The jester's day out

Alexander Moved over to open a seat, as he tuned his attention back to kiba. "that is a waste." he said trying not to interrupt the girl before she responded. Alexander then sat back and waited patiently for the two to converse as the food arrived, he couldn't help but begin to feel the excitement of watching two strangers converse at such a close distance.

Lilith sat down next to the man Kaseki had spoken to and bit her lip as Kiba asked why she was looking for Rekka, she ran a few different reason s through her head but settled on a rather simple one. "Well... she killed my sister... I'm trying to find her and take my revenge on her..." She said and looked down at the table for a moment then up at the man next to her and the one who had questioned her in front of her. Truth was that Lilith didn't have a sister, not that she knew of anyway.

"Do you know where she is?" She asked and looked at the man in front of her.

"If i did she would be dead." kiba responds in a nonchalant manor. "And I'm sorry for you loss." he had watched her bite her lip. He found her reaction unlike when someone out for revenge should be. he remembered the day he wanted revenge very clearly. Kiba start to eat his food, the waitress hovering around him.

"Um.." She stammers. "your that Kiba guy aren't you?" she asks looking him up and down.

"Yes i am now please leave." he was gruffer then he wanted to be, turning back to the woman. "sorry im kinda well know as of late... it kinda a pain." He takes a bite of his food and regards the man again. "anyways. no matter what guild your in there will be consequences for your actions, If you kill the authority come for you, you steal same thing. the guild is not going to change that, as i have just as much freedom as a Savage skull member." Kiba takes another bite, chewing and then swallowing before he continues. "I can steal if i wish, i can do anything i want in any guild. now the difference is i choose ally's who share the same general ideals."

Alexander catches the name drop the girl let out as he listens to kiba. "you make a good point kiba, maybe joing SS isn't the smartest of choices. i hate traitors. And if i haven't already allow me to introduce my self. I am Alexander" he says with a child like smile addressing the woman sitting next to him "Tell me what is your name? and tell me More of your fallen sister such information might rally us to you mission" Alexander said while eating, studying the girl he had noticed her biting her lip something common among those he watched he could only assume she would reveal her self to be a liar or someone worthy of his help.

Lilith looked up at the waitress as she spoke to the man in front of Lilith, she took note of his name, Kiba, perhaps it might become useful somewhere down the line. She looked at the man next to her, Alexander, apparently. She returned a weak smile as he suggested she told him about her sister. "Ooooookay.... time to bring out the fake tears, Lil." She thought to herself and looked down onto the table, focusing on the feeling her parents had left her when they had abandoned her so suddenly.

"W-well.." She started, her voice more shaky than before. "H-her name was Sara and..." She said and sniffled. "I'm... sorry... h-her... death was rough on me..." Lilith said and swallowed before sniffling again. "She w-was last seen close to a hunting village..." she added and wiped a couple of tears out of her eyes.

Alexander nearly choked on a bit of food as the girl began to cry, he wasn't expecting tears. No, if anything he had expected her to be angry or even bitter talking of a loved one she meant to avenge. he leaned back and looked at her studying her effortlessly "I apologize for your loss, tell why do you suspect this Rekka character to be the one responsible?"

Kiba listened to the girls story, engrossed as it was, causing kiba to snicker. "And i lost everyone in my family, my cousins, mother, father, sister." Kibas face darkens again. "Kaylee..." he ponders for a second wondering how he should react. "All of my family in a single night. So forgive me if i don't feel for you." Kiba could not feel for her it would bring back to many memory's, Memory's of killing innocents. He stared at the crying girl. "I can barely sense a drop of magic from you, if you truly intend to get revenge you must get stronger." Kiba smiled at the women. "so you have seen her face? good you can bring light to it." Kiba was not going to bite about Rekka being at the hunting village.

Lilith sniffled again and wiped some more tears out of her eyes as she heard Alexander's voice again, at least her lie had worked on him, she was unsure of how effective it was on the Kiba fellow though. He seemed like a rather cold person and in Lilith's eyes, rather heartless. She swallowed and wiped her eyes again, taking a couple of deep breaths before trying to speak again. "I got a letter two weeks ago about her... passing." She said and swallowed.

"A villager h-had seen h-her get dragged off b-by Rekka... h-he f-found my sister's... bag and necklace..." She slowly spoke and took a deep breath again. "I-I'm sorry... I interrupted y-you..." She said and got up from the seat and wiped her eyes again. "I a-apologize..." she said before stepping out of the shop and heading to a nearby bench, sitting down and putting her head in her hands though she separated her fingers slightly so she could see the door to the shop if it was going to open.

Kiba watched the girl and listened to her tale, which was getting far fetched now. He watched her leave then turned to Kyle. "Rekka does not let people live, it believed to be because she protecting her identity the other reason... is more gruesome, im sure you can imagine." Kiba stands. "and beside do you think that Rekka would still be large if everyone suddenly knew her face, I mean a week ago this happens? the Rune Knight would have released a picture of her." Kiba looked at the back of the woman as she left. "things don't add up, if she wanted revenge do you think she would be quiet about asking us where Rekka is?" Kiba turns to Alexander. "let go ask her about the villager. cause im expecting a reason why we can see him." Kiba put a pile of jewels down and waited for kyle to stand.

Alexander finished his food hurriedly and listened to kiba. noticing the girl walk out obviously over come with Emotion? maybe was a bit of a shock. he looked up a plan brewing "let me go out and talk with her for a moment come out after a bit. You were a bit cold to her i will see if i can calm her. what you say does sound puzzling if lets see if where she takes it you never know we might just catch a SS cleaning up a forgotten witness." alex laughed only to cover his true thoughts "this girl's story did seem to have holes and kiba made a good point. but if it led to meeting Rekka with kiba, then maybe it wouldn't be to bad" he thought as he walked out to meet the girl seeing her on the bench just out side.

Lilith smirked as she saw the door open and Alexander walk out of the shop, the door closed behind him and Kiba was still inside, that's good, very good. As she saw him come closer she stood up and wiped her eyes again. She swallowed and looked at the door, it didn't show a sign of opening just yet so she walked up to him and showed little to no sign of sadness as she looked at him then back at the door.

She took his hand and motioned with a light nod of her head to the left to show that she wanted him to follow her that way. "Look, I don't have a whole lot of time to explain." She said and looked at him. "You can not trust Kiba, whatever he's told you is all lies, I know you probably won't believe me, but trust me, please." She said and pulled lightly in his hand and glanced towards the door again. "He's very dangerous, you think Rekka Lawless is dangerous? Wait until you hear what he has done." she said and pulled lightly in his hand again.

Hearing her words Alex was shocked he broke his hand away from her's "wait what? who are you and why should i believe a word of what you said? a minute ago you were over come with grief, now im to believe kiba is a liar and worse then a cannibal?" Alexander spoke he knew not who this girl was but was never one to be lied too "if what you say is true why would you so willingly say rekka was the one who killed you sister?" as the door behind him began to open alex snapped into a seriousness very few had ever seen and most fear, he look deep into her eyes "i want my answers but now is not the time so play out your lie and if all goes well i will hear what you say after you give me my answers otherwise i'd hate to see what a SS guild member does to those who speak of her with such false hood." alex said quickly as kiba came out of the shop to join them.

Kiba had followed Alexander to the door and stood so he could hear the conversation, using his enhanced senses. Kiba smiled the window behind them was open, *details details.* He listened to the girl claim he was the monster which cause him to almost collapse into laughter. Him a monster, it was a funny idea. "welp time to go." Kiba steps out the door and turns to the two. "Hey lets go see that villager maybe we can get a trail we can follow." Kiba smiles as he speaks. "OH! and here." kiba undoes the top of his Robes and drops them and turns to show the Guild mark of Eclipse soul. "I just wanted you to know i really am Eclipse soul." He redoes all of his clothing and steps up to the girl. "he i know i was harsh in there but... i get it i lost my family too." he offers his hand. "I'm sorry." he shot Alexander a look, one that conveyed basically *What the hell?*

Lilith looked at Alexander as he spoke to her about his plan and nodded slightly as Kiba began walking towards them. As Kiba got closer she looked at him and as he removed his clothes she raised a brow and looked at him then back at Alexander. When Kiba offered his hand she looked down at it and then back up towards him. She swallowed and looked at Alexander before turning back to Kiba. "I... appreciate your offer to help, Kiba, but... I'm afraid I'll have to decline... Alexander agreed on escorting me to the edge of the city before I leave..." She said.

"Let's go..." she said and took Alexander's hand again.

"Ma'am I think you need to tell us what guild your from." Kiba nudges Alexander and motions to the open window. "Cause im not sure your being straight with us. let me introduce myself fully then. My name is Kiba Yukiko of Eclipse soul... you may have heard of me." He smiles. "Shall we start from the top?" Kiba's getting annoyed he had caught her red handed and she kept up the game.

Alexander glanced over his shoulder at the open window "had kiba just herd everything that was just said" he thought either way alex was determined to get answers he looked around noticing the sun beginning to set time had past rather quickly "well you heard him" alex said stepping beside her his hand still in hers "i am Alexander and i am of no guild yet, but very much willing to join any that are to my liking" he said looking strait at her waiting to see how she planned to play this out. He was ready for anything and more than curios on who's side he would take if it took a turn for the worse and got physical.

Lilith tilted her head and smirked as Kiba told her to fully introduce herself and explain what guild she was from. She blinked slowly as she looked at Kiba as he said that she might have heard of him, she shook her head and looked up at Alexander as he moved and began explaining that he was actually named Alexander and that he was guildless, she had figured out the latter the moment Kaseki had spoken to him.

"Firstly, there are a few things I want to point out. 1. It's weird as hell to strip like that. 2. You think you are bigger than you are." She said and looked at Kiba then at Alexander back down at his hand which still was in hers, it felt odd to maintain physical contact like this, she couldn't really remember how long it had been since it last had been. Anyway, back to the moment, she thought. "I'm keeping my name to myself or now, but what you have to know is that I've been chased for close to twenty years for being myself, a Siren." She said and looked at Kiba then back at Alexander, she tightened her grip on Alexander's hand briefly before moving closer to him and gave him a light kiss on the cheek. "Come to Magnolia." She whispered barely loud enough so he'd be able to hear before letting his hand go and turned around.

This time she'd walk away towards the closest way to Magnolia.

Kiba watched her leave, and he let her. she though that he could not hear her last words, but at this distance it was not hard to make them out. Kiba smiled, as she left. "so she lies then expects you to follow?" Kiba turns to Kyle. "Well i gave you what i know about them. Any questions about Eclipse?" Kiba was happy the it was resolved.

Alexander watched her leave the siren was all he knew her by, and she sure made him feel as tho she really was. Once she was out of sight he turned his attention to kiba "that certainly was entertaining, but to answer your question yes. i would like to know as much as you can share of your guild" alex said sitting down on the bench "tell me the good and the bad what restrictions does your guild impose?" alex asked jokingly to lessen the tension in the air. His mind wondered only for a second "magnolia and the siren could be a great resource one day."

Kiba Laughed, he was feeling much better now that the woman had left. "Shall we return to the restaurant." Kiba motioned back to the building. "ES is filled with many people that have... given up being a dark guilder, myself included we see ourselves as redemption. not just for ourselves but anyone who ask it." Kiba started to walk back. "and i dont mean Redemption to the god, but that could be one of them, i mean redemption to ourselves, in any form." Kiba sighed. "we are a band of nutso people whom don't really care about rules others tend to place upon mages. Be yourself and support the guild and you will do just fine.

Alex stood up "by all means lead the way friend" he said with a grin, this could be the beginning of a great partnership.

Kiba Sat back down at the table. "one thing though... our guild has some bad blood with SS." Kiba smiles a little as he goes back to eating. "Which is another reason i wished to stop you." He takes a bite. "If you do join ES, it would be best if you cut ties with all SS members. it would lead to pointless bloodshed. If you decide to join SS... well i will be honest, we will meet again and that time... not a friends." Kiba looks a little downtrodden at this. "But like i said the choice is yours," Kiba finishes his meal. "Come to Karakuri City if you wish to join us... or go to Magnolia for that woman, the choice is yours. But know this she lied to us what is to stop her from doing it again?" Kiba stands and leaves, placing Jewels for some extra food on the table. "get some desert on me. and i hope to see you again." Kiba bows to the man and walks out.
