Description:
"Chinese Dragons are a special type of dragon that is so rare to the point where you would never ever see one... ever. They are said to be the ruler of the weather and water, giving the user of the Chinese Dragon Slayer Lacrima the ability to control weather and water related magic. They can consume once a thread but they can eat any of the these three things: water, lightning, cloud. They are well known for their sharp golden talons which are said to have the powers of the heavens. The Chinese Dragon is one of the ultimate offensive magics available, allowing you to utilize the weather. The wielder of this magic will surely be dubbed the Emperor Of The Sky!"
This is a Lost Magic that incorporates the element of lightning and water into the user's body, allowing them to produce blue lightning from various parts of their body, which is mostly used for offensive purposes. However with the their ability to create,generate, and manipulate water near them, there are a wide range of supportive and defensive capabilities as well. Such distinctive "blue lightning" possesses high voltage and great destructive power, and, much like that employed in standard Lightning Magic, can be generated in places away from the caster. The user is also granted the signature ability of the Slayer line to eat external sources of their elements to heal themselves and regain power, thus making them practically immune to lightning, water, or clouds. The user can not only generate lightning, clouds or water from their body, but also make it appear from almost anywhere to strike their opponents, taking them by surprise. By generating electricity on different parts of their body, they are capable of making their attacks in melee deadlier, and of propelling themselves around to gain extra momentum.
Jubei is an incredibly powerful Martial artist, born from a legendary clan whoms power goes unquestioned. He applies his magic to his physical capabilities to increase their potency. He trained his "talons" to rip flesh from bone as if it were nothing. Capable of utilizing lightning, water, or clouds for his spells. However the true destructive power of the magic comes out when these elements are combined. Or utilized strategically to induce specific status effects on his targets.
Strengths:
-Elemental Advantage:
Being able to produce Water, Lightning, and Clouds the user has advantages over a lot of other elements. Water gaining him the advantage over Fire and acid. Then lightning over water, metal and wood elements. Unless the target is utilizing completely dry wood, the remaining water and sap within the wood explodes upon the lightning striking the wood. The user is capable of ingesting any of these three elements of the weather in order to regain energy, once per thread. Any spell using multiple elements, cannot be consumed from other slayers, unless they also can consume the weather. User is capable of creating, generating, and manipulating these 3 respective elements any where from their body.
-Versatility:
The user himself is a master of physical combat, coming from the Mutsu clan. On top of that his magic grants him a plethora of uses, that could strengthen himself physically. However what is truly amazing, is all 3 elements don't just provide amazing offensive capabilities, but powerful defensive and supportive abilities as well. His Lightning travels in a straight line, yet when combined with the fluid movement of water, can cause for powerful flexible combinations.
-Lightning Speed:
User's lightning magic is so powerful that it causes the users' movement speed and melee strikes to move at an incredibly fast rate.
Weaknesses:
-Vehicles:
User has motion sickness, and cannot stand traveling in vehicles.
-Self-Sufficient:
Although user can ingest either clouds,lightning, or water to recover energy, he cannot eat his own spells.
-Earth Element:
The users who utilize the element of earth, are very well protected from two elements the user wields. Both his water and lightning based spells will deal 25% less damage to all earth based beings of equal or higher rank to the spell cast.
-God/Demon slayers:
Although user can eat his 3 respective elements as nourishment, he cannot eat them from a god or demon slayer.
-Healing:
User' status effects can be removed from basic healing spells of equal or greater value, than electric spell that caused the effect.
-Paralysis:
The paralysis effects from the user's lightning spells does not stack, and has a cool down of 3 post, before target can be affected once again.

Description:
Long ago, there was a single child who was chosen to become the next leader of the Matsu clan. Although the clan was minuscule in number, their strength could shake the very heavens. They were the most feared clan in all the land. However a child was born, baring the greatest level of aptitude for the art, any one had ever seen. This child was Jubei and his prowess in combat was the stuff of legends. Once he turned 17, his father presented him as the Commander of the Dònglì Army. He lead the tiny squadron of soldiers into countless battles and always returned victorious. His father eventually would name him his predecessor, awarding him a powerful Lacrima. "Chinese Dragon Slayer Lacrima" was gifted unto the small kingdom for payment for their role in a previous war. Jubei's father, Yakumo, had the lacrima placed inside of the future king's body, granting him incredible power. Unfortunately, Jubei's child hood friend, and lover fell grievously ill when he was only 23.
Yoru was gravely ill, and no doctor or holy mage near could cure her. Soon word came to Jubei of a powerful Witch doctor who lived in a nearby marshland. He went on a hunt to find this powerful woman, and after five nights he came upon her hut. Unbeknown to Jubei, this was a plan concocted by this exact Witch Doctor, Nyx'kish. She had performed a ceremony on him, after lying to the commander that it would completely heal the woman he loved. Instantly he was transformed into his prepubescent child state. Becoming once again, a 12 year old child. The young commander was then blasted in a perfect sphere of energy that sent him soaring through the skies. This continued for 2 days and 2 nights,before he crash landed on an island he never been before .
Passive Abilities:
- User receives a +20% boost to all physical strikes.
- User's max hp and mp is increased by 10% from deep meditation over the years.
- Incredibly agile and swift. User has spent over a century developing his movement speed. He has a passive movement speed boost of 25%.
Active Ability:
Apocalyptic Storm:
Jubei places his hands in front of him, palms facing upwards. Upon doing so, user begins to release a tiny layer of water coating his skin. Immediately after an incredibly powerful bolt of electricity erupts from his core. This electricity then ignites and surges through the water and the user, as it sends out sparks and streams of electricity 2 meters of the user in all directions. The electricity coating on user grants a magical damage increase to all user's spells by 25%. The electrical currents constantly enveloping the user, nullifies a large portion of magic damage that is cast on the user. All magic spells that damage the user of equal or lower rank is reduced by 25% in damage. All spells 1 rank above user is reduced by 10% in damage, and all spells more than 1 rank lower than user have their damage reduced by 50%. This coating is a mixture of all the user's elements and cannot be consumed by a slayer, unless they also utilize both water and lightning.
Usage:
User only has 1 active ability. Jubei is capable of activating Apocalyptic storm once per thread, and not while in dragon force. The ability will last a total of 3 posts, and no damage will be reduced from spells over 1 rank above user.

Enhanced Physical stats:
The user is granted increased physical damage, speed, and durability. All three stats are increased by 30%. This increase affects user's base stats, and not other boost from other sources.
Elemental Resistance:
User has a strong resistance to the elements he controls; water, cloud and lightning.- resistance chart:

Dragon Slayer:
User's spells deal double damage to dragons, wyverns, and reptiles including all hybrids.
Dragon Force:
User is capable of entering the fabled Dragon force mode upon consuming enough of any of his 3 elements; Lightning, water, or clouds.- Dragon force:
Second Gen. Dragon Slayers have obtained the magic through a Lacrima produced from the Great Dragon of their respective element.
Dragon Force: Can only be activated by consuming an enormous amount of its own pure element, at least 25% of your own element once every post for 5 posts in a row must be consumed in order to be able to active it.
Dragon Force highly increases the power of the Dragon Slayer's magic, physical endurance, speed, and strength. (Dragon Skin: Body is covered in scales of their respective element) It puts all stats into the next range on the character scaling.
The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%.
In Dragon Force, the Slayer gains an aura of their element that engulfs their body. Physical attacks deal status effects from their respective element. ( Frostbite, Burn, Poison, etc. )
During Dragon Force the Slayer does not lose any mp from casting spells, but after it wears off is left with 5% mp.
Lasts 7 posts.
Unique Abilities:
Lightning Reaction:
Due to the electricity that constantly circulates through the user's body, it boosts their ability to respond to attacks and traps. This effects their ability to react and notice danger, but not actually movement or dodging speed.
Weather Guru:
User's body has grown accustomed to constant changes in atmospheric pressure, due to the nature of his magic. The constant storms and built up pressure in atmosphere have given him a small resistance to the effects of gravity. All gravity spells of equal or lower rank than user that produce a de buff on user, the effects are reduced by 25%.(All damage is still dealt.)
Elemental Recovery:
The user's elements are constantly healing him at a consistent rate. The water circulating within him, has purifying qualities which help heal any damage inside the users body or outside. However this water is filled with electrical pulses that speed this recovery, and actually enhances its ability. The user naturally recovers 3% HP every post inside of combat, and 6% while outside of battle.
Rejuvenation:
The purifying quality of the water circulating inside of the user's body is constantly pulling in positive energy, and rebuking negative energy. This causes user to regain his 10% mana every 4 post, as opposed to 5.
- Status Effects:
- Drenched:
All water spells cast by user will cause all targets of equal or lower rank than spell to become soaked wet with water. This drenched status effect lasts for 2 posts, unless dried off from a heat based spell of equal or greater rank. If user is hit by any source of electricity while in this state, they are dealt an additional +25% spell ranked based damage. They also receive double the duration of Paralysis.
- Paralysis:
Effect is caused from the target being hit with an electrical based spell, sending the electricity into the target. The foe's electrical impulses are forced into a chaotic state of being. This causes the user's muscles to contract and in turn reduces their movement speed, or can even stun them completely. All targets who have a form of lightning resistance and is equal or higher rank than spell used, they are immune to the Paralysis status effect.
Target is 1 rank higher than spell - 10% speed reduction for 2 posts.
Target is Equal rank to spell - 20% speed reduction for 2 posts.
Target is 1 rank lower than spell- 50% speed reduction for 2 posts.
Target is 2 ranks lower than spell- Target is paralyzed for 1 post, and gains a speed reduction of 50% for 2 post after.
Target 3 ranks below spell- Target is paralyzed for 2 posts, and receives a 50% speed reduction for 2 post after.

Description: Jubei will place both hands directly in front of him and create a thick cloud in front of him. The cloud is infused with his lightning and water magic, helping to compact it, and grant it a speed boost. The nimbus cloud is 3 meters in diameter, and will fit up to 5 people on to it. The cloud allows for the user to fly about swiftly, and stealthy making no noise. The cloud can be used for combat if the user wishes.
Strengths:
-Large cloud, capable of transporting user and his allies
-Nimbus cloud is a spell, and a intimate form of magic from the user. It does not count as a vehicle, and therefore does not provide motion sickness to any slayers who ride.
-Nimbus cloud is a very stealth vehicle, as it can reach extreme heights, and move completely soundless.
Weaknesses:
-Nimbus cloud will deal lightning D rank damage to any water based users flying aboard.
-Nimbus cloud is susceptible to damage, only needing 2xD ranked spells to destroy.
-If nimbus is destroyed while being used, user and allies will fall to the ground.
-Is not subtle or stealthy, unless used before opponents see you.

Description: User begins to circulate the powerful water magic in his body, and absorbing in pure water from the atmosphere. The user in turn is able to reduce the cool down of any weather spell of D or C rank by 2 posts, B ranked spells will be reduced by 1.
Strengths:
-Allows for user to gain a specific spell needed, faster.
-Shortens longer cool downs
-Increases user's flexibility in combat.
Weaknesses:
-Does not reduce cool down on secondary skill set.
-Does not reduce cool down on pet, item, weapon, or armor abilities.
-Cannot be used to make a spell instant cast.
-User must use during same post of spell he wishes to reduce the cool down for, forcing him to plan ahead.

Description: Jubei will place his hands to his side, as his entire body emits a cloud that is thick and about 4 meters in diameter. The cloud will begin to dissipate, turning more into a thick fog before going away. It does all of this within a 5 second time frame. However, after the user first creates the thick fog surrounding himself within 2 seconds, he also creates a clone of himself. The clone is made completely of cloud, and remains stationary in the same position the user was just standing in. Spell allows the user to attempt to either run, or relocate himself to plan a counter attack.
Strengths:
-User coats his feet in cloud, as well as his body, granting him a muffled movement buff for entire post. Causing his movements to be soundless
-User creates a cloud clone, causing a wonderful distraction to his opponent. The clone looks nearly identical to the user.
-User creates a thick screen of cloud, allowing for him to plot and think of a counter. Or possibly use this ability to escape a dangerous situation.
Weaknesses:
-All targets of high rank, will not be affected by muffled movement, and will still hear user.
-Cloud clone is destroyed after taking a single D ranked strike or spell.
-Foe's can attack clone, before spell is over and realize it was not the user, which ruins the surprise and counter ability.
-Any targets outside of 4 meters, could possibly see user running out of the cloud screen.

Description: Jubei will place his one hand in front of him, and cause 3 spheres of blue water to appear in front of his palm. They are about the size of a large grape fruit each. Jubei then sends these orbs speeding off to three different targets. Each sphere does .5D ranked water damage unto the opponent. Jubei is capable of combining all the spheres to target a single opponent. If so the damage is compiled together, and if the target is equal to the rank of this spell, they are given the status effect of being "Drenched". Each sphere moves at a speed of 10 m/s and can reach a max of 25 meters.
Strengths:
-Allows user to attack 3 different targets at once dealing .5 D ranked water damage.
-User is capable of combining each orb to create a stronger orb for a single target dealing 1.5 D rank damage total.
-User is capable of soaking an opponent in water, causing his electrical attacks to deal more damage.
Weaknesses:
-Water spheres only travel in a straight line, and is easy for opponents to avoid.
-Target must be a D ranked mage in order to become "Drenched".
-If targets are outside of 25 meters, they will be unharmed as orb will burst and deal no damage upon reaching its max length.
-Ice based spells can freeze orbs.

Description: The user places his hands forward, and extend out a sticky blue substance that bolts out of his hand. It will attach itself unto the shoes of his intended ally. The user can apply this buff on up to two different allies, and it will last them for 2 post. The sparks on their shoes increases the momentum of their movement speed. Granting them a temporary +15% movement speed buff.
Strengths:
-User can grant buff on up to two allies, lasting them for 2 post each.
-User gain a +15% speed buff for duration.
-Allows users to run on the side of steel or metal buildings, granting a magnetic charge.
Weaknesses:
-Doesn't benefit user at all, and is only for his comrades.
-If user is soloing, or even only has one ally. It will either completely nullify this spell, or only utilize half its full potential.
-Can be removed by speed debuff spells.
-Not many building or places are built from metal, and utilize wood or stone instead.

Description: Jubei will begin to summon forth a heavy amount of blue lightning into his palm. After doing so, he will extend his hand, as if in a punching motion. Doing so causes the bolt to expended from user, and lands 3 meters in front of him. The bolt separates into two blue bolts of lightning that are constantly sparking aggressively. The orbs upon being pushed out and separated, will begin to charge towards their targets. The orbs are roughly hare shaped figures roughly 1 foot in height, and 3 feet in length. These two hare shaped orbs then swiftly charge, and move as lightning would move towards their targets. They move up to a distance of 20 meters, but travel at 15 mps. Each bunny will deal .5D ranked damage.
Strengths:
-User can either attack 2 targets or one.
-Hares travel at lightning fast speeds.
-Hares are capable of causing paralysis status effect onto targets.
Weaknesses:
-Hares travel in a direct line to target, causing them to become avoidable.
-Ranged ability, and anyone out side of 20 meters, will be unaffected.
-Paralysis doesn't affect any users B rank or higher.
-Cannot be used in close combat, as target must be at least 3 meters from user to receive damage.

Description: Jubei will cause his entire being to become a pure combination of all his elements combined, although still retaining the exact shape of his physical body. During this moment, the user is able to phase through and avoid the damage from any single target C ranked spell. Jubei is also capable of continuing forward, and passing through his foe. Upon doing so, they are dealt D rank lightning damage. If the user did pass through his target, they will also be effected by a paralysis status effect.
Strengths:
-Upon entering this state of being, the user is able to phase through any C rank or lower ranked spells or attacks.
-Will deal D ranked damage to his target, if he phased through them as well.
-Spell is capable of inducing a paralysis status effect on target, if user passed through them in this state.
Weaknesses:
-Wind spell of equal or greater rank will knock user out of this spell, and back into his actual body.
-Long range fighters can avoid user passing through them.
-User is not able to phase through B rank or higher spells.
-Paralysis doesn't effect user nor will they receive the B rank damage unless user passes through them as well.
-Paralysis will not effect users A rank or above.

Description: Jubei will form a stance, that resembles a baseball pitcher about to throw the ball. He has one foot in front of the other. He motions reaching one arm behind him. Simultaneously as he pulls his arm behind, a bolt of blue lightning erupts from the users hand, sparking in all directions before calming down. Once the bolt calms, it forms the shape of a long and thick spear. The user focuses on a single target and launches the spear with all his might. The spear will travel at speeds of 20 mps, and will reach up to 30 meters away from user.
Strengths:
-Sends a powerful bolt of lightning to the target dealing C ranked lightning damage upon impact.
-Lightning spear travels at incredibly fast speeds.
-Lightning spear is capable of causing a state of paralysis onto user' target upon impact.
Weaknesses:
-Spear travel in a direct line to target, allowing it to be avoidable by a quick enough maneuver.
-Ranged ability, and anyone out side of 30 meters, will be unaffected.
-Paralysis doesn't affect any users A rank or higher.
-Cannot be used in close combat, as target must be at least 3 meters from user for him to throw at his foe.

Description: Jubei is capable of sending minor electrical impulses into his nervous system, he is capable of shutting down his sensation and feelings of pain. User is capable of withstanding any form of pain that is dealt to him, regardless of physical, magical or a status effect. Allows the user to avoid all painful feelings, and in turn grants a higher level of endurance for the duration of spell.
Strengths:
-Spell is used to nullify the user's sensations to pain.
-User is able to mentally push forward in battle, ignoring any pain or weakness that would stop him from continuing to fight.
-Can be used to psych out opponents, who have been in battle with user and believes him to be tired. Yet he shows an aura of no pain, causing them to slightly lose their motivation in battle.
Weaknesses:
-Used to nullify user's feeling of pain. However user's body still absorbs damage from attacks or spells.
-Does nothing to effect the morality of other players or a boss. Only affects weak-strong level targets.
-The user will ignore the pain from all status effects causing pain, yet not the status effects themselves. Say for example he receives a cold status effect lowering the user's speed. His speed would still be lowered, although he wouldn't feel the cold.
-Once the Spell ends, the user will feel a painful sensation, equal to all the pain he acquired during the duration of spell. Possibly causing an overload of pain. If user was drained for over 50% his hp during duration, he will be knocked unconscious after duration ends.

Description: User will place both hands above his head, this causes a massive and heavy rain cloud to form 20 meters above his head. This cloud reaches up to 25 meters in diameter around the user, and is a direct reflection of the user's heart. The rain cloud begins to start showering on the battlefield, causing all the wounds of allies to be healed by 1 D rank worth of damage, affecting only those whom the user considers to be his allies. This healing rain will also remove all status effects of equal rank as spell. All C or lower ranked users who are caught in the rain, will receive a "Drenched" status effect.
Strengths:
-The rain will heal 1 D-rank worth of damage to all allies caught in rain.
-Rain will remove all C-rank or lower debuffs from allies that are in it
-All C ranked or lower opponents will become "Drenched".
Weaknesses:
-Cannot reflect spells higher than C rank
-Works only on single target ranged spells, not aoe.
-No guarantee the foe will get hit with their own spell.
-Will end prematurely if the wielder reflects back a spell before duration is up.
-Could possibly end before use is able to utilize its reflective capabilities.

"Tired souls, and defeated hearts, hear my call!"
Description: Jubei will begin by raising one hand above his head. He focuses his energy into palm while reading the incantation above, and causes a small bolt of blue lightning to appear in a flash, and then forms a blue seal roughly 3 feet in diameter above him. This seal will then separate into bolts of lightning that flash towards their targets. The user is able to affect up to 1 ally within a 7 meter range. The chosen comrade, and the user himself, will deal an additional D rank of damage for each successful spell, that is cast on an enemy for the next 2 post.
Strengths:
-Grants up to 3 allies within 7 meters of user the passive boost in magical damage. All magic spells will deal an additional D rank in damage.
- Not only does this spell boost their magical damage output, but also grants all user's a boost in moral and increase their will in battle. Spell will negate any demoralizing effects of equal or lower rank.
-This spell, also causes all magic spells cast by user to deal an additional D rank in damage for 3 post.
Weaknesses:
-All users must remain within 7 meters of the user, or the effects will fade.
-If an ally leaves the 7 meter range, and then re-enters it, they will not regain the boost. Its gone until user casts again.
-This spell must connect with ally once the seal is separated from user, and it travels in a straight line. Cannot travel through walls or other impediments.
-User is required to chant the incantation in order to cast spell, causing enemies to be alerted to his position and his next spell.

Description: Jubei will use a small bit of focus into a direction he wishes to move in, and take a step as if walking there. The moment he steps in that direction, the user is transformed into a into a bolt of electricity that travels at lightning fast speed of 3500 mps. The user will move up to 7 meters in that direction. The user can utilize the momentum from this quick burst, to increase the physical damage of his next strike.
Strengths:
-User will deal an additional 50% spell rank physical damage on next melee attack.
-Jubei is transformed into a bolt of electricity, and moves at the speed of lightning. This allows for different offensive, and evasive capabilities. The speed also makes it nearly impossible to catch user.
-The bolt of can be used to travel in the air to a target.
Weaknesses:
-User is only capable of moving in a straight line as a bolt of electricity.
-User will have a hard tome utilizing this spell in confined space, nearly making it futile.
-If user collides into a solid surface, they are dealt damage equal to rank of spell.
-The increased damage is for the next basic physical attack from user's hands or weapon. This does not count for magical physical spells. User cannot use this to combine with a spell to make it deal additional damage.
