Simon scratched his head
"If Heero's here I should probably bail him out to make sure he doesn't make a mess. But on the other hand if Shuhei is there I doubt there is a way for even Heero to screw this up. So I think our best bet is to go locate another one of these dragon things. My magic sensory indicates there are a lot of mages fighting but there are even more of these guys around." The phoenix decided on the simplest and most obvious course of action
"I think the obvious thing to do is just to find another dragon and attack. There are simply so many of these things it could take hours to clear them all out." Simon jumped to a roof top and scanned the city with his own eyes, as there was only so much magic sensory could see, and the site made him swear
"I feel like for everyone we put down three more spring up. It's like a never ending army or well actually closer inspection indicates there are about seventy. But for there to be seventy giant monsters in one town they might as well be infinite." Simon saw from the corner of his eye a dragon leaping into the air unto the roofs. He turned to face it and realized that it wasn't just another dragon but it was a three headed bonafide badass.
He yelled at Zoe
"Oi! Get up here! We've got trouble. Trouble with a capital T that stands for three as in a three headed freaking dragon." Then he turned his attention back to the dragon to see one head pulling back sucking in breath. A sign Simon had long associated with a slayer about to use a roar attack, the same rule apparently applied to dragons as well. Reacting Simon thrust his right arm out in front of him and strangely enough his hand vanished into thin air, Simon pulled his arm back(his hand now returned) and he was holding a large bar of a bluish metal. He clapped his hands around the bar and pumped it full of blue fire saying
"Phoenix Forge!" The bar of metal reshaped and molded, guided by the fire that consumed it, until the fire died and the metal solidified in the form of an insane looking broadsword
"Arondight!" The broadsword clapsed in his hands Simon looked back to his foe. Ladon lurched his head forward to unleash his roar of holy-shit--that's-a-metal-tornado-thats-insane Simon hardly had time to react, but doing a lot with a little time was Simon's greatest strength. He swung his blue sword at the tornado yelling again
"Full Throttle!" at the command the blade was wreathed in a massive amount of blue flames so immense that blade actually quadrupled in size and when the two attacks collided they met at a stand still for a moment. Simon though this was something to complain about
"Why are all these stupid dragons under the misguided assumption that they can over power me!?" Because honestly Simon was getting tired of all these "two attacks meet, intense collision, long period of trying to over power the other" and when Simon is tired of something he changes it. Simon revved up his flames yet again, contradictory to the fact that he said full throttle earlier, and actually managed to win out against the metal tornado heaving it aside with his blade and scattering the attack into harmless flurries of scrap metal. Simon barred his teeth at Ladon
"You want to try that again?"- Arondight:
