Axel is a courageous and adventurous person, driven by his anxiety to find out about something. He often sets out on an adventure, wanting to have knowledge about something new and to feel something he never felt before. Fighting attracts his interest the most, and that even the slightest of fighting related events get him hyped. Axel is shown to be a non-cowardly person, willing to do something people fear most. Driven by his determination, it is common to see Axel getting involved in things related to adventure and fighting. He would willingly leave his home, friends and almost everything behind him to embark on an adventure, as how his father would. Inheriting most of his father’s traits, Axel also has a close resemblance to his father, who he would look up upon always.
In battles, it is noticeable that Axel is a risk-taking person, willing to do something that might endanger him in battles. This is, of course things that may help him gaining the upper hand in a battle which involves himself getting into the danger zone. He does not look at his opponents differently, as he looks at them all the same, be it a strong or a weak opponent. He considers someone who looks down upon a weak-looking opponent as a fool waiting for his legs to get crushed by his own arrogance. Battles invite pain, and so would he. Every pain he gets would become a motivation for him to move forward and try his best in the battle. Winning is not the main priority, but the main priority is that he tries his best in something he does. Winning brings satisfaction and a wide smile to his face, while a loss teaches him an important lesson, all different for each battle.
In his usual day, Axel always spend his time with his friends. This is, while searching for any interesting news or events that may occur in the near future. Axel regards his friends as his golden treasure, their preciousness exceeds that of his own life. Because of that reason, Axel treats them well, regarding them as his own brothers and sisters. His parents died long ago, so he had never felt something such as parental love. Axel doesn’t want anybody near him to feel the misery he felt earlier in his life, so he makes sure they stay happy and cheerful at all times. Axel goes as far to begging for apology whenever he hurts his friends either with words or doings.
Axel is also not a revenge-loving person, accepting apology from his enemies, no matter how big and worse their evil deeds were. For Axel, everyone deserves a second chance, so why not give one to all those bad guys out there in the world? This life motto of his drives him to always use his charismatic ability to preach to his enemies. It is never too late to change to a better person, or so he believes.
