Viola has a scar on her upper back, which is hardly ever noticeable at first glance, along with her rare white but sometimes pale blonde hair that sparkles in the moonlight.
Personality:
Growing up with few parental figures (mother, father and siblings all vanished), Viola is very exuberant, brash, inattentive, and heedless to formality or social standings. She would end or start sentences with "ya know!" when excited or frustrated, or even a bit anxious. Viola is a childish joker, who seeks attention because she was being shunned in her child-hood due to the fire-mages. They often locked her, and kept her isolated, which is why she thrives so much to become S-Rank and hopefully be respected and noticed.
She has a number of childish traits, such as being a very picky eater (she almost exclusively eats ramen & sweets), being afraid of ghosts, and carries a cute chubby pink-donut wallet which she calls "Donut-chan". Viola has a habit of giving people she meets nicknames or without appropriate honourifics, often giving them names on there personality or appearance, maybe even their magic. Viola is quick to loathe those who hurt her guild-mates, even shun them.
She can be quite perverted, often making jokes to make others uncomfortable or making comments in awkward situations. Despite these quirks, Viola is said to have a personality that brings people to her, inspiring friendship and loyalty from most of the people she meets through acts of genuine kindness and sincerity that could change a person's entire world view. Viola developed through mind and maturity of never going back on her word, putting herself through any lengths required to keeping her promise, as shown in training in Sin, when she swore that she'd come back alive for Melody, and all of her guild friends. Since Viola grew in her career as a mage, her desire to be S-Rank went from acknowledgement to a desire to help and protect the people close to her.
According to Melody, Viola learns through her body, as she is relatively naive, simple, and slow to understand principle or other situations, often requiring an oversimplified analogy in order to grasp the concept of what is being explained to her, something she has grown more willing to admit. Viola responds best to competition, using it as an additional drive to learn new techniques, though she doesn't hesitate to ask if she needs it, but never asks for help. However, despite her naiveness, Viola can be quite observant picking up on things others miss and can retain information casually gathered through conversation, even sensing things quicker than most due to her naturally fast reflexes.
In battle, Viola has shown to be calm and collected most of the times, but she can get frustrated when she is unable to defeat her opponent. She can also be a quick thinker, making up strategies on the fly or inventive use of her techniques to catch her opponents off guard during the fight, though she can get overexcited and forget some concepts or weaknesses that she herself noted beforehand. Viola is not shown to be good with hiding herself, or even landing a sneak attack on the opponent, she feels like she must have the first hit, no matter what the plan may be.

Ramen & Sweets~
Though Viola has a liking to mostly everything that is food, she is a very picky eater when it comes to ramen and sweets. Growing up in a guild where most members often made cookies or even donuts, eventually caused her to have a sweet tooth. In fact, she won't eat any sweets unless its made from either Kyll or Katherine, or made the way they make it. Besides ramen, Viola will only eats it plain, loathing anything that is put on top.
Melody~
She is her closest friend, and the only one so far that knows so much about her. The two have an inseparable bond, which has proven not to be broken on many jobs. Though the two often throw insults at one another, they care for each-other deeply, including Viola. She often worries when her friend goes off on her own, thinking of the possible dangers that could happen to a fox her size.
Small Animals~
Viola has a connection with all animals, but, for some reason, small animals in her eyes have always been so cute. At times, Viola will often pick up somebody's exceed or pet, rubbing them up against her cheek and cheering "kawaii!". Although this will prove annoying to most animals, she has a deep care for them, and will often be seen either spoiling them rotten.

Fresh Vegetables~
They taste sour in her mouth, and she absolutely loathes them. Viola knows eating healthy is the key to staying strong, but, she just can't force herself to eat them. So, sneaking fresh vegetables into her meal will not end in such a good way.
Ghosts~
Sure, ghosts that she knows that show signs of kindness or love don't send her off on the edge, but, others, oh boy do they ever. Even the sight of a ghost will immediately cause her to start crying comically, or just run away without a delay. She's never been one to handle demon, ghost or anything do to with spirits so well.
Birds~
They've always hated her, and she's always hated them. In fact, often when she attempted to help a wounded bird, or even communicate with one, they would with-out a delay brawl their claws into her face and fly off.
Motivations:
Protecting Her Guild~
Viola used to have a strong motivation to become S-Rank, not that she doesn't still want too, but she's found over time that protecting her friends/guild is what is more important. Often, she thinks to herself that if she had to be weak to protect the ones she loved, she would throw away her dream of becoming S-Rank just for that purpose.
Kurama~
He is the demon inside of the Hokage she is usually seen wearing, and though she is unaware of his presence at this moment, further on in time, she will have a powerful motivation to form a friendship with the fox like demon. And, although it may take time, Viola believes that the two of them will get there one day, making Kurama believe that there is truly love in this world.
Not Failing & Not Giving Up~
When it comes to battle, Viola will push herself hard. She believes failing herself will make her look weak, and useless, causing others to lose their admiration or respect for her. Although Viola may fail on many occasions, she will keep trying again and again until she reaches what she's reaching for.
Fears:
Zeref~
She doesn't know where he is, and when he'll come back, all she knows, is that he is never up to any good. Of course, he was the one responsible for the war between dragon and humans, and for the reason why she became human in the first place. For some reason, she fears him more than she loathes him.
Isolation~
Viola was often left alone, tortured in the darkness and tormented with often staring at blank walls for about five years. Being alone, or in such a place similar to the hell she endured will cause her to go insane with fear, or start randomly crying.
Death~
Everybody fears the end, especially Viola. Even after living for about 400 years, she thinks that her life hasn't even started. And of course, it's only natural for her to feel that way. She had her memories taken from her multiple times, and was even put into slumber for about 300 years. But, besides her death, she fears the death of others as well.
