No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed...

Daiko starts walking down the path to this "spooky forest". It didn't sound that spooky, but he was glad to have Clyde to help. It wasn't like Daiko couldn't do it on his own; He was taking Clyde along on this mission. Walking slowly, he liked to take in the view of places he went, even if most of it was through smoke. Taking a long breath from his pipe, he blows a smoke cloud behind him. "I wonder what the mission even is..."

Daiko glances down at the piece of paper he grabbed, reading it. Apparently he had to kill some Vulcans and make them stop stealing food. "Seems simple enough..." He folds up the paper and slips it into his left pocket. He hadn't killed anything since that thief tried to steal the explosive lacrima... Daiko took an extra deep breath from his pipe this time, and actually blowing it out of his nose. It wasn't unusual for him to smoke, but whenever he did it he felt like it was sacred. He spun the panda-shaped pipe in his fingers, admiring the handiwork.

Sighing, Daiko slides down the side of the tree, the rough bark pulling on his sweatshirt as he descended. He just recently became a C-Rank wizard, and was nervous about his first mission in charge. Daiko was the leader of this team, and he had to take charge. Even though they were working together, there was no room for Clyde to mess around. They would have to use their  full power in the mission to come.

Clyde walked through the spooky forest readying himself for the worst. He was no longer a fearful child, and is willing to fight. Clyde really hasn't seen Daiko for a while, and Clyde wonders how much stronger Daiko could have become. This mission is something Clyde has been thinking about for awhile because it seemed much harder then the ones before. Clyde wondered what they would ever have to kill in this forest. The forest gave Clyde the creeps no doubt. Walking to the missions always seemed to take too long for Clyde. If only he could be faster.

Clyde eventually, made it to Daiko and almost felt like hiding behind Daiko, because this forest was something else. Clyde then remembered he was on a team now with two people who he had never heard much about. I can't hide anymore, I have people depending on me to help them. It will only get harder from here.
"Hey, Daiko, What is the mission this time? This forest is kinda scary too. Oh, I had almost forgot. Congrats on becoming a C rank this mission is going to be a piece of cake with you around. How hard could a C rank get anyway?"

'Monster Dice' :

Daiko hears a rustle in the bushes after talking to Clyde, and sighs. There was a vulcan to kill, but sounded small. Daiko was right. Out popped a little green piece of shit, smacking its chest like some sort of ape. These damn things pissed him off, and he wouldn't stand for this little one living. Simply walking up to it, Daiko smashes his pipe in it's throat, knocking it off balance. Kicking it's body when it was on the ground, he steps on it's skull with the full force of his foot, splattering the skull under his feet. Blood was all over his shoe, and he wiped it off on the little guy's fur. Cracking his knuckles, he looked back at Clyde.

"These weak vulcans are a waste of time. You should focus on these ones, I'll focus on the full sized ones." Daiko nods, giving a thumbs up to Clyde. If he took care of all the vulcans, then maybe Daiko would have a bit of a challenge fighting the ones that were strong. He actually had some experience killing things, and it made him happy that he could give more creatures their deaths. When it came down to it, Daiko was fucked up.

'Monster Dice' :

Clyde notices things have changed with this mission. It was much harder then any he had done before. Daiko seemed much more serious, so Clyde concluded not to hold back anymore. It was time he gave it everything he got. As he starts preparing himself two vulcans jump out both much stronger then the one Daiko had just killed.
"I will take the weak one. Can you take the stronger?" Clyde said this not breaking a stare down with the child vulcan.
"Now it is about time I get some action. Too much fudge stealing lately." Clyde pulled out his ribbon wands and went in for a strong lash right at the vulcan's neck. The vulcan quickly ducked then ran at Clyde,
"So another creature who likes dodging? Ugh, theses creatures need to understand that they should just give up." Clyde quickly twirls his ribbon around the little vulcan who was stupid enough to try to escape the make shift blender. The Vulcan quickly got all sliced up and escaped the ribbons. Clyde quickly lashed at it's neck with one ribbon as he hit the knees of it with the other. The child Vulcan fell over, and the bloody mess ended.
"These guys might start getting annoying."

'Monster Dice' :

Daiko cracks his knuckles, and prepares for the next two. Launching himself off of the ground, he begins to fly, then he smashes the young vulcan's face in with his pipe, then puffs out his cheeks with smoke, breathing out a smoke pebble that should hit the vulcan in the face, then he will collide with it's head, breaking it's neck from the velocity of the kick. Both vulcans have broken necks, and Daiko grins looking at his handy work. He hasn't been this brutal with killings for a while. In fact, he hasn't killed anything in awhile. He was kind of craving killing another human being, but Clyde wasn't someone he could kill. Maybe a weaker person in a light guild? whoever he killed, he would be chased for it and basically taunted relentlessly. He had better things to do than kill peasants all day, so he wanted to make the person he killed a prize. Enough about murder, and Daiko heard a loud rustle in the bushes. It seemed like more than one Vulcan was coming this time, and Clyde would have to handle one of the larger ones on his own, without Daiko taking two out at once. This was a challenge for both of them.

'Monster Dice' :

Clyde watches one vulcan run out of the bushes straight towards him. They all seemed very strong, and Clyde was going to be in trouble with this vulcan, because it was one of the strong ones.
"Daiko, Can you lend me a hand?"
He sees one strong vulcan run towards Daiko, and sighs at his misfortune.
"Daiko, You handle that one. I will be able to stop this Vulcan!"
Clyde watched the Vulcan swing for a nasty punch to his neck, and quickly put his arms up to take some of the damage. This knocked Clyde to the ground, and as he fell he snapped his fingers releasing a tiny bit of barbed wire the Vulcan paid no attention to. Clyde, then quickly tried to get away from the Vulcan as quick as possible, but the vulcan had the jump. The vulcan came in with full force onto Clyde's legs, and a loud cracking sound could be heard.
"Daiko! Help!"
Clyde yelled, but this turned out to be useless since Daiko had his own matters to handle. Clyde pushed the vulcan off with all his might in one sudden motion, then snaps both fingers. The vulcan gets consumed by barbed wire and is very quickly stuck in the earth screaming in pain. Clyde, then whipped both of his ribbons wands at the vulcan's neck causing it to be cut in half. The vulcans head laid on the ground spilling blood while it body was squeezed like an orange.

Clyde laid on the ground satisfied when another Vulcan came out that seemed weaker then the one he had just faced.
"DAMN IT!"
Clyde quickly wrapped his broken legs in stiff string, and controlled the strings wrapping his legs to move. Clyde was at this point pissed off at the world.
"One spell should do it. Daiko never has seen this one either."
Clyde made a gun shape and pointed at the chest of the Vulcan who was just smiling at Clyde. Clyde smiled back and shot out 1/2 inch thick barbed wire that quickly hit the vulcan's chest. Barbed borrowed into the vulcan's chest and made the barbed wire latch on.
"Take this you filth piece of trash." Clyde said sounding oddly demented.
Clyde took both of his hands together, and quickly pulled the vulcan towards him. He then shot out more string very fast causing the vulcan to slam into the ground.
"Let me help you up."
Clyde quickly swung the vulcan up into the air by pulling the string up, then Clyde slammed the string down to the ground causing the Vulcan to come crashing down into the dead body of the strong Vulcan. Clyde watched as the Vulcan went head first into the blender giving loud shrieks of pain. Blood splattered everywhere, and Clyde looked over to see three vulcans running from the forest.

'Monster Dice' :

Daiko grins, ready to take on MORE FUCKING MONSTERS. As if the two Clyde defeated weren't enough, more of these little mofos kept popping up. Spitting smoke down his sleeve, it came out as a whip. Flying at his full speed, he controls it to curdle around them, squeezing tight until their eyes start to bulge out. Taking his pipe with the other hand, Daiko smashes the pipe as hard as he could on each of their heads, causing their brains and eyes to pop out, then following along with the rest of their insides. Now it was time for the stronger one...

Daiko runs up a tree, launching himself at full speed. as He's going, He wraps his whip around the big things neck, which was swinging from a tree, then wrapped himself around the tree and doing a strong tug with the whip. The whip breaks the vulcan's neck, and it dies immediately. Releasing his grip, he lets the vulcan fall to the ground, and kicks it. Keeping the whip active, he laughs. "I guess that's what he gets, isn't it Clyde?" He was in a good mood, the snapping of it's neck was rather satisfactory to him...

Clyde looks over at Daiko with a smile, and sees that Daiko handled the vulcans well. Clyde tries to walk over to Daiko to give him a high five, but instead collapses to the ground.
"Daiko, I broke both of my legs..." Clyde said trying hard to scream out in pain. Clyde bit his lip hard, and then made a better make shift cast for both legs.
"Daiko, I really hate vulcans."
Clyde looked at Daiko, and noticed Daiko just scratched the surface for his magic power. Clyde hadn't used much magic either.
"Daiko, we both barely broke a sweat." Clyde looked down at his legs.
"Uh, at least not a sweat."
Clyde quickly made make a wheel chair out of string, and sat down into it.
"What would I ever do without string magic." He said looking at Daiko. Daiko had been improving so fast lately. I wonder how much stronger he has gotten. Clyde desperately wanted to be as fast as everyone else. He would do anything for it. Everyone around him was so much stronger now if only he had improved as fast. Clyde looked at Daiko with a blank stare then stared looking for more vulcans.

Daiko raises an eyebrow at Clyde. He broke his legs.. Against vulcans. He liked Clyde a lot, but he couldn't be this clumsy in battle. A simple scratch on the cheek could be the end of this boy, and Daiko did not want to see the day when his first actual friend would bite the dust just like that. It was unheard of. Daiko vowed to protect Clyde, no matter how weak or strong he was.

"Clyde, I want to tell you something. I realize that you're trying your hardest, but you need to work harder. After this mission, I want to train you. Maybe I can teach you some more magic, or how to be more tough in combat. As of now, I feel like I have to protect you, and I don't want to carry you around. I know you have a huge potential with all of your magic, but I don't want to be slowed down by you. I will teach you a secondary magic if you want, and will be by your side every step of the way." Daiko ruffled the boys hair, kicking his chair over, knowing that the injury wasn't that bad. "Come on, stand up. We've got stuff to do."

Clyde looked at Daiko with confusion and hopelessness. How could he ever become stronger. He has been trying everything. Maybe magic isn't his thing. He would be better off becoming a great ribbon dancer. Clyde looked off into the sky and started thinking about everything that has happened when it hit him. He couldn't dare quit now, even if he wanted too. He had to destroy Fairy Tail and that was a vow he is willing to do.
"Daiko you won't have to carry me around anymore. I have vowed to destroy Fairy Tail, and I will come into this world with a bang. I will get much stronger, Daiko just you watch. When I become a C rank you will see the true potential I have to offer. I am going to blow your mind, and keep booming. I will come out like a beautiful burst of power that will be the death of Fairy Tail. I vow this on my life. Fairy Tail shall fall!" Clyde looked at Daiko with a serious look. Clyde's eyes were booming with rage and he was more excited then he had ever been. Daiko will soon see my soul explode Clyde thought to himself.

Daiko smiles at Clyde, looking him right in the eyes. "That's what I like to hear, Clyde. The more motivated you are, the more confident I am in your ability. Even when I first met you, I thought you would become strong. Don't look at me and think you're weak, you're ranking up quite fast as well." Smiling, he gives a thumbs up to Clyde, helping him to his feet. "You're the only person I can truly call a friend, and I thank you for that." Daiko flexes, then starts to run around in circles. He is bored out of his mind.

Running in more circles, he tries to make tracks in the ground with his shoes. It is a futile attempt, as his shoes couldn't leave marks in the hard dirt. That was simply stupid. Daiko didn't want to waste more time, so he stopped in his tracks. It was time to turn in the mission, but at the time he had no idea where he was "hey clyde... where are we?" he turns in circles, wondering where hte hell he was and where the hell he had to go to get out of this. Twas the way of the daiko.

Clyde felt very flattered by Daiko words, and even blushed. He watched Daiko run around the forest, and then came up with an idea.
"Daiko, can't you just use a spell to float or something. Can't you glide on smoke? If you can make your smoke into a whip why not a pair of wings or something. I can also make a spring if you want that way we can figure out a way out of here."
Clyde looked back down at his legs and realized the weren't broken.
"Daiko do you think I could take down Fairy Tail someday? I have been thinking about this for awhile, because I really want to use my magic to help out other people and avenge my family once and for all. If I could destroy Fairy Tail my life would be complete forever. Do you think you might be able to help me reach my dream someday?"
Clyde looked at Daiko, then  looked around. There has to be an exit somewhere right? Clyde walked by a few dead bodies of the vulcans and almost felt like cheering in delight of their achievement. This was the life wasn't it? Everything feels so right.

Daiko was listening. He heard Clyde give his long spew about how fairy tale ruined his life and such. Fairy Tale sucked the big D, but he didn't think they would actually ruin a persons life. Even though he wanted to help Clyde, he felt as if there was something more to this than just a couple of Fairy Tale junkies wrecking a kids life... "Clyde, I feel like there is more to this story. Yeah, Fairy Tale's members take it up the ass on a daily basis, but that doesn't mean that they would ruin your life. It is possible to copy another guild's tattoo, and maybe that's what they did. I recommend we get to the bottom of this situation before we jump to conclusions, and try to take out an entire guild." He nodded, pleased with his speech.

Daiko knew that nobody in their guild that was in the right state of mind would start a war on Fairy Tale. Sure, his guild was strong, but that would put so much attention on them, that all the light guilds might gang up to attack him. That would not be good for one thing, but it would be even worse for his image...

"I... uh...don't think so." Clyde's voice went for unsure to serious. "I remember those tattoos so clearly. Let me tell you the whole story so you can get an idea. Well when I was little my parents had strange men in suits come to our house that had the Fairy Tail guild mark on them. I was too young to do anything at the time, and I ended up with nothing left but this scarf that belongs to my mother." Clyde's voice cracked towards the end.
"Those people... they took everything. They wanted to kill me Daiko. They were searching for me after they had killed my parents, and burned my house down. All that was left was... ashes." Clyde stared off into the distance as he remembered it more. Images flooded his head of his mom and dad. It was almost too much, but Daiko deserved to hear it. He was very close to him after all.
"After that, I ran away at the age of 7. The age of 7 because of those Fairy Tail members. I have devoted my life to finding those two men that destroyed the McDouglass mansion. I don't want to harm Fairy Tail, but I will if I get to show those guys their mistake. I get fucking haunted by my parents every night. I keep having post traumatic stress that is driving me up the wall. Daiko, if those people are fakes, then it doesn't matter. All I want is for Jack and Garth of Fairy Tail to burn in hell. That is right, they thought they could get away, but I was able to figure out there names. I WILL FIND THEM, AND BURN THEM LIKE MY PARENTS. MAYBE IF I KILL EVERYONE IN THEIR GUILD THEY COULD FINALLY FEEL THE PAIN OF BEING ALL ALONE. DID THEY EVER THINK OF WHAT THEY LEFT ME WITH AT SUCH A LITTLE AGE. Clyde shouted this, and began breathing heavily. He was tearing up, and looking very enraged.
"I AM GOING TO KILL THEM EVEN IF I HAVE TO GIVE MY OWN LIFE."
