow Heero to not only sense the movements around him, but to strike against multiple targets at once with excellent accuracy.

Description: Heero slaps you somewhere on your body with his hand and in a small burst of lightning sizzles the symbol of the Lightning Dragon on your skin. This mark serves as a homing beacon for several of Heero's other Lightning spells, making dodging a feat in it's own against him. In spells that propel his body around, he will home in naturally on you, if he's shooting Lightning, it will home in on anyone / anything marked.
This spell should have an area that the enemy needs to stay in for the mark to stay on them. I’d say somewhere around 50 ft sounds good. If they get out of this range though the spell will disperse. This spell can only be used with C-rank and lower spells. Please adjust your other spells to fit this.
Strengths: Cannot be removed by magic unless it is a B-Ranked spell of nullification or dispelling manner. Lasts 5 posts. Is useful for being used in conjunction with other Lightning Dragon Slayer magic. Burns through clothes and sticks on armor if necessary. Can mark inanimate or non living objects (your sword, your armor, your shoes, your clothes)
Separate and bullet each of your strengths please. This symbol will be able to be taking off by a C-rank or higher spell that can remove it, not B-rank or higher. Lower the post count to 4 posts.

Name: Wukong's Wind (風悟空 Kaze Gokū)

Description: A green Dragon's Head magic circle appears beneath Heero's feet. It spins as a breeze of wind seems to coat around Heero and stay with him. This wind will leap off of Heero and push outwards in a powerful wind gust if anything approaches him at a speed of above 100MPH. It will send bullets and high speed projectiles and or magic flying away from Heero. Useful as a passive defensive measure if he senses danger is nearby. Wukong's Wind continues to build up the more you fire at Heero with guns, automatic weapons, or rapidly hitting effects. Spraying him with machine guns or anything that hits at an insane rate of speed a multitude of times is ill advised, as it will build Wukong's Wind's power will increase the more rapidly you shoot at him. For example spraying him with a Gatling Gun would result in a mini-tornado surrounding him.
This spell needs to state that any attack that is above C-rank will be able to get through the wind and hit Heero. This tornado also needs to have a amount of attacks it can send away before being dispersed. 2 D-rank attacks sounds good here.
Strengths: The breeze surrounding Heero reacts on it's own when something approaches above a certain speed. Deflects or nullifies any small or light projectiles that are not of the 'Fire' element. The wind gust will continue to spin and expand the more Heero is shot at with any type of rapid-fire maneuver. The wind deflects outward in a breeze at the exact speed of whatever's hitting the wind.

Weaknesses: Heero can easily be set on Fire with a Fire effect of C-Rank or higher while Wukong's Wind is active. Has a Duration of 3 posts. Has a Cooldown of 3 posts. Doesn't stop physical attacks nor assist Heero in hand-to-hand combat, only responds to small high speed impact threats, like arrows or bullets. Can respond to a barrage of small sized magical attacks as well if it's a multi-hit attack that uses many small hits all at once or repetitively.
Please separate the weaknesses you have here so that each is bulleted. Also with how fire is a weakness of wind magic the fire spell to ignite Heero would only have to be D-rank not C-rank. Remember also that duration and CD do not count as weaknesses unless the duration is too short or the CD is too long for rank. Also remember that your CD has to be longer than your duration. This weakness where it doesn’t have any affect on melee attacks makes no sense to me seeing as you have winds moving around you at high speeds. Please replace it. The last weakness here is not a weakness at all and should be replaced too.

Description: Heero points both of his hands and fingers at his target like pistols. Two yellow dragon head magic circles spin around the tips of his index fingers as he shoots of a barrage of lightning bolts from his finger tips. Blowing them at the end as they smoke for style.
How far do the shots go before being dispersed? A good number for D-rank is 15-20 meters. Also how fast do these shots come out? Usually for D-rank it is somewhere around 10 m/s.
Strengths: Heero shoots off 12 small yellow lightning bolts from his fingertips. He can divide the shots amongst opponents. If the shots are stacked on one target they'll do C-Ranked damage. Can home in on targets marked by 'Lightning Dragon's Mark'
Please separate the strengths you have here so that each is bulleted. This spell should only do D-rank damage at most. This is a D-rank spell so you shouldn’t be dealing C-rank damage with this.
Weaknesses: They don't do much damage individually. If not used in conjunction with 'Lightning Dragon's Mark' Heero has to aim his fingers like guns manually and shoot, meaning he can miss and hit something he didn't intend too if his aim is off while firing the 12 shots. Has a cooldown of 3 posts.

Description: Heero turns himself into raw yellow lightning as he crouches down and bursts forward a short distance. He can shift into yellow lightning for short very burst steps around.
This spell need to specify how fast he travels with each step. Also this spell should be changed to one step per use with at least a 3 post CD between uses. It is D-rank after all. You can increase the jump range to 25 ft per jump if you want.
Strengths: Allows him to cover a short distances (10ft per jump) quickly. Useful for quick movements at close ranges. Can make opponents lose track of him up close.

Hello Heero, I began to read through your magic and it is looking pretty balanced so far, but could you please bullet your Strengths and Weaknesses, not only for an easier read but to also know if you have one more weakness than strength. ^^
Also if you could please use the new spell template it would show you where to put the Duration and Cool Down so that you know that you cannot add it your strengths and weaknesses. If you look at the magic rules you will find Durations and Cooldowns and you will be able to put in suitable posts for each one. Thank you very much~
