Nihilibur: The Sword at the Bottom of the Rift

Natural Magic Flow: These weapons like Nihilibur allow the natural flow of one’s magic power into them although without training this trait is useless. It takes a good deal of training to use this trait to ones advantage by using the magic power that has flowed into the weapon and manifesting it into a spell. Cyrus use this feature to manifest his cloud make spells onto the weapon and enhance them in some way.

Type: Shadow
Description: This is what allows the normal form to transform into the rift form. This form is a free moving entity that lasts for 2 posts, however, by passing through and absorbing energy from darkness spells of equal or greater rank it will continue for 1 more post per spell. For spells of lower rank, 4 spells need to be absorbed. This ability does not actually effect the spells it "absorbs", they will still be active and unchanged. Cyrus is able to freely shape the rift form within the dimensions listed above.

Strengths:

• Because of the properties of the rift, all light based spells are drawn to the user, and will effect him instead of its desired target if the rift form is active.
  
  
• The spell, although it changes the swords physical properties, does not affect it's sharpness.
  
  
• This gives Axil greater reach, able to hit targets up to 10 meters away.
  

Weaknesses:

• The form dispels when in contact with any sort of water, magic or not. (note: this does not include ice or steam, but if one of those goes through a process where it turns into water, it can be used)
  
  
• The user can't move while using it, as the rift itself anchors their body in place.
  
  
• Because of the properties of the rift, all light based spells are drawn to the user, and will effect him instead of its desired target if the rift form is active.
  
  
• Holy spells (not necessarily light spells)  will destroy this form if they hit three or more times. This applies to demon slayers and any other magic with a holy affinity.

Name: Calling Upon Them

Type: Shadow
Description: Cyrus is able to switch out his Venti for their rift counterparts, the Anemoi. When this happens, he looses his sword and venti for 7 posts, but for the first 5 of those posts, he is able to channel the powers of the Anemoi turning his spells from Water to Fire, Lightning to Darkness, and Wind to Earth.

Strengths:

• Cyrus's spell versatility is boosted due to the changing of the elements used in his spells.
  
  
• Since he is able to summon the Anemoi, he can receive input from the more cunning and cruel versions of his normal partners if necessary.
  
  
• The changed elements grant Axil the ability to use leave burns when using fire spells.
  

Weaknesses:

[*]The spells also experience the weaknesses of the elements the become.

[*]Since Cyrus's magic relies on the Venti/Anemoi, during the 2 posts where he is without either, he is unable to use High Cloud makes.

[*]Since his sword disappears for this technique, it can't be used, and he can't be in the middle of a technique that utilizes his sword (including rift form).

[*]Holy spells (not necessarily light spells)  will destroy this form if they hit three or more times. This applies to demon slayers and any other magic with a holy affinity. The lack of sword and Venti will still be 7 posts no matter what however.
