Getting Rid of the Pesky Blockade (Job/Private) [Lance] Empty Getting Rid of the Pesky Blockade (Job/Private) [Lance]

Akame was so excited after completing one job to start another. Sure, the first job had really caused her to have a temper tantrum, though after awhile, she had cooled down from it all, and realized the new environment she lived in. It was a strange environment that she would have to embrace. The world of magic sure was strange, and ordinary civilians always entrusted Mages to do their dirty work for them. Some Mages often chose to willingly turn themselves into tools for these civilians, whereas others just did the missions for the greater good. Akame was one who represented the second option: promoting her own form of "justice". Akame had learned a lot about pests during this time, and how justice was defined in endless ways by people with various personas. Even the dark found that they held their own sort of "justice", which pained Akame to no end. Why couldn't everyone- or even the strongest of each group- just gather up in one place, and make an overall, bold Fiore definition of justice, itself. This was the ultimate issue that divided the darkness from the light in this world- and even then, what was darkness, and what is light?

Akame had to at least get a clue in this next mission, for it seemed there were even pests in this new town Akame had yet to discover: Clover Town. Akame had taken another job sheet off of Sabertooth's board, inspired by the previous mission to take the one most appealing to her. She needed to start off easy with just a few monsters, for she didn't want to risk endangering herself, just yet. No, she at least had to test out her skills with ease, and annihilate the weakest amongst the dark in Fiore: Vulcans. On the contrary, it wasn't just Akame alone that would be completing this mission. It seemed there was another assigned to Akame regarding the completion of this mission. "Lance...Knighthunter..." Akame read, "Seems like an interesting individual." Akame dug into her pocket, and pulled out a piece of paper. She wrote Lance's name on it to remember, then slid the piece of paper back into her right pocket. She then dug into her left pocket, where the official profile of Lance lied. "Fairy Tail...Magnolia Town..." Akame confirmed. It seemed there were many more places than the one Akame had earned- Earthland- to visit, for Akame couldn't just stick to Sabertooth, her guild. That would make her slightly anti-social, wouldn't it. However, Akame still contained discomfort towards men, though that was slowly healing after her second encounter in Sabertooth. At the time, however, Akame stood miles away from the scene, only able to see the giant Vulcans that seemed to stand in the town's way. With a great dash, Akame leapt to the scene, despite the absence of Lance, thus far.

"Akame Seito...your saviour..." Akame greeted, a small grin rested upon her face, her sword prepared to be unsheathed.

    Job Details :

Lance walked through the shadows of Clover town and following someone that he presumed to be his partner for the job he took. He was fin around woman really but he wanted to make sure this girl that he was paired with was a good person. He stared at the paper he had written her name down on and smiled "Alright..." he muttered and he walked back into the shadows and followed her quietly. He was impressed by her agility and that was when he realized that this was the first job without a guildmate he did. When she landed she introduced herself as Akame Seito and said that she was their savior.

Hearing her name, he smiled and walked out of the shadows with a slow but loud clap "Our Savior here to save the day! What ever will we do without Akame!" he said in a sarcastic tone as he let out a laugh and held his hand out for her to shake. "My names Lance Knighthunter." he said with a change of tone that was now soft and with a warm smile "Its nice to meet you partner!" He was wearing a black Te-shirt with a black coat and some jeans on. His eyes shone golden in the sun light and his hand went down to his waist and showed that he hadn't cut it for a long time.

Akame hissed at Lance the moment she saw him joke around about her previous statement. "I try to look cool for a second, and this is what happens..." Akame thought aloud, "Nice to meet you, Lance, but please, don't call me partner. We just met, after all." Akame ended the introductory there, and proceeded to the Vulcans. No, she was not going to fight them just yet, but rather converse with them. Akame knew Vulcans quite well, anyways, and understood that they could speak the same language she could. "What exactly do you think you're doing to this train station?" Akame questioned. The Vulcans turned to her and started to laugh maniacally. "Are you blind? We're trying to block this train station off, of course. Every train comes across here, and eventually, trains from other towns will attempt to stop here. Unfortunately, none of the other trains will suspect this train to be delayed, and so there will most likely be a crash in the making. Akame clinched her teeth at this point, her hand placed upon the handle of Antei: her legendary sword.

"Listen up, idiots." Akame commented, "I realize how much suffering you wish to cause upon this town, but us Legal Mages don't allow that. Therefore, we shall settle this with a brawl. Winner gets to manage the train station." Akame's comment was more like a command at this point, for the fight she imagined would be inevitable. Whether or not these Vulcans planned to move was their choice; Akame still planned to slice them into bits, anyway. A slight grin appeared on her face as she readied herself in a fighting stance. This was her first brawl in an official mission, and she wished to conquer it with all her might. However, Akame didn't want to get too excited, for emotion often led to defeat in most cases- selfish emotions, at least. The power of emotions was ultimately the tool that broke any wall, which is exactly what Akame planned to use against these Vulcans. Akame looked over to Lance for a brief second and asked "Are you ready?" A bright smile appeared in this brief second before Akame turned back. "What you're about to experience will be a fight you won't even remember. You'll be dealt with by the Magic Council, and won't even recall what'd hit you before losing conscious, and so I ask you two: are you ready?" Akame gave this remark with a smirk written upon her face. Lance was going to be the first to see Akame's magic publicly, while at the same time, Akame was excited to see Lance's magic work with hers, simultaneously.

Lance laughed and nodded his head towards Akami "No need to be so mad at me..." he said before letting her talk to the Vulcans for a bit. She seemed quite serious about beating them and it put a smile on Lance face "I haven't had a serious fight in a long time..." he muttered as he clenched his fists. When Akami asked him if he was ready he thought for a second "Hell yeah!" he said as he looked at the Vulcans "Listen, I have somewhere to be after this so I am planning on finishing up here quickly. One of us will win and One of us will lose... and just so we make this clear, a Fairy Never loses..." he told them with an evil grin on his face as he thought of what spell he wanted to ended them with "Akami you make the first move and I will follow up." he said as he kept thinking.

He knew many spells but he wanted to finish them off with style so he would have to choose his spells wisely. He would let her have the first move so he could see what her magic is and how he could work with it.

Akame overheard Lance as a smile appeared on her face. It seemed this would be a fight for the ages, as neither of the two had fought for awhile. Lance seemed so hyped for this mission, which only made Akame's day brighter. She readied her sword, a light swing causing an eruption of lightning to strike behind the Vulcans. "The brawl begins!" Akame cheered, rushing straight towards the Vulcans. She readied her sword in firm grasp, reading the wind and gaining a sense of direction. The Vulcans attempted to attack by crushing their fists against the ground, hoping to splatter Akame. However, with swift movements, Akame not only evaded their assaults, but used their gigantic arms as ladders to run up, then swing her sword against their necks, lightning striking the ground as her sword continued to strike. Blood dripped from the Vulcan's neck, though for some odd reason, it quickly healed. "So this your power, huh?" Akame commented silently as she jumped off the Vulcan's neck, and onto the ground's surface, once more.

"Lance, your turn to strike. Remember brutal damage is required to keep these Vulcans down." Akame remarked. The fight was just beginning, and already, Akame had taken into account a strange power these Vulcans possessed. Perhaps it was the reason these Vulcans managed to sustain their ground upon this Train Station for so long. She looked around the Vulcans and saw that even the most powerful were frightened to the core. Albeit, while Akame noticed the wound in the two Vulcans heal so quickly from her "Ryukogeki" technique, it seemed a scar was still left over, and the Vulcan was still in pain, despite the absence of the once-present cut in the neck. As she figured this out, it seemed she and her partner had an advantage already.

The Ryukogeki technique- A technique fast enough for a sword's strike to hit one Vulcan, then have the same impact dealt to another. This was a signature move Akame had learnt by guiding herself with the wind.
