Description: The magic that Axel uses consists of both light and darkness but his coin will alter the way his fight style will be for that battle. When his coin lands on heads (dice numbers that are even) his attacks damage will raise by 50% for 4 posts. If it lands on tails (dice numbers that are odd) he will raise defenses by 50% with a light shield that last for 3 posts. The coin is used as simply a boost in case Axel ends up in a tight spot and can only be re flipped every 15 posts. Dark spells are faster and have a low cooldown making them very effective when dealing with one target or a small group. They are quick and damage focused making them the obvious choice for offense. Light spells take longer but help the team as a whole more than just Axel himself. With a healing spell and crowd control spell light keeps the team going while maintaining control of the battlefield.
Strengths:
-Light abilities have more of a large area damage which is useful for large amounts of enemies.
-Darkness is more focused and powerful which is more useful for one stronger enemy.
-Light is a useful stunning/blinding ability that can help in certain situations.
Weaknesses:
-When the coin is flipped it could land on an ability that is not useful for the battle at hand. For example: Darkness used against larger groups would cause problems for taking them all out.
-With 3 offense abilities it leaves Axel more vulnerable to attack damage.
-Darkness is easily taken out by light magic which would be bad luck to land if fighting a light magic fighter.
-With light Axel becomes slower because his abilities are used to spread around a larger area which requires more focus.
-Axel can still take damage from his offensive abilities.
Abilities/Powers:
-Light allows Axel to step from one area to another in a teleport like fashion within 100 yards of the original area. This can be used once every 5 posts.

Name: Divine Light

Description: Divine Light starts as a ball of light in Axel's hand that takes 2 posts to cast into a bigger ball. Once it has reached a larger size it thrown towards the enemy/enemies and explodes outwards to the right and left. The attack covers a wide but not long area and deals damage accordingly. The max distance for the ball to be thrown is 50 yards, width of the ball is 3 feet and the explosion width is 10 yards. The damage output is 1.5x D-rank damage.
Strengths:
-The attack affects a fairly wide area dealing damage to those in the area of effect.
-The ball explodes on impact which can cause lower ranked enemy blocks to be less effective.
-The ball has a knock back effect on enemies hit by the attack which varies between 5 feet to 10 yards based on if directly hit or if the ball explodes in front of you
Weaknesses:
-The light ball can be taken out before impact with ranged abilities which can cause it to be useless.
-The long cast time leaves Axel totally vulnerable while building the light ball.
-The range of the attack is not very far due to Axel's throwing strength.
-During the cast the ball must be held not too tight and not too lightly for it could backfire and explode during mid cast.

Description: It is a focused burst of darkness that can be shot 3 times every 3 posts. The range reaches 51 yards and deals half D-rank damage.
Strengths:
-The rapid fire allows focused attacks to continuously hit an enemy target without letting up.
-The shots are long ranged and can be used to pick of foes.
-Head shots cause the darkness to engulf the mouth of the opponent which lets Axel get his witty comments in.
Weaknesses:
-The blast are may be shot fast but are quite predictable when Axel is in view.
-Each blast is a medium size which allows it to be seen quickly and dodged.
-The shots can be reflected back towards Axel and harm him instead.
-Enemies with a large strength can block the attacks since they do not do a whole lot of damage.
Cooldown: 3 posts. Duration: 3 shots during active post.
Name: Binding Light

Type: Light, Supportive
Description: The spell is a healing ability to help himself and others on the battlefield. Casting takes 1 post and heals 5% HP with a 4 post cooldown.
Strengths:
-Can be used on himself as well as allies.
-Provides smaller wound heals which lowers irritation and pain in himself and allies.
-Can be cast from about 50 yards away of the ally.
Weaknesses:
-Axel is extremely vulnerable during casting time.
-Cooldown time makes it hard to judge whether Axel himself needs healing or his allies at that very moment.
-The healing does not work on darkness mages but instead harms them.
-The healing is very bright on the field which could attract the enemy to focus on Axel to prevent heals.
Cooldown: 4 posts. Duration: 1 post.
Name: Haunting Shadows

Description: Haunting Shadows allows Axel to form one shadow warrior that he has full control over. During the phase that the shadow is active, Axel is unable to do anything but control the shadow warrior. His attacks deal one D-rank damage with each hit. Once the shadow warrior is taken out Axel will regain ability to fight in his own body but will have taken half the damage the shadow warrior has. The warrior can take 3 D-rank hits before death and disappears naturally after 6 posts.
Strengths:
-The shadow warrior is 25% faster than Axel which makes the shadow much more efficient for courier tasks or other jobs that require a quick body.
-The shadow can keep on taking hits without having to slow down.
-The warrior can travel 100 yards from Axel's position.
Weaknesses:
-Even though the shadow warrior feels no pain, when he is defeated Axel will feel half of the pain according to how much damage the shadow took.
-Cooldown time means that the warrior will be summoned basically once every battle.
-The shadow can be taken down by light magic within mere seconds.
-The shadow is very fragile to damage and when a certain limb takes enough damage it just ends up disappearing which will cause a disadvantage on the field of battle.
-While Axel is controlling the shadow warrior his own body is vulnerable to attacks that he won't even see coming.

Name: Dark Binding

Type: Dark, Snare
Description: Dark Binding opens a portal below the feet of an enemy that is created by shadows. From the portal shadow hands reach out and grab at the feet and legs of the for restraining them from walking, running, etc. This ability can also deal damage depending on the amount of struggle shown by the enemy.
Strengths: - Dark Binding allows for an easy escape from a select enemy.
- Usage of this spell will allow an easier stationary target for attacks.
- Deals half D-Rank damage if the opponent struggles intensely.
Weaknesses: - Enemy can still use their hands which allows them to still cast spells.
- C-Rank and above enemies can escape from the binding if they choose to struggle hard enough.
- Can only target 1 enemy making spell useless against a large group.
- Hands will grab whoever appears above them, even if it is one of Axel's allies.
- Can be destroyed by 2 D-Rank spells.
Duration: 2 post. Cooldown: 4 posts.
Name: Beckoning Light

Description: Axel's light powers produce 3 light daggers that circle around his body. Each dagger can be sent towards an enemy at high speeds piercing through their bodies easily. Each dagger does half D-Rank damage.
Strengths: - Each dagger feels like a real solid dagger and not a substitute which allows for the opponent hit to feel real pain.
- The daggers are small and thin making them hard to hit when being sent towards a foe.
- Once a dagger hits the enemy it stays lodged in place for one post. This could allow someone to be stuck into the wall for a whole post for example.
Weaknesses: - Daggers explode if hit with 1 D-Rank damage which would be bad if they were still circling Axel's body.
- Bright light is produced from each dagger causing night stealth missions to be impossible when this spell is used.
- Daggers can be grabbed from orbit around Axel's body or when sent off by either Axel or enemies which could cause an opponent to use them against Axel.
- The daggers weight contributes when being shot off in a direction causing it to land lower than Axel's intention.

Description: Axel's dark magic grows shadow wings out of his back and through his clothes. The wings are shaped like a stereotypical angel's but are black. They are each the size of his torso and manage to life him up enough without struggle. Can be shot apart with 1 D-Rank damage each.
Strengths: - Easy to use causing no difficulty when flying.
- Allows Axel to reach higher places without having to waste his teleport ability.
- Can be used to fold over in front of Axel to block oncoming attacks.
Weaknesses: - Wing size makes for an easy target to be shot down.
- Speed does not increase but instead remains the same as if Axel was on the ground.
- While flying Axel can only use his dark shot and dark binding spells because his light spells cancel out the wings.
- Large wings make difficult to fit into tighter spaces if needed at the time.
