Sad Night, Smokeless Night

Daiko sits on a bench... Bored out of his mind. He left his pipe at home, and has nothing to smoke. Abstaining from polluting his lungs for this long was... Unheard of. Not only did he not smell like smoke, but he hadn't smoked for at least 2 hours. He was actually... Sober. This didn't happen much, and he scratched his head, looking up. Plenty of people were walking by, but he figured that he's try to get the attention of someone walking by that he could be interested in...

The half vampiress took in a deep breath of the fresh, night air and an instant grin swept through her lips. Her fangs were visible for the world to see but no one did. Instinctively, she licked the last remains of blood that had started trickling down her lips. Feeding. She looked down upon the body of the poor chap she left at the alleyway. The male was going to wake up with a migraine due to the much blood she had drained. It was a good thing that he would remember nothing. Elizabeth never took blood unless she needed to. It usually led to starvation until she couldn't hold it anymore. She needed a source to go to, but where?

It was nearing twilight when Elizabeth was leisurely walking through the streets of Clover Town. The night air was quite refreshing and the soft glow of the moon soothing to the soul. It was interesting to see the many people walking around the town. The laughing mixed in the mystery of the historic town brought a sort of allure to it all. Elizabeth smiled wide yet this time, her fangs did not show. She walked up through a park. Although it was bustling with activity, one male stood out from the crowd. He seemed bored out of his mind and incredibly distant. Elizabeth raised an eyebrow.  Instead of walking and ignoring the male, she headed straight towards him. "Beautiful night, non? she asked him, trying to start a conversation. She sat down on the bench next to him looking onward, "What brings you to these parts?" Maybe, just maybe, he would prove be an interesting company tonight.

Daiko sits on the bench, simply looking at the sky. Finally someone appears, and it happens to be a red headed woman, that would be under the definition of someone he would be interested. Turning his body toward hers, he causes their eyes to meet. "I'm just sitting here..." He then traces his finger down her thigh a bit, not being too forward, just flirting. "Though I think I'd prefer to be somewhere with you.." Daiko allowed his voice to draw out, hinting that he was serious, not just using some sappy pickup line. He wasn't too smooth, but he tried...

The male shifted himself to look at her as soon as she had sat down and began a light conversation. "I'm just sitting here..." The male said as he looked at her and she him in curiosity.  He then began to trace his finger down her thigh a bit in a form of flirtation. Elizabeth raised an eyebrow in pure amusemen and did nothing to stop his attempts. My, isn't he a bold one?  she thought. "Though I think I'd prefer to be somewhere with you.." The man continued, drawing out his words. Elizabeth grinned at his attempt to flirt.  "Well," she grinned good naturedly. "I am not that kind of girl, but seeing as I happen to be in a good mood, it would be an honor to accompany a gentleman such as yourself~" She laughed. "My name is Kitty. It is a pleasure to meet you acquaintance, mister..? Yip. This would be an interesting night.

Daiko blinks, surprised that his flirt attempt actually worked. Kitty was an interesting name indeed, but he didn't think anything of it. "I'm Daiko.." He stood up, tugging her by the arm. Looking toward her once more, he decided she'd know where to go. "Where do you want to go? I wouldn't mind us going to my place," he started, not pushing too hard, just simply making a suggestion. Hopefully she would decide where they should go, and hopefully it was somewhere... Private. Daiko was in one of his moods, the sobriety allowing his hormones to get the better of him.

Oh? Well, it certainly seemed that Mister Daiko was the bold type. Not only had his flirtatious attempt been a tad forward and amateur, but his complete disregard of her earlier comment left much to be said. Still, her amusement only grew larger. "Well well, Mister Daiko. We have only just met and here you are hoping that you'll get laid." she laughed good naturedly. "No, you shall have to try better than that." Elizabeth grinned. The man was obviously drunk or, in the least, quite sober. "I am fairly new here myself as well," she continued. "Although i did catch a glimpse of a night club if you are interested in that sort of thing or a small restaurant. " Wherever he chose and if she was in the mood, she would see to it he had at least the proper training on how to pick up a woman. If he went on like he did, he would get no where.

Daiko shrugs. Embarrassed that she called him out on wanting get laid, he goes with one of her ideas. Grinning, he agrees with the situation that suits him best "Let's go to a nightclub, then..." His voice trails off, a smirk being left on his face. Grabbing her hand to help her up. If she got up, he would begin to walk beside her, his hands in his hoodie pockets. If she totally declined his hand... 

Daiko grinned a bit, hoping that his awkwardness would not destroy him at a moment like this. He may not have anything good to smoke, but at least he'd get some alcohol in his system.

Elizabeth looked up towards the moon waiting for his reply  "Let's go to a nightclub, then..." He said, his voice trailing off. Her eyes met his, raising an eyebrow at his smirk. She didn't trust him, but she could take care of herself. Plus, if anything happened, she could only blame herself. Elizabeth always did. She shrugged away her thoughts. "To the night club it is then." She said slowly in agreement. No sooner had she said that did he take ahold of her hand, letting her up. She licked her lips, graciously taking his hand and pulling herself up. "I do suppose it is this way..." Elizabeth said curiously. She let his hand drop and began to lead the way, him walking besides her. Hopefully she remembered the way there. If not, well, she'd see where the night led.

Daiko nods, lifting the girl up and walking with her. Though he had lost interest in the night club, he had decided to take her there... The only problem was, he forgot how to get there. A small sweatdrop appears above his head, before he blinks. 'Ding~' A lightbulb appeared, and he slid his hand on her waist.

He decided to take her to a restaurant, one that was pretty nice. It wasn't one you'd have to dress up for, but it was not fast food. He pulls out her chair, and then sits down in his own. Flipping open his menu, he looks for the biggest thing on there. A steak that was 3 feet in diameter from the circular bone in the center, and some soup. Though it seemed he was a gentlemen at this point, he was just hungry as hell.

During their walk towards the club, Daiko had a change of plans. Slipping his hand around her slim waist, he guided her towards somewhere unknown. Elizabeth gave a small frown but did not protest. She would see to where this would lead. After a while of walking, they came to a small restaurant. It was nice and homey with an amazing view of the town. Upon enterance, they were escorted to a seat where the young man, Daiko, took it upon himself to be a gentleman and pull out her seat. "Thank you." She said, taking a menu. "Do you come here often?" Browsing through the menu, she found what she was looking for; the meats. Yet, she had a small problem. She craved the rare meat. Bloodied meat. Elizabeth sighed as she pulled her red hair behind her ear. "I am ready when you are." She said looking at him with a smile. She'd order the steak medium rare.
