So I have noticed that as I plan my accent to S-Rank and consider the jobs I can do I noticed I've only been considering 10 years and 100 years with the occasional glance at SS-Ranks. Why? Well because it takes 12 S-ranked jobs to become S-Rank. For an A-Rank mage a S-Rank job is already playing above their own league, yet it takes 12 of them to get to the next rank. The difficult to exp ratio is out of whack. 12 jobs with 40+ posts takes a long while, a very long while.
Lol nope not doing that.
Who wants to do that? Nobody that's who.
SS-Rank through 100 rank jobs provide options much more appealing to the lazy eye. So S-Ranks fade into "why would you even waste time doing that?" turf. I get ranking up to s-rank should be hard and all. But S-rank jobs are pointless at the current level of EXP, too much hard for too little reward.
We need to do one of two things:
A. Pimp out the cash rewards on S-Rank jobs so that they become the best "jewel per post" jobs.
or
B. Give them exp worth doing. I'm not sure how much exp that would take.
Personally I see option A as the best solution. With option B there are balancing issues.
