Personality:
Obel is very quiet and doesn’t speak that much to people she doesn’t know, if she even speaks to them at all. She can also be quite rude to others, she never intends to hurt someone when doing this, she just doesn’t like showing her emotions to other people as she thinks this will make her vulnerable. When speaking to strangers or people who she doesn’t know very well she will limit her words to the possible minimum, sometimes she will just repeat the same word over and over again or sometimes she just will ignore the other person and not speak at all. When Obel opens up to someone she can be very cute however she wont stop being rude completely as she doesn’t want to feel as the other has an advantage over her. If she ever hurts someone in any way she will feel very bad about it but will not show this directly, instead she will send coded messages with body language or words. Once she has opened up she will often confide her feelings, thoughts and emotions to the other person however she must trust them a lot for this to happen. If she opens up to one person she will find it easier to open up to others. Also if she really really likes someone she will even share her bonbons with them. To get her to open up to someone, they must be sincere and be doing it for the right reasons. It may take several attempts before she does as to test the persons persistence. Most people buy her bonbons however she doesn’t always appreciate this and she wont eat them, however she will if she likes the person who gave them to her. When someone if trying to get to know her they mustn’t push her as she will become frustrated and will ignore you, instead she will open up in her own time. Obel never had many friends in her childhood so she wants to make sure that she makes the best possible friends now to make up for her loss. Although she may not seem loving, it is possible for her to fall in love with someone. In her free time she likes to sit in a quiet corner somewhere, read a book and eat bonbons. She does not like being interrupted when she does this and may just start a guild fight is someone does.
In battle she wont attack for at least the first five minutes as she likes to observe the attackers strategies, movement patterns and emotions, because of this she needs protecting by others when surveys the opponent because she doesn’t bother to defend herself. Once she starts fighting she will stand by someone on her team that she trusts or likes the most, this makes her feel safer. She will stay by her chosen teammate until the battle is over, during the battle she will protect this person by taking hits for them and shielding them. She wont really speak to her other teammates in battle but coordinates attacks with them by memorising their techniques.
Likes:
-She likes to read books because her deceased mother used to be an author so she has grown up with books all around her.
-She loves strawberry bonbons (sweets) and can always be seen eating them or carrying them. She likes them because they taste sweet and she can eat them easily whilst she is reading a book.
-She loves 'cute' things such as teddy bears however it contradicts with her public personality so she never shares this with anyone.
Dislikes:
-She dislikes chocolate as she thinks there is a competition between it and her beloved bonbons
-She hates it when someone interrupts her reading and often sulks after and won’t speak to that person for a while.
-She dislikes it when her comrades are hurt and although she won’t show it, she gets upset and tries her hardest to help them.
-She dislikes it when people treat her younger than what she actually is based upon her childlike appearance
Motivations:
-She is motivated to become a strong mage in order to seek revenge on her parents murder.
-She wants to find the perfect best friend as she never had any in her childhood however this is hard when she isnt always that nice to strangers.
-She is motivated to protect the ones she loves in life as those she loved so dearly died and she wants to save the others from that terrible fate whatever the cost.
Fears:
-Obel fears being all alone in the world due to her parents death, however she makes it hard for others to get close to her.
-She fears the dark more than almost anything else in the world as it reminds her of the night her parents were murdered before her and it reminds her that she is all alone.
-She is afraid of fire as it is the magic that killed her parents


General Appearance


Height: 5ft 2
Weight: 8lbs
Hair: White hair that is perfectly straight apart from the loose curls at the tips. Her hair is very silky and reaches her knees. A blunt full fringe that brushes the top of her eyes.
Eyes: bright, big yellow eyes.
Skin Tone: extremely pale, porcelain like
Appearance: She is quite small and very slender, due to this she is quite athletic. She does not have much of a chest. She wears a black and white diamond checkered knee length dress that has white lace trimmings on its hem, sleeves (the sleeves reach the bottom of her shoulder) and the neckline (which isn’t low nor very high). The dress has a large ruby red ribbon across the waist of it. The dress reaches just above her knees and is met by the knee high lacy white socks she wears. She wears white lolita tea party shoes with bows on them.
