Chelly is a cheerful girl and runs around the guild during free time. She tries to know all the girls of the guild and goes out shopping with them. she sees all the girls as her friends. At the same time she lecture’s the guys when she can to make them better for the girls but mostly to get them away from the girls as she sees guys as unnecessary. Girls can do everything alone. If she isn’t in the guild you’ll find her training outside with shooting or busy going around shopping for the latest fashion. She also doesn’t back off to go do some fighting in a bar. If she is in fairy tail. She usually is sitting at the bar drinking a wodka and smoking a siggy. She fairly often goes out to train in the afternoon as she has to practice her sniping skills to come in handy. She also flirts a lot with the girls around the guild. As she sees them all as potential partners for her. she loves the guild since a girl is leading it. She would always be seen drinking with the Guild master in the evening as she would look up to her as being an independent and strong girl. Her meals mainly consist of meat and meat. She is a real meat lover. Even if she acts all girly and cute at times she is tuff in the inside and jumps into any fight that happens in the guild.

Chelly is a long range fighter. This means she stays behind other people to fight them from afar. She does have the ability to fight close range but mainly tends to keep her distance and attack people from afar. Supporting her friends from the side lines or the back. this way she isn’t a very good fighter on her own and always has troubles in that. But she can make very good tactical decisions and tries to win fights in that way. She would also don’t mind to use dirty tricks in a fight. Honor is a man thing she thinks and so doesn’t care about it at all. She doesn’t like to get blood over her or to sweat too much. But she would do it if its needed in a battle and if the goal is important enough. She can fight under command pretty good if it’s a girl who’s leading. She will never ever accept orders from a guy or even listen to the orders of one. She herself is a very good tactical leader and can command any person she sees fit to. Man or female will listen to her firm voice and will follow her command or be punished severely. Despite her looks she can be tuff against people disobeying her and this throws off friend and foe alike. She won’t back off if she has to fist fight her way out of a situation but rather doesn’t do that. she knows some special forces hand to hand combat but rather not use it as its highly dangerous and can kill people.

- Wodka: She is very fond of alcohol but her biggest thing she wants in every bar is Wodka. It’s a special mixture of vodka with a strange green substance that’s only available from her world. She always has it on her and uses it in drinks. Oh and a small pinch of lemon don’t forget that or she will kick you.
-Fashion: She just likes clothes like any girl. She buys heaps of them and tries to wear the latest fashion when she can. She was passionate about it since she was young. It’s one of her more famine sides.

2.) You mean feminine right? From the way you describe your character I was under the impression that she doesn't want to be a famine. Peeps starve and die from that~

Dislikes:
- Men:  she hates men. She just don’t like there smell and looks and for all she cared they could die under a rock. She doesn’t have any male friends and tries to stay out of there neiberhood. Which is pretty hard with her looks. She hates their dominance over women and thinks women should lead.
- Cat’s: Despite being half cat herself she hates the creatures. She can’t stand there all day sleeping and then those mice they catch eww what uncivilized. They also betray you every time they got food. Scratches you instead of hug you and attack you if they have enough of your petting.
- Dirty things: She despises people who spit or vomit or drink blood or do anything that can dirty oneself. She hates being in dirty places or getting dirty. It could ruin her clothes and that would be a disaster. Sure she is a tuff girl but she has her famine sides.

- To return to her own world: she misses her own world where she comes from. This world maybe the same in a way but it’s still is way too different from hers that she has a big home sickness. She would do nearly anything to return but would never go evil. She would rather be stuck here than ever do that.
- Women: She loves women and she wants to see them at the top like it was in her world. That’s why she tries to bring women in this world to be more active and try to get a higher position. That’s why she joined the guild where a girl has the lead.
- To become full human: she hates being half cat as she hates cats so she searches for ways to get the cat blood out of her and become a full human like the other people. combing a tail every day can take a lot of work.

-Mouse: she fears these little critters. There ugly and make a peeping noise. Some times that makes her wanting to go after that and she hates that. becase she doesn’t want to be a cat. But the biggest thing is she fears that she will get bitten by these small ugly creatures and get sick from it.

On top she has a long red top with there over a sleevles top jacket with a hood. On one site the jacket goes in to a long jacket with a metal plating on it. she wears a small scarf around his neck.
