Description: So here is the deal. High Speed Magic is just magic that focuses on speeding up the abilities of the body to make the user faster, increasing both their movement and attacking speed to tremendous levels. By using this ability, one can become the ultimate speed demon, capable of traversing long distances in record time on foot and fighting at speeds much greater than the average combatant. However, the guy using it can't beef up another guy's speeds as it is considered a self-buffing ability making it self-centered as far as caster magic goes. But one can never discount what they gain from this ability because speed is the name, and offense is their game as one can really do some damage when applying it to their fighting style, depending on how it's used.
As for Buster, the guy is pretty cool in the use of it because he has so much experience already. By using this power, he massively increases his movement speeds to levels that most guys can't keep up and fights within melee combat range like a boss. Those boss capabilities rely on the momentum he gains from explosive movements to amplify the power of his strikes, and considering he's a street-boxer, that really does come in handy. Evasiveness, it comes from proper posture, footwork, and sheer quickness, all of which he supplements with this power. So when he does dodges, he can move to counterattack in almost the same notion. The faster he moves within that split-second, the more powerful that attack can be thanks to the general rule of Force/Velocity, making him a force to be reckoned with in combat as he obtains greater levels of power.

Strengths:
- Buster's movement and reaction speed both become much faster when the buffs are activated, compared to that of his base speed. Furthermore, it can be used to traverse long distances much faster than most other forms of magic.
- Buster uses this ability to magnify the force of his strikes and complement his already great striking speed.
Weaknesses:
- No defensive spells makes the only way to dodge an opponents attack to simply evade it.
- A self-buffing power, cannot be used to empower others.
- The magic has no natural element meaning that it gains no strengths against other magics, but no weaknesses either.

Unique Abilities:
- Speed King - Buster's a fast little bastard who is very capable of moving at speeds that most would find prodigious. Thanks to years of training through his owner's rigorous ordeals, this guy has gained ridiculous natural quickness and reflexes that would make most jealous. Compared to those of his rank, Buster's reflexes and quickness are 1.2 times faster than mages of the same rank without magic.
- Mass * Acceleration = Force - Buster relies on his natural and unnatural speeds to do the most damage on his opponents, that's why he specializes in this. When a strike that uses the momentum (whether from turning force, dashing forward, using the rotation of the hips, etc) of his form comes into contact with an opponents body, that force increases by 1.2 times the normal force that it would be, giving it more power that normal. This means that stationary strikes gain no such advantage.
