For once all seemed to be rather peaceful. This would be short lived as a massive tremor shook the land violent. The landscape letting off a bitter smelling orange smoke which blanketed the land and foretold of an on-coming calamity. This calamity much the lands current actions would one day shake the world violently all for the sake of finding what it desired the most. The one who could have stayed but choose instead to abandon the being leaving only a bitter reminder of their time together as a parting gift. This so-called calamity not being demonic, but rather a Dragon's off-spring who had big plans yet no plans at all. The being going by and being known only by the falsehood of Krow. None of his current associates knowing his true name, it was something he never spoke of. Had he never had one, or had he cast aside much like his right to be a normal human. If one could even call his vessel human anymore.
Krow stood there upon the cracking reddened brown rock formation, a harsh yet warm wind thrashing against him stinging his worn and torn flesh. He had spiky black locks thrown back daring to pierce the veil of the night sky, the rare tuft down cast over his forehead. His flesh had a rough look about it despite his apparent youth, such flesh being darker than most, but with an odd tanned yet natural sheen to it. His left shoulder and deltoid bearing tribal markings, as did his right forearm. Upon his right upper pectoral was an emblem almost all knew of, the mark of Fairy Tail, a guild to which this short in stature being held a seeming alignment. His body was beyond just being physically fit, his musculature being that of someone he trained to excess in all areas of the physical spectrum. His upper body was exposed to the harshness, while his lower body was covered by baggy black pants with invert crucifix-like designs, though his feet were left exposed. Most would fear being burned by the heat and odd orange steam billowing off the land, but he did not, in fact he welcomed it as he did every challenge.
A grin played upon his maw as he gazed up at the summit of the mountain in the center of the island. He watched as the same orange smoke which blanketed the land burst forth from the summit and clouded the air as it took on a mushroom-esque shape. The grin parting for the very briefest of moments as words left him, "That rumor better be true. If I came here for it and someone beat me to the meal I'ma be pissed." He muttered as the grin fell into a pit of its own despair and gave birth a scowl that seemed excited yet still angry as most scowls would. "Where the heck is that Kiba fella anyways?" He said aloud as he peered from side to side only to soon drop his gaze back upon the summit which was now spewwing a glob-esque fluid people called magma. Magma had always been something that brought annoyance to the male, it was hot and burned people yet it refused him permission to touch or devour it.
