Magic
Primary Magic: Queen of Oddities ~ Vampirism
Secondary Magic:
Caster or Holder: Not technically Magic
Description: Priscilla, having lived for over 500 years due to her vampirism, has had her vampiric powers grow exponentially. While it could be argued that Priscilla's powers are "magical", they do not use magic energy in the slightest. Priscilla doesn't have a particular source of power like magic energy or blood, and instead simply has a direct connection to the world around her that allows her to use her powers without needing a second source. Instead of using MP, she uses her own energy which has the same cost as normal spells (I.E. if she's B-Rank, then B-Rank spells cost 15% energy since she doesn't use MP). Her "spells" are more just vampiric powers or buffs that she has always been able to use. However, due to "recent" events, Priscilla was thrown into a weakened state and was unable to use most of her powers. As of late, she has been regaining said powers, and is once again rising to the state of power she was once at.
Priscilla doesn't NEED to suck blood on a regular basis, and she has made it known that she doesn't do that often. The reasoning for this is because she can turn others into her "servants" by doing so, whether she wants to or not. Any person she turns into a vampire also becomes her vampire servant. Their power dwindles when too far away from her, and under extreme circumstances, they can become creatures called Jiangshi. These creatures are hell bent on nothing but destruction, and is why Priscilla doesn't make people her servants. She's seen what they do, and she doesn't like it. By making someone her servant, she takes the risk of starting a zombie apocalypse sort of scenario. Due to time travel being a thing, Priscilla has seen a different route in time where the present was destroyed because she failed to control her servants who went around and sucked the blood of everyone in sight, turning them into vampires. After that, the problem only grew exponentially in size, and it became uncontrollable. Some time later, she came back to this route in time and hasn't left since. The only thing that Priscilla can technically turn into Jiangshi are non-Oddities.
Oddities are creatures that are generally classified as supernatural. Things like vampires, demons, werewolves, gods and the such are all classified as "Oddities". As such, Priscilla can drink their blood (if they have any) to convert it into energy, but she cannot turn them into vampires or Jiangshi. Usually, Oddities are creatures often referred to in myths and legends, and only in some cases do they exist. Priscilla herself is an oddity, and as such, is not human. Technically she is a vampire, which is a classification of oddity, but she often refers to herself as an Oddity as opposed to just a vampire. To her, being a vampire means less than being an Oddity so she hardly refers to herself as such. In turn, she will refer to other supernatural beings as Oddities as well, often confusing them and forcing her to explain.
As a Vampire, a human usually depicted as having the ability to drink blood in return for immortality, Priscilla can gain mutated powers based on who's blood she drinks. If she were to drink the blood of a god, she could gain godlike powers in return. Same if she drank the blood of a dragon. This is because when she drinks the blood of someone, she turns it into energy that is then stored inside of her for future use. Said energy can alter some of her traits or abilities so she can gain new ones in turn. This does not mean she can copy other powers entirely simply by drinking someone's blood, but rather that she isn't totally limited to just vampire powers as a result.

Strengths:
- Overwhelming Physique: Priscilla's physical powers are meant to overpower all others, although that doesn't always happen. It makes up for her lack of using actual magic.
- Heightened Senses: As a Vampire, Priscilla's senses are heightened extraordinarily, to the point where she can pick up on the slightest movements, sounds, sights, or anything with ease.
- Enhanced Regeneration: Vampires have the natural ability to regenerate wounds, although in some cases this doesn't apply to things like organs or the like. For Priscilla, she can regenerate anything with no restrictions other than the speed in which she regenerates.
Weaknesses:
- Sunlight: As Priscilla is one of the more powerful Vampires, she does not perish in sunlight. No, she just gets sunburnt instead and has somewhat lessened power.
- Light Magic: Priscilla takes an extra 20% damage from all Light Magic due to her natural weakness to it as a Vampire.
- Infamy: Vampires are naturally infamous creatures, and as such, Priscilla is often discriminated against for being one.
- Jiangshi: As stated before, Priscilla can create servant vampires by sucking the blood of any non-Oddity with the risk of them becoming defective if Priscilla can't maintain them. Jiangshi often go berserk and brutally slaughter every living thing they see, and Priscilla is technically the one responsible for them. Once someone becomes a Jiangshi, it's nigh impossible to turn them back.
Abilities/Powers:
- Heightened Senses: Priscilla's senses are 5x better than the average human's, although she can lower certain ones so her ears aren't hurt by loud noises, or her eyes don't get strained from trying to see something too small.
- Powerful Physique: As a result of her Vampiric nature, Priscilla works with 30% extra physical strength, endurance, and reflexes at D-Rank. Every rank up after that gets her another 15%.
- Chart of Increased Physique:
D-Rank: 115%
C-Rank: 130%
B-Rank: 145%
A-Rank: 160%
S-Rank: 175%
- Immortality: Priscilla is naturally unkillable. At all. She can take bullets to the brain and she won't die. However, this does not mean she doesn't feel pain. Having lived for over 500 years has given her extreme tolerance for all sources of pain, but she still finds it very irritable. Not only that, but she can survive fatal wounds without a problem. The issue is that her body can still be restricted, at times.
- Signature Spells:
Name: Blood Channeling
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Description: Priscilla channels her blood into her right arm via sheer willpower and gains an extra 30% strength in that arm. At the same time, her arm turns blood red all the up to about halfway up her upper arm. This sets up for other abilities she has as well.
Strengths:- Increases her strength
- Makes her tougher
- Helps when she's trying to lift things
Weaknesses:- If her arm gets cut off, she loses a lot of blood (40%)
- The rest of her body becomes 15% weaker
- Relies on other spells to really do anything
- 3 post duration/4 post cooldown
Name: Judgement Day
Rank: B
Type: Supportive
Description: This power is activated whenever Priscilla wants, without any real circumstances other than "She wanted to". Priscilla gains a 60% boost to all her physical abilities, senses, speed, and reflexes, and her eyes glow red as a note that Judgement Day has been activated. Priscilla often uses this to finish off a particularly powerful target and/or take out multiple people at once.
Strengths:- Allows her one last stretch to overpower her targets
- Useful for getting out of a pinch
- Further enhances her already great physical abilities
Weaknesses:- Has a limited duration
- Can't be activated stealthily, as her eyes glow red
- Still might not be enough to overpower some targets
- 5 post duration/6 post cooldown
- Increases her strength
- D-Rank Powers:
Name: Subconscious Stranger
Rank: D
Type: Defensive
Description: Priscilla alters the subconscious of everyone around her to make her go unnoticed, even when she's standing right in front of someone. This can affect up to C-Rank people, but C-Ranks would be able to hear and see her vaguely. If anyone of higher rank can sense her, then this is easily useless. Not only that, but it can easily dispelled with any magic spell.
Strengths:- Allows Priscilla to follow people unnoticed
- 3 post duration
- Works somewhat on C-Rank mages as well
Weaknesses:- Can be easily dispelled
- C-Ranks get easily suspicious of someone following them when this spell is affecting them
- Does not affect anything B or higher
- 4 post Cooldown
Name: Shadow Melding
Rank: D
Type: Defensive
Description: Any shadow that Priscilla sees, she can enter. The shadow realm that she enters is only as big as the shadow is in the normal realm. If two shadows connected, Priscilla could slip into the other shadow without having to exit. At the same time, she can store things in the shadows, but only if the shadow is big enough to hold said object. Priscilla can use this spell for as long as she wants, but any powers she uses in the shadow realm cannot effect the human realm unless specifically made to do so. She can stick a hand out and fire off a power or two, but she can't necessarily "see" out of the realm unless she pokes her head out too.
Strengths:- Allows Priscilla to follow people unnoticed
- Is exempt from normal sensory powers except for ones that specifically reach out beyond the normal limitations of space and time.
- Can pull others into the shadows
Weaknesses:- Pulling other people into the shadows with her can get cramped if the shadow isn't particularly big enough
- If the shadows move, so does Priscilla, so stake-outs can go wrong if she picks the wrong shadow
- Cannot see between the realms, but can listen in between
- Can fire up to 1 B-Rank or 2 C or D-Rank spells from the shadows in total. She'd need to exit and re enter in order to fire more spells
- Cooldown is dependant on how long Priscilla was in the shadows. 1 post in the shadows = 1 post cooldown.
Name: Reflection Eternal
Rank: D
Type: Defensive
Description: Priscilla channels her mastery over the concept of shadows to form a perfect reflection of herself. This shadow can walk in sunlight, and can get up to 30 meters away from Priscilla before vanishing. It cannot use spells and vanishes in a single hit, but is manipulated by Priscilla who can use it to make it seem like she's actually there. Her voice is perfectly replicated, as are her mannerisms and speech patterns and only sensory or special sight can tell that it is a fake. Except for when she is placed in front of a mirror, as the reflection doesn't have one of its own.
Strengths:- Aids Priscilla in her stalking
- Can confuse others when they see two of her
- Priscilla can enter the shadows and leave the clone in the normal world
Weaknesses:- Vanishes after 4 posts
- Has a shadow but no reflection, as the clone itself is a reflection of Priscilla
- Dies in a single hit
- 5 post Cooldown
Name: Transmutation
Rank: D
Type: Utility
Description: Priscilla is capable of turning anything up to 1 cubic meter in size into anything of any shape she wants. The downsides are that she can't move the object she changes, and that she cannot change the object back. Not only that, but the object in question must be of a similar type of material. I.E. she can't turn rocks into diamonds, but other precious metals she could, at the cost of a reduced amount of diamonds compared to the amount of other precious metals/jewels she used.
Strengths:- Allows Priscilla to make things like jewelry or clothes whenever she wants
- Allows her to turn rocks into some metals
- Can turn things like coal into diamonds
Weaknesses:- Object in question must be similar in composition or at least naturally be able to turn into the object Priscilla desires normally for her to be able to transmute
- Does not affect living things or things touching other living things
- Amount transmuted is small, cannot be moved when transmuting, and cannot change the object back. As such, this is more of a fun utility spell than one that can be used in combat.
- 4 post Cooldown
- Allows Priscilla to follow people unnoticed
- C-Rank Powers:
Name: Wings
Rank: C
Type: Utility
Description: Priscilla can will herself to grow batlike wings from her back in a single second so she may fly around. These wings allow her to travel at about 50 MPH and allows her to fly up to the clouds in height. Lasts 4 posts and has a cooldown of 5.
Strengths:- Lets Priscilla fly
- Can give her an edge in combat
- Allows for a third dimension of movement
Weaknesses:- Can fly at 40 MPH at most with passengers
- In combat, she must stay in range for her ranged attacks, causing her to need to be within range of enemy spells as well
- Wings are easily damaged by enemy attacks
- 5 post Cooldown
Name: Blood Channeling ~ Cryptic Soul
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Description: After using Blood Channeling on her right arm, Priscilla can infuse said arm with a portion of her soul, causing her next physical strike to unleash a powerful outward burst of energy up to five meters in length towards the object she struck. It does 2 C-Rank damage upon impact, and the burst of energy only happens when Priscilla strikes something. Often times the burst forces her opponents backwards. Upon using this power, Priscilla's arm gives off a dark purplish aura that appears like a fire, and a theta appears on the back of her hand.
Strengths:- Often used to destroy objects
- Forces enemies back
- Good for destroying things
Weaknesses:- Does not extend Blood Channeling's duration
- Strictly melee
- Only works if Priscilla successfully hits something
- 4 post Cooldown
Name: Moonlit Rondo
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary/Passive
Description: As a vampire, Priscilla has a natural affinity towards the night time, giving her 50% extra durability, strength, and speed at night.
Strengths:- Gives her an extra boost at night
- Makes hunting/stalking at night easier
- Priscilla is sometimes very active at night, making this quite useful to her
Weaknesses:- Not everyone is active at night
- The contrary happens during the day
- Priscilla isn't ALWAYS active during the night
- The moment the sun comes up is the moment this passive ends
Name: Acidic Blood
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Description: Priscilla can alter her blood so the moment it leaves her body, it becomes incredibly acidic and corrosive. Said acid can burn through metal from spells of rank C and lower, and can burn through most normal metals unless they have a particular resistance to corrosion.
Strengths:- Duration 3 posts
- Can burn through objects
- Causes blood to become acidic even when it's away from her body
Weaknesses:- Doesn't burn through all metals
- Only burns through C-Rank metals
- Needs her to be bleeding for this to work
- 4 post cooldown
Name: Phasing
Rank: C
Type: Utility
Description: As a being who exists outside of the push and pull of both reality and destiny, Priscilla is capable of forcing her body through any solid object and barriers up to C-Rank in strength. She can walk through objects as if they were just a wall of water to her.
Strengths:- Allows Priscilla to push through objects as if they didn't exist
- Lets her bypass up to C-Rank barriers/shields
- Can reach inside of people of any rank, unless protected by above weak level armor
Weaknesses:- She can't see on both sides of the object she is phasing through
- Armor and barriers of higher rank than C can nullify this spell
- Is somewhat vulnerable while using this spell
- 3 post cooldown
Name: Tracked by Moonlight
Rank: C
Type: Utility
Description: Upon using this spell, for the next three posts anyone that Priscilla considers a threat or target will have intense beams of moonlight search for them like spotlights. The width of the beam is 3 meters and there are about 5 spotlights that originate from the moon and hunt for any of Priscilla's targets. Priscilla can have an unlimited amount of targets but only 5 can be spotted at once, as there are only five beams. If there is only one target, all five will focus on the one person, partially blinding them and following them wherever they go. If they go behind an object or hide somewhere where the light cannot follow, the lights will focus on where the person was last seen. It has a range of about 55 meters at most.
Strengths:- Makes tracking easier
- The intense light is somewhat blinding to most people
- Can distract others from Priscilla
Weaknesses:- Not guaranteed to work
- Can be avoided
- Can be escaped from, if someone were to hide behind an object and then move faster than the lights can track/teleport away
- 3 post duration/4 post cooldown
Name: Bombing Run
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Description: Priscilla touches three objects and places a handprint of blood that she can then blow up. The explosions are about 5 meters in size each and do 1 C-Rank damage each.
Strengths:- Can blow up objects
- Only needs to touch said object for it to blow up
- If placed precisely, can make one big explosion the size of 15 meters or so
Weaknesses:- Must place all 3 before they work
- If only one hits, the damage is surprisingly minimal
- Can obscure Priscilla's view of the target occasionally
- 4 post cooldown
- Lets Priscilla fly
- B-Rank Powers:
Name: Laceration
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Description: Priscilla swings her arms faster than the eye can see and dozens upon dozens of red lines and blade-like projections slice and cut the enemy. They appear around Priscilla and attack straight in front of her starting at about 5 meters away from her in any direction and reaching up to 50 meters in front of her. Does up to 2 B-Rank damage and slices open her enemies with her sharp claws. The number of lines can range up to hundreds, but overall it will only end up doing 2 B-Rank total. Each line doesn't cut too deeply, but are great in number.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WB2HdPnhgpw&feature=youtu.be&t=1m56s This, essentially
Strengths:- One of her few offensive powers
- Her main ranged spell
- Happens instantly and can affect a wide number of targets
Weaknesses:- Can hit allies
- Leaves Priscilla vulnerable to be hit from behind
- Is very destructive
- 5 post cooldown
Name: Demon Queen's Stride
Rank: B
Type: Passive
Description: Priscilla flickers out of existence and starts circling her target(s) at extreme speeds that make her look as if she were cloning herself and teleporting around. While she does this, she looks for weak spots in her target and, upon finding one, will leap at said target and attempt to strike them as she passes by. The technical term Priscilla uses for her speed is "3x the speed of sound". Upon striking her opponent, she does 1 B-Rank damage via a deep claw cut before leaping back into her circle of clones to try and keep the confusion up.
http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view1/1659429/byakuya-vs-ichigo-o.gif
Strengths:- Confuses Enemies
- Is not affected by magic cancelling spells or wave magic (or anything of the sort)
- Can strike as many times as she pleases
Weaknesses:- Whether she hits or not is up to whether or not the other person can counter or defend
- While it can be used on a group of people, it's less effective when done with more than 1 target
- Power can be ended by striking Priscilla
- 2 post duration/5 post cooldown
Name: Pheromones of Hindrance
Rank: B
Type: Supportive
Description: Priscilla alters her pheromones to give off a sort of feeling of nausea and discomfort, while at the same time weakening a person's physical abilities. Upon usage, a person's physical abilities are lowered 50%, as well as an additional 10% for each rank lower than Priscilla the person affected is. This spell is not visible, as pheromones can't really be seen by the human eye. As such, anyone within a 60 meter radius is affected and is hardly aware that they're being affected by such a thing.
Strengths:- Can lower people's physical abilities (strength, endurance, speed) to more around her level
- Gives her an edge in combat
- Lasts 5 posts
Weaknesses:- Does not affect spells
- Target(s) must be able to smell
- A-Ranks only get 25% lowered, any higher than that is not at all
- 6 post cooldown
Name: Devour
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Description: Priscilla raises her hand and the shadows all converge towards one target, travelling across the ground until a puddle about thirty meters wide forms under said target. After that, they all rise from the ground suddenly to form a sphere with the target as the center. Anything in the sphere takes 2 B-Rank damage in the form of strange animalistic bite marks, and any normal item will be completely devoured by the shadows, never to be seen again. If a target is weak enough, the shadows will completely devour them as well.
Strengths:- Traps targets for a single post
- Has a wide range
- Wounds targets notably
Weaknesses:- Can be broken out of
- Can be avoided, as the shadows aren't particularly fast (50 MPH at most)
- Target must be touching the ground for this to work
- 6 post cooldown
- One of her few offensive powers
