Strengths:

• Cuts through magical armor.(Strong or lower)
  
• Deals B rank bleeding damage for 2 posts on hit.(you are D rank your weapon will deal D rank damage)
  
• Very durable to almost every magic and physical attack.(your weapon can only resist B rank and below spells)
  

Weaknesses: 

• As most curved blades, not very good with thrust attacks.
  
• Not very great at cutting, more of a slashing weapon.
  
• Can be damaged greatly by Antimatter or Time magic.(whats the damage bonus the magic get against this weapon?)
  
• Double sided, which means the user can be cut by it.(This is not so much a weakness, please find another one.)
  

Abilities: 
Regeneration: The user regenerates 4% HP a post while wielding this weapon.(Remove this regen is not acceptable on a weapons on top of the fact your D rank and would not get that high of Regen.)
Blood Sap: The user points the blade at the opponent, and deals B rank damage to the opponent, healing the user for C rank damage. Using this ability causes the sword to throb and flash a bright red color, making what looks like pieces of blood fly off of the target to the user. (Kind of like Vladmir from League of Legends' Q ability)(these will need to be in spell format. on top of that your weapon will deal D rank damage. a weapon will never surpass the users rank. meaning your legendary weapon is equal to a weak weapon right now)
