A Wizard's Grace

Kodai walks into the village known as Beanstalk. A quaint little village that had somehow had become overrun with cursed vegetation. Kodai could feel it as soon as he had entered. There was dark magic at work here. He looked around and spotted a huge patch of vegetables. He walked over to it, and in doing so, stepped over the boundaries of the village.  

Almost immediately after Kodai stepped inside the boundaries of the village, monsters popped up. He requipped his knives and prepared for combat.

'Monster Dice' :

Kodai launched himself at the Corn Demon, knives flashing.

"Damn, missed." He went at it again.

"Got it." He lunged again.

As the monster died, Kodai was attacked by two more. He switched his knives for his spear for easier combat.

'Monster Dice' :

The corn demon and tomato demon launched their attacks at Kodai, but he was already gone, leaping above their heads. When he landed, he pivoted and thrust his spear at the tomato demon.

'Damage Dice' :

Kodai hit the demon, but the corn monster immediately fired it's attack at him. He raised his spear in an effort to block the corn.

'Block Dice' :

"Ugh, that was painful." Kodai said as he launched his spear at the corn demon.
