Name: Plasma Field

Description: After removing her eye patch, the user’s eye will glow with bright red light and electric currents will spark and form around her body. Hika will then release a wave of energetic plasma from her body that grows in power as it expands, but also zaps on contraction, dealing damage to everyone on its’ path. The wave can expand to the radius of 75 feet(decrease to 50). If Hika moves while this spell is being activated, the field is centred on the user and follows her current position.
Strengths:
:: The Plasma Field will expand and contract, basically, dealing damage twice.
:: The damage cause by the Plasma Field is equal in both expansion and contraction and does not decrease when the Field contracts and returns back to her body. The damage dealt is the highest, about 2 C-Ranks damage, when the Plasma Field is at its maximum size/radius. During this moment, the Field does not harm her comrades.
:: This spell causes a great deal of damage, in a certain wide area, to multiple enemies during a short period of time.
:: The user can move while the Field is being released.
Weaknesses:
:: The damage grows as it expands so when the Plasma Field is being firstly released, the damage caused is rather low. (I thought it dealt a straight damage as it expands, then another damage as it retracts?)
:: The Field does not have any effect on enemies who is not on ground.
:: Enemies who can travel faster than the speed of the spell, which is 100 feet per second can dodge it. (so the spell moves faster than her range? please either remove this weakness or decrease it to 25feet/second)
:: The Plasma Field cannot break through Earth-based defences of B-Rank and higher.
:: Water spells of A-Rank(B rank and higher) and higher can make the whole Plasma Field to stop working and will be vanished into air. When the Field comes into contact with Water spells of C-Rank and D-Rank, the damage caused by the Field will be only reduced by 20%(up to 25%). These spells cannot cease the Plasma Field completely.

Name: Lightning Bow & Arrow

Description: This spell is fused with Electricity as well as Lightning. Hika creates an Electric Bow in her hands produced by the electrostatic energy from her body and generates Lightning arrows from her hands, which is 2 meters in length. She, then, will shoot the arrows towards her enemy, impaling her arrow into the enemy’s skin, causing their whole bodies to be zapped by Electricity at the same time. The arrows can numb and weaken all the nerves in their bodies and reduce their spell damage by 10%. (for how long does this reduce spell damage? how much damage do the arrows do and how much extra damage from the after-shock if any)
Strengths:
:: There is no limit to how much she can create them. Plus, it only costs little magic power, only 2.5%, to generate a single arrow from her body.
:: The shock caused by the arrow can weaken the nerves in the enemy’s body, making them numb and dizzy.
:: The arrows can reach up to a distance of 75 feet and can shoot them even while the user is travelling in the air.
:: These arrows travels at an extremely fast speed, 125 feet per second.
:: Weak Earth spells or ones of the same rank cannot destroy the arrows. In fact, her Lightning Arrows may be able to break through some weak Earth defences and fracture the ones of the same rank.
Weaknesses:
:: The Lightning Arrows cannot reach anyone who is at a distance over 75 feet. The Arrows will shatter like glass if it tries to past the range.
:: The user cannot summon multiple Electric Arrows at the same time.
:: Although the amount of arrows she can summon is limitless, she cannot generate them constantly. There has to be a gap for about a few seconds before she could summon another arrow.
:: Higher-ranked Water spells may be able to fracture the arrows but they can pass through spells of the same rank and lower.
:: The arrows can target only one enemy at the same time.
:: Wind spells of 1 rank(your rank or higher) higher can redirect her arrows into a different direction.

Name: Unstable Current
Rank: C
Type: Electricity | Passive
Description: This spell is slightly similar to Alacrity. When this spell is activated, the user’s body will glow brightly and she will begin to move with increased speed, and any spells targeted at her (of your rank and lower)are instantly countered with a jolt of electricity, dealing damage to her targets. The electric currents in her body will become extremely unstable, purging buffs from her enemies’ spells.
(Please be sure to restructure this spell. For starter, it does a little too much over-all. This is also a one post duration spell, so removing buffs from the spell you are deflecting seems pointless to me... so why not simply have this as an electrical redirect/counter)
Strengths:
:: Any spells targeted at her will be countered with a bolt of electricity to her enemies, dealing damage of 1 C-Rank to her enemies.
:: The unstable current flowing in her body will remove buffs from her opponents’ spells, of equal and lower ranks. (Change this depending on how you change up this spell)
:: The jolts of electricity can reach up to 50 feet and can strike multiple enemies at the same time. (how many enemies?)
:: When these jolts of electricity strike the targets, it slows their speed down by 15%, giving them less chance to escape. (no where in your spell does it say you are slowing anyone, and this is already adding to a long list of effects... sorry you'll have to change this)
Weaknesses:
:: This spell requires a large amount of electrostatic energy from her body and emits lots of heat, 4% more from her Magic Power.
:: The user’s body will immediately stop producing electricity if it generates Electric charges more than her body can resist. (what? clarification in regards to this spell please?)
:: The damage of the jolts of electricity is reduced by half since most of her energy is transferred to the unstable currents flowing in her body. (then you only deal 0.5C rank damage with this spell?)
:: Her body will shut down if she comes bodily contact with Water spells of A-Rank and higher. B-Rank spells can cause shocks and tiny sparks on her body. (so it causes her to short circuit? what does it actually do to you physically?)
:: Jolts of electricity does not have much effect on Earth mages of A-Rank and higher.(change this to B rank, as B rank earth magic will still heavily resist lightning)

Name: Kinetic Field

Description: The user will generate electrostatic energy from her hands and creates a circular barrier of kinetic energy that enemies can’t pass. In this Kinetic Field, a static storm is created, where electricity is flowing throughout the whole field, dealing damage to them, electrocuting, zapping and shocking them with electricity. The field’s maximum diameter is 300 feet and the height of it is 5 metres.
Strengths:
:: The Kinetic Field is impassable by C-Ranks and lower and cannot be easily destroyed.
:: The electrostatic energy generated from the field shocks all the targets trapped in the area, dealing 1 C-Rank damage to them.
:: It can damage multiple enemies at the same time as long as they’re flocked in an area.
:: The damage caused by the Kinetic Field increases in power within a few seconds over the duration, from 1 C-Rank damage to 1.5 C-Rank damage. (this spell has a one post duration, so you are really not giving yourself time to build up the damage. You could increase the duration to two, and this way, your spell deals 1C rank damage, and an extra 50% damage the next post they are stuck in the field, adding the total up to 1.5C)
Weaknesses:
:: It takes quite some time to create this circular barrier.
:: The damage caused by the electric current flowing through the field starts off weak.
:: Enemies who has the ability to transport from one place to another can escape from this Kinetic Field.
:: When coming into contact with Water spells or Poison spells of B-Rank and higher, the Kinetic Field will immediately stop working.
:: This spell does not have any effect on enemies who are not on ground.

Name: Electric Beam
Rank: C
Type: Electricity | Offensive
Description: The user shoots an intense energy beam, flowing with electric currents, at her enemies, dealing a 1.5 C-Rank damage and shocks them with electricity at the same time. While the targets are being struck with this Electric Beam, they will be blinded for a few seconds, causing them to miss all physical attacks on Hika, such as, punches and kicks and whatnot.
Strengths:
:: The Electric Beam deals a huge amount of damage, 1.5 C-Rank damage.
:: After her target is struck with this beam, they will be blinded for a couple of seconds and all of their physical attacks will be missed..
:: This spell can break through any defences of the same rank and lower, although the effect may be slightly weak with Earth spells. (this is tricky because armour and barriers have their own resistances right. So let's say that, this deal an extra 50% damage against defences like shields and armors.)
:: The Electric Beam will travel straight to the target, at the speed of lightning, destroying everything in its’ path until it reaches the target and will not be interfered by anything during its way other than B-Rank and higher-ranked barriers.
Weaknesses:
:: The Electric Beam can only reach up to enemies within 65 feet.
:: This spell drains 2% more Magic Power from the user.
:: The Electric Beam can only strike one opponent at a time.
:: The user can only shoot 3 beams of Electric over the duration. (?? Isn't this just a one shot deal?)
:: The Electric Beam has a slightly reduced effect on enemies utilizing Earth and Poison magic of A-Rank and higher, as well as the ones who are not on ground.

Name: Heavenly Wrath

Type: Electricity | Lightning | Offensive
Description: The user emits Lightning arcs from her hands which propagate through the ionization of the charges in the air and towards the enemies over a wide area and into their bloodstream, so that electric charges are all over their body. This, in turn, attracts the charges in the clouds, allowing Lightning to flow from the sky to the ground and strikes the enemies with huge Lightning bolts, zapping them with Electricity, causing a great deal of damage. The sky can only shower Lightning bolts within the range of 80 feet.
Strengths:
:: The Lightning bolts may strike her as well but as she is immune to Thunder and Lightning, it has no effect on her.
:: This spell damages multiple enemies over a wide area, which is 80 feet.
:: The fewer enemies available to attack, the more damage those targets will take. (to a maximum of 2 strikes)
:: The bolts will strike on anyone, even the enemies who’re not on ground, as long as they’re within the range. However, the targets can dodge and move around while the bolts are showering on them.
Weaknesses:
:: This spell requires a huge amount of electrostatic energy from her body, 25% of her energy.
:: It takes a lot of time to casts Lightning directly from the sky to the ground.
:: The Heavenly Wrath has a slightly reduced effect on Earth and Poison mages.
:: During the casting time, the enemies may have a chance to escape. If they’re over the range, the Lightning will not be able to strike them.
:: Enemies who travel faster than 125 feet per second can dodge the Lightning bolts.
