Personality: “Humans are cruel and disgusting, every time I look outside I want to vomit. Yet… I can’t help but want to go outside. Maybe its because I want to find hope in humanity, or maybe because I need to eat.” From age six to age fifteen Rantos was enslaved. The reason I'm telling you this is because it impacts his personality greatly. His first impression on people that he just met is that they are dusting. He never gives the benefit of the doubt and doesn’t like to trust people right off the bat. Rantos has little to no grip on “proper” human interaction. Most of the time when first meeting someone things can get kind of awkward. Rantos can’t be around more then four people at once he tends to freeze up and his sentences become a little less than words when talking around a lot of people. Despite this he still tries his hardest to make friends and be like who his brother was. The only thing keeping him from doing this is the fact that his brother has a very sociable person who could seem to make friends with anyone. Rantos finds it hard to say hi for the first time. He has a messed up internal clock so he’s always tired during the day and seems more alive at night. This being said no one can remember the last time they saw Rantos sleep. Rantos at night: “Oh! Look at that! No over there! That things glowing!” At night Rantos becomes almost a different person entirely. He acts like a child going to a new place for the first time (even if he has been there before) it’s also the time you will see him smile for more then 10 minutes at a time. He turns more into a normal human being. Except for the fact that he kind of acts like a five year old in a 17 year olds body.
In battle Rantos turns into a maniac. He loves the feeling of fighting and most of the time gets a little to into it, even when sparing he will sometimes forget that your not trying to obliterate the other person. Rantos will usually go into a fight with a few thoughts on his mind. “KILL, KILL, KILL, KILL!” Rantos doesn’t realize it himself just how crazy he can get in a fight. He takes joy in the fact that he’s hurting the other person and getting hurt a little too much. If the enemy is incapacitated and not dead Rantos will usually have “fun” with them by causing them as much pain as they can take before they pass out and or die. This gets worse if he sees a large amount of blood. Blood triggers a killing frenzy that only gets worse as time passes and more blood spills. While in this frenzy Rantos losses all reason and can only focus on how much he wants to see more blood. Rantos makes a bad leader considering he is crap at making battle strategies and will often just go in guns blazing. He doesn’t do well taking orders ether, not because he doesn’t like being told what to do, but often he will blank out if someone is commanding him to do something, especially if they’re yelling at him
Likes: > Nighttime/Dark places: lets face the facts gentlemen; the nighttime is when the real fun begins. Rantos enjoys the darkness and what ever lurks inside it; he craves to know what the darkness hides. That curiosity makes him a very happy lad. He feels that in the dark of night is the only time he can be himself.
> Seafood: it reminds him of the good ole days back at his seaside house where he grew up.
> Studying magic: Why talk and socialize with humans and animals when you can just lock yourself in a library and read all day!
Dislikes: >Daytime: Rantos finds daytime boring, the sun aluminates and drags away all the good things the darkness holds. Rantos thinks people are less fun during the day (even if its not really true)
> Loud noises: Rantos finds loud noises a pain. Anything from the noise of a bunch of people to just one person or thing, if it’s loud it bugs him.
> Emotions: He just dislikes them because he can only understand a few. Anger, sadness and he can only kind of understand happiness. (Total emo)
Motivations: >Keeping his brother alive: I mean this in a metaphorical scene. His brother died a long time ago but Rantos is trying to keep him alive by acting like him and that’s literally the only thing motivating him to go outside during the day (that and needing to eat and drink)
> Eternal night: Rantos has a dream. To find a place that the daylight never hits, a place where he can be himself without anyone they’re to judge him.
> Meeting his father: When Rantos was young his father left him without saying a word to anyone. He blames most of the bad stuff in his life on the fact that he left. He will always dismiss his father as a hoax and a bad father, sometimes claim that he’s never had a father. But deep down he still wants to see him again and repay him of all that Rantos blames him of.
Fears: > Being locked up: Rantos is deathly afraid of being chained to something. It restricts his freedom and reminds him of when he was enslaved.

Skin tone: Really pale. He spends a lot of his time in a library or indoor. (He’s nocturnal.)
Appearance: Rantos wears a long black overcoat that’s ripped at the bottom but some of it still manages to touch the ground when he stands. He usually has the overcoat unbuttoned all the way down. Under he wears a black long sleeve shirt that’s two sizes too big. (What an emo) his pants are (surprise, surprise) long and black and have a book hanging by a chain attached to them. His pants are also ripped at the bottom (I can already see the app getting denied for how un-original Rantos looks). He is slenderman, (Sorry my friend made me put that slenderman comment in)
