Description: Lightning make magic is a branch of "molding magic" that allows the user to create constructs out of lightning. All constructs require both hands in the casting and with little exception require both hands to maintain it because of the difficult to control nature of lightning. Normally, however Gabriel has only the one arm and has since adapated allowing him to perform one handed molds with relative ease however it should be noted that because of the duration of his spells are mildly shorter then other mages of the same branch of magic.
Gabriel utilizes his magic in three primary ways. The first which is the vast majority of his spells is to make statuc weapons with which he can fight, naturally they are all one handed. The next is contraptions which are technically static make spells however they have a function and moving parts I.e. a guillotine it's one solid mold but it has a moving piece. Then finally using his lightning he can "super charge" his body to increase speed, reaction times and strength however this strays from his magics traditional uses so it has limited applications(meaning he cannot have any "at rank" spells for this only sub-rank).
Strengths:
-As if made of lightning: Gabriel's constructs have no weight as lightning is weightless.
-Thunderstruck!: Weapons of lightning have several edges over other elements primarily being that making contact with the lightning is just as dangerous as the blow behind the weapon, making any contact(any at all) with constructs from anyone other then Gabriel deals 50% of the spells damage(the other 50% coming from actually being hit). On that note the total weapon damage per attack is equal to the rank of the spell.
-Control: Because Gabriel has comparatively high control of his constructs compared to projectile, lightning magic spells that "redirect" or "absorb" lightning have no effect.
Weaknesses:
-One Armed Man: Gabriel's lightning constructs durations cannot exceed 3 posts ever, with one d-rank exception. See "Handcuffs"
-Don't get too big for your britches: Gabriel cannot make any construct with a range greater then 4 feet without the lightning losing it's shape(In other words none of his contructs can have a range greater then 4 feet).
-Rubber Man: Rubber protection can halve the damage of a lightning spell. Within reason. Things out of reason include: Getting stabbed through the back with a lighting sword and claiming to be protected by your rubber gloves or getting clubbed in the head by a lightning bolt and claiming to be protected by the rubber soles of your feet.

-Maker's Body: A molding mage has to be repetitively exposed to their element time and time again granting them a resistance to it to allow them to safely handle it. Their bodies also undergo rigorous training for better control. Ultimately resulting in 50% resistance to lightning damage and 50% increase in strength and speed.
-Petty Utilities: Costing 1% mp for each cubic foot of lightning Gabriel can create non-combat lightning constructs at any time.
Aura Type: Unity of Lightning: For every lightning mage within Gabriel's aura all of their physical stats are increase by 50%

Type: Offensive
Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. In this case it's a hammer. Modeled after the fabled hammer of Thor.
Strengths:
-Mandatory Mythology Reference: No self respecting lightning mage goes without some kind of allusion to some lightning god. Check.
-Mold Breaker: Mjolnier is an exception to the consistent weakness against earth magic of Gabriel's weapons as it can easily crush stone and earth
-Poise: Mjolnier hits through metal and stone armor.
Weaknesses:
-Conductor: Mjolnier hits through metal armor but cannot damage it
-Stubby: Mjolnier is famous for it's notoriously short hammer giving Gabriel only a small reach
-Heavy Swings: Hammerss are heavy weapons that utilize large swings and broad movements which leaves our one handed hero vulnerable to attack.
-Rubberman of the Blue Seas: The blunt nature of the attacks of this hammer make it so that enemies protected by rubber have even less to worry about, with enough rubber protection the blows could be completely nullified. Note: As this is A-Rank magic you have better be bringing some magic rubber if you want to meet that "enough" requirement.

- Description: A long time ago, there was a clan of warriors that drank a magical elixir to increase their physical powers. They became known as the Brutes of Fiore, they did what they liked whenever they like it and let nobody stand in their way. Then Fiore became fed up with their barbaric behavior and ordered a spy to infiltrate their hall and poison the elixir supplies. The warriors drank their elixirs the night after and noticed certain side effects. Their increased physical strength could be called upon whenever they wanted and they no longer needed the elixir, however they weren't as strong as they used to be. They were a lot less intimidating and shortly after the clan disbanded. Some descendants of the Brutes of Fiore still have the ability to call upon the gift of increased physical power and strength.
Ability: Triple strength and endurance for duration
Usage: Duration: 2 posts. Cool-down: 4 posts. Can only be used 3 times per thread.

Name: Lightning Rod
Rank: D-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. In this case it is a literal rod of lightning.
Strengths:
-A good old whacking stick: Whack, whack, whack
-Range: A solid 3 feet long for all your whacking needs
-Batter Up: Getting whacked with the lightning tends to have shocking results with knockback as far as 10 meters.
Weaknesses:
-It's pretty much a stick: Surely a tactical mind can find all kinds of way to defeat this devious stick.
-Range: The rod cannot be thrown or it will dispel.
-Rubber Man: Rubber protection can halve the damage of a lightning spell. Within reason. Especially in this case as the rod has no edge or anything the damage is almost entirely pure lightning based(meaning rubber can aborb 90% of the damage.)
-Police Brutality: Gabriel personally resents police brutality exceptionally, because of the resemble of his rod to a billy club he cannot use it on humans.

Name: Dash!

Description: Gabriel unleashes a small jolt of electricity into himself that doubles his speed for 10 seconds.
Strengths:
-Gotta go fast: Speed doubles
-Start fast: Instant effect after activation
-Simplicity: Hard to go wrong with running fast
Weaknesses:
-10 seconds: Really? Only 10 seconds?
-Too fast: The dash does not increase reflexes making doing anything other then run impractical.
-Diabolical: This spell is so stupidly simple that is has one and only application, running
-Application: How often is running away useful in hand to hand combat?

Name: Handcuffs
Rank: D-Rank
Type: Trap
Description: Gabriel grabs both hands of his foe. Then with a flash of lightning a pair of solid lightning handcuffs form around their hands.
Strengths:
-Don't break these cuffs: Attempting to break the cuffs deals 50% d-rank damage(even if the attempt to break the cuffs is successful)
-Tight cuffs: When cast the cuffs deal 50% d-rank damage to the trapped
-Binding: Consider your hands ties, don't count on casting any spells
Weaknesses:
-Hold on: Gabriel has to keep his hands on the cuffs for them to maintain existing.
-I've only got one hand....: Gabriel has to somehow grab two hands with one hand.
-You can in fact break these cuffs: A c-rank with a passive or active strength boost can break the cuffs easily as could a b-rank or higher regardless of passive or active strength boost.
-You can't hold me forever!: A d-rank mage with an active strength boost can break the cuffs.
-Duration: As long as Gabriel holds on, however the mp cost must be repaid every 3 posts
-Cooldown: 4 posts
Name: Lightning Knife
Rank: D-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: Gabriel creates a push knife of lightning. It is meant primarily as a throwing weapon but can also be used as a stabbing weapon. When thrown a new knife is formed in Gabriel's hand in it's place.
Strengths:
-Range: This is Gabriel's only spell that works as a functioning projectile
-Reload: The time it takes for Gabriel's knife to reappear is instantaneous however it will not form until the thrown one makes contact with something.
-Carry on!: Gabriel can throw as many as two knives in a single post.(Meaning he maxes out at 6 with a 3 post duration)
Weaknesses:
-Cap: If Gabriel throws two knives in one post he won't be able to generate a third until the next post.
-Range: Despite being Gabriel's longest range spell it is still rather short range as the knives fizzle out after 5 meters.
-Redirect: This spell is exempt from the magic's over reaching "Control" strength so mages who redirect and absorb lightning can have their way with it.
-No Roll Over: Even if Gabriel does not use his full 2 knife throws per post in one post the left over throws do not move over to the next post.

Name: Lightning Staff
Rank: C-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. In this case it is a literal rod of lightning, now with extra length.
Strengths:
-A good old whacking stick: Whack, whack, whack, zap, zap, zap
-Range: The staff is 6 feet in length, but it should be noted though because of the over-arcing rules of the magic no point of the staff can get more then 4 feet away from Gabrielle for any reason.
-Batter Up: Getting whacked with the lightning tends to have shocking results with knockback as far as 20 meters.
Weaknesses:
-It's pretty much a stick: Surely a tactical mind can find all kinds of way to defeat this devious stick.

Name: Insta-Strength!

Description: Gabrielle super charges his muscles with electricity temporarily increasing his strength by 80%
Strengths:
-Strength: Lots of it
-Insta-Strength: Fast
-Variation: Can be used for punching, carrying, tossing, ect.
Weaknesses:
-You mindless ape!: If there is any merit to "brains over brawn" people can use their brains to defeat this spell.
-You can pick up a truck, but can you surrender without a fight?: Once this spell activates Gabriel gets a minor adrenaline high causing him to do everything "110%" in other words he can't be gentle even if he wants to. So he goes to lift a vase, accidentally tosses it into the sky.
-Big meaty hands: When using this hand Gabriel will accidentally break any of his own d-rank constructs he tries to use
-Flash Strength: The effects are very fleeting.

Name: Lightning Wall

Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. In this case it's a 2x2 meter square of lightning that functions as a shield. The center of the shield originates at the palm of his left hand.
Strengths:
-Stop!: A quick to form shield that can stop incoming spells
-Durability: The shield can take as much as 2 c-rank spells
-Recoil: Touching the lightning wall threatens to electrocute any foes, touching it deals 50% of c-rank spell damage.
Weaknesses:
-Look ma no hands!: This spell occupies Gabriel's one hand preventing him from casting any more magic until it's duration ends
-Inflexible: The shape of the shield cannot be altered once created which can make it a bit inconvenient to take into tight spaces
-Metal Heads: Metal attacks can pass through the spell at the cost of electrocuting the foe for 50% of a c-rank spell
-Black to Ground: Earth spells can pass through with no consequences.

Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. Here Gabriel creates a lightning rapier. The blade resembles this- Spoiler:
Strengths:
-Best in Class: Rapier's are meant to be exceptionally quick weapons, the faster the better, and no rapier is faster then a weightless one made of lightning.
-Gotta go fast: When wielding the rapier Gabriel's attack speed doubles
-Lightning Strikes: Each and every jab of this high speed rapier strikes with a bolt of lightning
Weaknesses:
-Dull Edge: The rapier is all point, no blade only stabbing will do
-Fragile power: If anything hits the length of the rapier it will shatter.
-No guard: As the blade it fragile it cannot be used to defend and since Gabriel has only the one hand he has no alternative blocking methods.
-Ground: Any part of the construct hits the ground and it will vaporize
-Duration: 2 rank

Name: Power Rush

Description: Gabriel sends the best electrical super charge he's got into himself. He pretty much goes super saiyan. Enhanced speed, strength and reflexes like nobodies business. Although it doesn't give him flight or the power to shoot lasers. However is hair stands on end a bit.
Strengths:
-Strength: Gabriel's strength doubles
-Speed: Gabriel's speed doubles
-Reflexes: Gabriel's reaction speeds doubles
Weaknesses:
-Too hot to handle: Gabriel loses 5% hp upon activation from the strain it puts on his body
-Going off the handle: Once activated Gabriel goes into a battle trance and can't stop for the life of him. Which could cause unneeded brutality, which would be terrible for a public relations man like himself.
-Wound Opening: For every 5% of health that Gabriel lost before activating the spell he loses an extra 1% of health as the jolt opens his wounds.
-This spell costs 5% more mp then a normal b-rank spell
-That is enough sir: Gabriel cannot stack any more buffs on top of this spell
-Extra Juice: to create a lightning construct during the duration of this spell Gabriel has to pay an extra 5% mp.

Name: Odin's Battle Axe

Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. This spell creates a powerful hand axe capable of slashing and electrocuting at the same time. The axe resembles this one here- Spoiler:
Strengths:
-Lightning Axe Heck Yeah!: It's a lightning axe, it's very existence is a strength in itself.
-Debris Clear: The axe is exceptionally able at cutting through obstacles
-Large Blade: The axe is almost an entire meter along it's blade it's huge. Easy for inflicting huge injuries.
Weaknesses:
-Stout: Despite the large blade the reach of the axe is lacking as the handle is just big enough to fit in Gabriel's hand.
-Sharp things make me nervous: Gabriel once lost his arm to a large bladed weapon like this. He is so resolute in his decision to never use it against a human it has gone from a mental barrier to a physical one, he literally cannot. Only good for monsters and what not.
-Fractured Axe: The blade easily shatters when it strikes rocks prematurely ending the spell
-Heavy Swings: Axes are heavy weapons that utilize large swings and broad movements which leaves our one handed hero vulnerable to attack.
-Duration: 3 Posts

Name: Lightning Excalibur
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: Gabriel reaches into the air invokes the name of the spell. There will be a flash of lightning in his hand and like magic a construct will form. Gabriel's personal favorite weapon, a long sword named for the sword of legend Excalibur. Gabriel of course has never seen the blade and has taken some artistic liberties with the design- Spoiler:
Strengths:
-Some heroes are made: Growing up Gabriel always loved the stories of Excalibur to the point of begging his parents to send him off to learn the way of the sword. He has since then mastered the art and is an incredibly talented swordsman a skill he can exploit best using Excalibur.
-Smiting Sword of Smite: Excalibur while still made of lightning does holy damage causing anything weak against divine elements to suffer double damage.
-Defender of the Innocent: When defending the helpless and wielding Excalibur Gabriel's speed and strength increase 50%
Weaknesses:
-Retribution: Excalibur cannot be used if Gabriel initiates combat, whoever he uses it against has to fire the first shot.
-Sword in the Stone: Don't even try to shove this sword into any rocks, it will shatter, same if it is hit by any earth magic.
-Hero's Faith: Gabriel idolizes this attack to an extent, seeing it fail will have a crushing psychological effect on him. Like Igneel flying in to save Natsu then getting OHKO'd level crushing psychological effect.
-God Slayer: A god slayer who eats of the lightning of this blade will gain 5% more mana then normal

Rank: A-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: Gabriel invokes the name of the spell and a flash of lightning surrounds him before forming into a massive clawed right arm.- Spoiler:
Strengths:
-Lightning PAWNCH!: Punching people with lightning, this is the high life.
-I've got an arm!: Gabriel finally has two arms which is a nice work around for some spell weaknesses.
-En Guard: The claw is unnaturally flexible and is very durable making it a great shield. The claw can withstand 3 spells of A-Rank damage
Weaknesses:
-Awkward Size: The four foot long arm is huge and bulky making it difficult to use in narrow spaces.
-I can get your cat from the tree! not really: The claw fries everything it touches like it or not, so Gabriel still can't sew or do much other then attack
-Structural Integrity: At the joint of the arm it can be broken with only one A-Rank spell
-Lost Love: When the arm is destroyed gabriel loses 10% of his hp

Rank: A-Rank
Type: Offense, Support
Description: Gabriel spreads his arms wide well he only has one arm but you can notice his little shoulder stub raising up. A pair of lightning bolts shoot from the sky into his back, he the lightning bolts then forming into a pair of large wings.
Strengths:
-Wing Slap!: Gabriel can control the wings as easily as he can control his arm allowing him to hit with A-Rank damage, let's him do cool spin attacks and wing karate chops and stuff.
-Flight: The wings do do stuff, allowing Gabriel to fly at extreme speeds.
-Maneuverability: Gabriel's flight has incredible control to the point where he can dodge better then when on his own two feet.
Weaknesses:
-Wingspan: Gabriel's wings are each 4 feet long giving him a 8 foot wing span limiting the space he can use them in, makes them easy targets and are effected by the wind a fair bit.
-Clipped Wings: Either wing is hit by an A-Rank spell and the whole spell falls apart
-Two birds one stone: Like most of Gabriel's spells the wings are easily destroyed with earth magic
-Self Expression: Damage done to the wings is also dealt to Gabriel
