Rising Stars are mages ranked D to A rank. They are mages that have made their name known amongst all of the people of Fiore or even Earthland. Once a Rising Star becomes S rank, he/she must give up their title and the next Rising Star will be born. Rising Stars are full of integrity and honor. Those that go against the Magic Council will be immediately stripped of their title.
If you are inactive for two weeks without notice, you will receive a warning PM to become active or you will lose the position. If you do not do so within a week your position will be stripped and/or handed to someone else. If a PM is not sent on time, you have one week from the time the PM is sent to comply instead. In order to be considered active, it is expected to post at least once every few days. While on inactivity probation it is expected you post at least once every other day over a one week period in order to be considered active again. Long periods of no posting, such as two weeks of inactivity, will result in a warning being given out. Those on hiatus have 3 months before being considered inactive, and their position will automatically be stripped from them should they not post/post sporadically within that time. To hold a Rising Star position it is expected that you retain a consistent level of activity.
All positions will have a 24hr wait period from when they first reopen to the next day, and any applications thereafter can be dismissed.

A person could list his achievements for hours on end because he is so cool. But it could all be summarized down to: He is awesome."
Deniel Decayuss Thorman - Guildless
Graduated to A rank from being rising star #4. Decayuss brought honor to Eclipse Soul by working his way fighting giants, ghosts, and several kinds of beasts. He had minimal help and most of time worked on his own. Skilled, Powerful, and all around a excellent addition to Eclipse Soul.
Raven Kurosaki - Sabertooth
Raven grew to B rank as a normal member of Sabertooth until unexpected events after bravely escaping death gave her a new title. Thanks to the respect she earned from her former Guild Master, the title was then passed down to her. Earning love and respect from her guildmates, protecting them from harm, Raven became a true guardian to Sabertooth Guild.
Viola-chan - Guildless
Chaotic, that was one way to describe her. Destroying everything no matter where she went with her tremendous strength, and firey attitude. No matter what was thrown in her way, she always found the good in everything, overcoming the most difficult of tasks no matter how daunting they may of been. Although at first, she had not earned this position so easily, through time, civilization began to recognize her as a kind and hopeful hero - regardless of her consistency to cause disaster. But, her strength was also what brought others hope, idolizing her as the typical hot-headed character like the one displayed in books. It was not till recently that the girl had suddenly vanished, dropping her position as the 2nd Rising Star - and seeking yet another journey to seize the misplaced memories within her mind.
Elyx Reiaki - Black Rose
A Chocolate-Loving, Violin-Playing, Bounty Hunter recognized for his excessive successful arrest bounties done within such a short amount of time. He may be known as the Musician Magician, his name becoming known to the guilds all over. Elyx has been molded by the jobs that were given to him, going from a careless child-like mentality to a fun-loving but responsible adult. His ultimate cravings go towards the chocolate bars he carries in his knapsack. Though he may have his internal struggles that get in his way, he never lets his emotions get in the way of a job. Due to the fact that he graduated to A rank, he leaves behind Rising Star 6 with the best of wishes to all future Rising Stars. As for him, he plans to continue fighting with a smile on his face, a Violin in his hands, and hopes for success in the future.
Goddess Alyia - Eclipse Soul
As a human never had the best luck she was cold to other people reluctant to talk to them. But soon as her good luck ran out causing her death. Yet her legacy didn't stop there. She had beed revived as an angel. From that point on she had done thing to help others to make sure that their life didn't end in the way that hers did. With her new found luck she helps those who are in need and brings light to those who have lost their way in the darkness. Now with her new spot as the Eclipse Soul Guild Master she hopes to take in those who need guidance and a family all the while continuing to expand her horizons and her magic
Hikari Shirokawa - Sabertooth
Not only did Hika earned the Paragon of Faith in her guild, she was recognised as the #1 Rising Star among the legal mages in Fiore. Despite her disruptive personality, Hika had saved hundreds of people, from fighting mere insects to assassinating dire, not to mention — lethal monsters. Her name is famous in one of the cities in Earthland, earning fame and honour after helping the citizens from being eradicated from hunger. Although, it appeared that Hika merely cared about anything apart from herself being entertained, which obviously mattered the most to her, she had worked extremely hard to become a stronger mage every single day and finally led her to be noticed by the Magic Council. Hika had shown enough efforts as an ace of the guild that she had been promoted to being the guild master of Sabertooth by Raven, the previous guild master. Currently, Hika does nothing but been trying her best to lead her guild to a better future.
Ardere Kasai - Infinity Hydra
"The flame god slayer, Ardere Kasai, got his starts in Sabertooth when he was a Rising Star. Taking on creatures of the night and dark mages the like, he quickly gained favor with the Magic Council. Traveling across the continent, he gained reputation in other parts of Ishval. Ardere has made it his mission to be a warrior of the light, and help others who cannot help themselves. Moving on to A rank, he has left Sabertooth and started his own guild; Infinity Hydra. This guild is dedicated to taking on dark guilds and the beings of the night."

"An inhuman sorceress belonging to the Sabertooth guild who has always been a big helping hand to not only the guild, but also to the realm. Maybe conduct-wise, not the best role-model, but her heart has many good intentions. A bright and optimistic character that always means the best for the human race. Though she is an Ice Dragon Slayer, she always melts the hearts of those around her, whether it be with her elegant looks, or her warming and cheerful smile to anyone she meets. Dropping from the Rising Star Position One, she has graduated onto A-rank with the best wishes to all incoming Rising Stars, and she looks forward to seeing them in action as she carries on with her path to fulfill her mission of purifying Earthland."
Mashyuu
"When it comes to defense there is nobody better than Mashyuu. The Earth Dragon Slayer mastered his magic at the same time that he became the number six Rising Star. The Paragon of Defense represented Sabertooth by joining other Wizards on multiple jobs, helping them not only stay safe but keep hundreds of people safe at the same time. Sabertooth mages swiftly worked to team with Mashyuu and learn how to use their magic under the Wizard and to this day look to him for advice and aid. From thugs to Demons, and Dragons no threat to the safety of Fiore was safe from Mashyuu and his Earth Dragon Slayer Magic. When anyone needs help they know Mashyuu should be the first person they contact.
Summer Guiyang - Golden Phoenix
The woman who started as an immature firecracker, Summer joined Golden Phoenix without knowing of her journey that was ahead of her. She has most certainly had a good time while starting out from the low ranks of being a mage to achieving higher ranks, becoming a much more mature person within. Showing that she has proven herself worthy of being a rising star. Summer proven that you can be helping others and having as much fun as possible in missions while doing everything she can at the same time, showing just how positive one can be.
Lester Drynedi - Crystal Swan
With floral abilities passes on through his bloodline Lester apprenticed under his Grandparents in the art of a florist for many years, the well known florists soon urged him on to become a mage. It was with their persuasion that his skills grew and blossomed into magic. Recruited into Black Rose his journey first started there, yet it was at that place where he met his friend, mentor and future Guild Master Desirée. His life mediocre, the skills he bore were more suited to the mundane art of Floristry. However when Crystal Swan was born he settled into his role in the world, the blend of magic and mages with artistry and craft was where he honed his skill. Blooming more his hobbies and magic although unknown how it happened Lester fell into a new type of magic. His new Sugar Flower Slayer a hybrid of the sweet loving man he was now and the florist which had taken over the blood in his veins. Leaving his flower crown of Rising Star #1 behind for the next upcoming mage the florist is known to frequent both beautiful gardens and brutal warzones.

Elvira Arcade - Crystal Swan
Elvira Amity Arcade is a Minstrel born wizard known mostly for her mastery of holder type magic and her skill with a blade. Due to being of noble birth, she was sent to live in Fiore during the Minstrel Revolution and raised in Hosenka by a family friend. She rose to prominence as a member of the guild Crystal Swan and was recognized as a Rising Star after defending a remote village from attack during the monster invasions. The young mage went on to work with the Magic Council several more times, acting as armed escort for a series of research expeditions into one of the Demon worlds. She only held the title for a brief period before being reclassified as an A Rank wizard, thus graduating from the position.
Nessa Cordelia Lux - Fairy Tail
A pure-hearted girl with the dream of becoming a strong mage that can really help those in need, Nessa joined Fairy Tail as a humble girl barely capable of controlling her Starlight magic. After a few short months, she sailed up through the ranks, experiencing a rollercoaster of events. From progressing as a mage, helping people in several different means, to even obtaining the ability to summon Valkyries. Before finally achieving the Rising Star position, however, the young mage did not stay in the position for long. For shortly after, she successfully assisted in the extermination of the Clockwork Creatures that were pestering the local towns near the Cursed Lands. Following which she was selected by Odin's Valkyries to possess the Varja of the Holy Champion, a sacred magical relic. It was at this point, Nessa ascended into A-Rank, where she continues to work for the good of Fiore.
Shane Stern - Aurora
With his status as the Sky Demon Slayer and his increased activity on jobs, Shane Stern was quickly picked up by the radars of the Magic Council and appointed as the second seat of the ever-changing roster of the Rising Stars. As a Rising Star, Shane had tried his best to actively publicize his first guild, Aurora. However, the disbandment of Aurora was inevitable. Guildless, Shane had sought out the Rune Knight and had dropped his Rising Star title upon admittance. His stint as a Rising Star was exceptionally short, hence nothing worth mentioning about him.
Althea Eventide - Fairy Tail
A mage that seemingly came out of nowhere, Althea joined the ranks of Fairy Tail in hopes of finding some way to add meaning to her existence. She was a personable yet lighthearted kind of person, a demeanor she never abandoned in the tensest of situations. A part of that is due to her just being a dunce who can't read the mood, but even if she could it was doubtable the slayer would care. And thus began her rampant exploration of the lands, incidentally saving several villages and earning the favor of the Magic Council as she went along. Eventually, she was granted the title of Rising Star, something she more or less disregarded. After all, it didn’t change anything about what she was aiming for, and she would keep on meeting new people and doing new things until eventually, she left behind her position to do even more things.
Gaia Sabin - Sabertooth
Gaia Sabin had become a Rising Star without magic, wanting to be someone who can make a difference and be relied upon with, or without magic. She proved to herself that she could be just as reliable and helpful without her magic, as she could with. Whenever she got the chance to, she would volunteer herself to help out people in a heartbeat. From something small like getting a book from a library or escorting someone on a train, to protecting others from things like a deadly moss or a slave trader, she wouldn’t care if her magic was available or not, she would help without a second guess. And she’d do it all again without a single change if she could.
