Secondary Magic: Celestial Spirit Magic
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description:
Holy Stigmata is a branch of Holy based magic that focuses on sacrificing ones self for the sake of others, and thus is primarily a supporting magic although it does have a few offensive capabilities, albeit very few.
The caster uses it by channelling the magic through their arms or in some spells cases their whole bodies, or casting the magic onto their friends and allies. The magic takes on a glowing yellowy orange aura, briefly turning red though whenever the spell expires.
Aura Type: When used with an offensive spell, gives Kiersa a user ranked defensive aura that can block 25% damage once. When used with a defensive spell, Kiersa can reflect 25% of the damage the defensive spell blocked back at the enemy that dealt the damage.
Strengths:
• Stigmata offensive spells can cut through any object associated with darkness magic, demonic magic, or shadow magic.
• Can tell the direction of where holy relics/items/beings are.
• When blinded by use of Stigmata spells, the caster can sense demons almost as well as if they could see them.
Weaknesses:
• Holy and Light attacks are immune to the caster’s shields and pass right through them.
• Demon Slayers are immune to Stigmata spells and abilities, due to their own holy power.
• They may be able to sense demons, but they are still blind and cannot tell if there is a wall or other obstacle in the way.
• Stigmata offensive spells cannot cut through regular physical objects, so even a wooden stick can be used as a viable defence against a Stigmata spell attack.
Abilities/Powers:
• Passive: 25% reduction in damage from Shadow/Darkness sources
• Passive: 5% increase in physical speed when channelling a Stigmata spell.
• Passive: All Stigmata healing spells healing is increased by a further 5%. i.e. if the spell says heals 10% HP, it heals 15% HP.
• Passive: When casting offensive spells against Darkness wielders, damage is increased by 25%
• Activate: Stigmata Infusion; Once the thread reaches ten posts (not including dice posts), the caster can use this ability. Takes damage of 50% current health to grant an ally a 50% boost in power and speed for three of their posts. The caster’s hands, eyes and feet all bleed out before a stream of Holy energy rushes towards the target, suffusing them with a glowing white aura. The caster is incapacitated for three of their posts however and is a sitting duck.
NOTE: When referring to healing by 10%, 15% etc, it refers to the grand total HP%. i.e. the target is at 50% HP. Kiersa casts healing spell that heals 15%. Target is now at 65% HP. Similarly this is the HP cost in referal to for the HP drain of the Stigmata Spells.
