Raven chuckled to herself, clearly catching the hint of irritation in Frederick’s tone. But, she wasn’t ready to give him a note on her back-story. After all, she was trying to forget all of it herself. Unfortunately, it just comes back to bite her in one form or another. She was in no mood to think further into it even though the sudden burst of power from her other side did surprise her. It had been dormant for so long and after all this time, it was starting to act up again?
Sighing, she dismissed the whole thought from her head and made her way to the gravity control room. Thanks to her sudden release of power, Raven had managed to kill off all of the enemies that showed up earlier without taking much time too although she had almost destroyed the guild herself. ‘Uhh I should be more careful,’ she thought, pressing her lips into a tight line, clearly pissed off at herself. What was she thinking? Wait...that's right, she wasn't thinking. If anything, she was staring at a slideshow of her own life and it wasn't fun.
The feeling of floor moving beneath her and the violent shaking of walls snapped her out of her thoughts, making her stumble and hold onto the nearest thing available to her; Fred's arm. Well, the alarm signals running wild in her head did tell her she was gonna get her ass kicked. However, she couldn't figure out what else to hold on to and just prayed to God for Fred to have mercy on her. When the shaking stopped after a couple of minutes, she slowly let go of Fred's hand, grinning nervously at him before turning and running towards the control room, hoping very much that Fred would take his anger out on their enemies instead of her. When she reached their destination, however, she found the doors to be locked and when she gave it a push, she felt something heavy on the other side. 'Had they blocked the door with something?' she thought, groaning at their stupidity. How far did they think that was going to help against mages? She thought as she kicked the door, drawing all her strength on her right foot, breaking and sending whatever that was on the other side flying to the opposite side.
