Kaseki's Secondary Magic Training [Private]

Kaseki wandered around the forest. Around him was beautiful trees, colorful animals and fresh open air. The world was at peace... at least for now. The sunlight was bright as it glistened through the spaces between the leaves.

Kaseki was with his daughter, Yuna, the newest guildmaster of Nox Animus. She was the closest thing Kaseki had to family. Kaseki adored her, he cared for her, and he protected her. After a certain string of events, Yuna was the one that became more powerful.

"Are you sure you know the skills that Mr.Zenneth knew?" he asked his child.

Kaseki had a bloodline trait that allowed him to control the elements. His first element was that of the ocean, it was water. He wanted to learn the Art of Fire from the Flame Slayer, the guildmaster of Nox Animus... but he had vanished.

"Yuna, I know that you have stepped into his role... but do we really know what to do? I know I possess this skill though..." Kaseki said lightly.

It was days before that the duo found an interesting paper. It was a list of all of the spells and skills Zenneth has ever used. To compliment such power, they had found a book on how he learned and perfected each flame, each open fire... It was a manual on his power. Yuna would take the role of the earth, it was the element she grew to love. Kaseki came to adore the path of destruction. He loved freezing things and causing mayhem... because sometimes you have to tear something down before you build it up again.

Not to mention that both powers are Kaseki's greatest fears...

Yuna walked silently besides her father, Kaseki, lost deep in her thoughts. It had just been a few short days before when the tiny earth fairy had inherited Nox Animus and so she was still slowly getting adjusted to the responsibilities and duties that had abruptly befallen her. She didn't mind the workload nor the responsibilities, but she needed time to adjust. After all, she was but only 16 and without any sort of clue on how to run a guild.

Her mind turned to the day she had been cleaning out the old Guildmaster's office. She and Kaseki had stumbled across two interesting finds. One, a paper containing a list of all of the spells and skills Mr. Zenneth has ever used. And two, to beautifully compliment such power, they had also found a book on how he learned and perfected each flame, each open fire... It was a manual on his power. It was then that she remembered when Kaseki had voiced his desire to learn the ways of a fire mage. With that in mind, she told Kaseki that she would be willing to teach him fire magic.

"Are you sure you know the skills that Mr. Zenneth knew?" Kaseki asked her softly, bringing her back to the present. Yuna remained quiet, but looked up at him and gave him solemn nod. "Yuna, I know that you have stepped into his role..., Kaseki continued in a fatherly tone, "But do we really know what to do? I know I possess this skill though..." Kaseki said, again breaking the cloud of silence the loomed over her. "I-I don't know how to use it, b-but I hope the book can help you learn it..." she said softly as she lifted a beautifully embroidered book she had been carrying. "I-If we follow the instructions... I-I'm sure you'll be able to learn..!" She could only hope that with both the paper and book, she would be able to teach Kaseki.

Kaseki smiled at his young child. He was glad to have raised her. Despite the shoes she had to fill, she changed. Well, they all did. Nox Animus grew stronger every waking day. With it, so did Kaseki's dream. When Zenneth disappeared, so did Kaseki's hope. He began to move with the ideals of Savage Skull just for the sake of his sanity... Then he remembered.

He reached into the back of his clock, feeling the torn and aged spine of.. a book. It was a cookbook, one he stole from the Magic Council library. It was interesting to see why it was there... then it hit him. The papers they found on the desk of Alexander Zenneth was not of his own doing, but his "Security System", Codemaster. That robot mimicked his writing, and in turn, Zenneth found an interest in hat else the robot could do. For all Nox Animus knew, Zenneth left on a trip to obtain knowledge on how to use his new system... but that wasn't today.

Today Kaseki and Yuna would bond, a guild master and guildmember. Today Kaseki would take the role Yuna could not. Kaseki would wield the Flames of Hell.

He pulled out the book and handed it to the little fairy. "Yuna," he said, "These are the same recipes Zenneth used to make his cookies. You will find in this book notes on his magic. From whom, I do not know." Kaseki told the truth, he really didn't know. He had ideas... It was calligraphy, skill and patience no average man would take the time to learn. But the book itself was handled by Mr. Zenneth, the notes were of another. It was Ms. Zenneth, his sister.

She had noted how he created his baked goods. And now, Kaseki would learn how to turn the world into his personal oven.
