Chloe's blade can become sharper when Chloe gets it wet, allowing it to be much more deadly when ever Chloe puts some water on it. This effect wears off if the sword is sheathed or all the water dries up.
Name: Liquidate

Description:
Liquidate is cast when Chloe puts some magic power into her blade and pokes the target. It causes the blade to glow light blue everywhere except for the hilt. Including the circle in the middle. Liquidate is a spell that causes everything in a 3 feet circle, centered around the blade, to turn into a liquid state of matter. While it is not necessarily water, it does allow Chloe to use water magic more efficiently on a target. The spell lasts for one post then the target reforms itself. The spell only works on inanimate objects or a person's arms or legs. When the spell wears off on them, their limbs return to their original position.
Speed: Fast
Range: The length of the sword
Area of Effect: circle with 3 feet radius
Strengths:
Allows Chloe to effectively get them in water trap
Can stun an enemy
Can allow Chloe to take a break
Weaknesses:
Lasts 1 post
Has a five post cooldown
Enemy would be able to resist future sword strikes
Takes a post to charge.
